About: As a person who has spent most of my life with all kinds of animals, I am a big advocate for their emotional well-being. I would love to be that familiar face that soothes your dogs anxiety, someone s/he looks forward to seeing, not just for exercise and a bathroom break, but for human companionship. And truth be told, I'm in it for the exercise and four-legged companionship myself. After having pets all my life, I find myself without furry friends at the moment. I've parented three dogs, one cat, and five guinea pigs, and have sat with or boarded both dogs and cats for friends throughout my adult life, starting in college. Nothing is more important to me than their welfare and I can be trusted to keep them safe and happy. Each animal is an individual with his or her own biases, but I find that, in general, animals tend to gravitate towards and trust me. It’s not hard to find a dog sitter, but it feels difficult to find one that will give your dog the love and attention they’re used to—Susie did just that. Highly recommend!”
