From the start she was very responsive to our request and to all of our questions which ensured us that Jackson will be in great hands. She is flexible with our requests of our specific pick up and drop off times. She gave updates and sent us pictures. Jackson after coming home seems happy and the same and not sad at all since we were concerned that we were away for quite some time. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable about dogs and loves dogs. Mi was caring; provided outstanding care to Lily. She was very attentive and supportive regarding Lily's needs. Mi sent us updates along with videos and pictures of Lily's day. Allison took great care of my dog, Quinn. Quinn is a senior dog who can be a little anxious, and Allison kept me updated on how she was doing throughout her stay. She also has a fenced in backyard, which Quinn really enjoyed. Thank you for taking such good care of her!
Laura and Kevin were a great fit for my dog. They spent lots of time outdoors which is her favorite place to be. She's an older dog and not use to staying with people she doesn't know. On top of that, she was having intestinal issues and they still happily took her. They kept us updated with lots of check ins and pictures. We will definitely choose them again!
