My sweet Golden Retriever, Milo, was with me and my kids since he was 10 weeks old. He was amazing! Sadly after a year of being sick and fighting a good fight, it became too much for him. My kids & I said goodbye to him with many tears and such a heaviness in our hearts. About: I have watched my neighbors dog (Havenese) for 1 month over the summer for the past 4 years. I have also watched my cousins dog (lab mix) for a few weeks. I sometimes walk dogs around my neighborhood. I currently work part time (every Wednesday + random as needed). The rest of my schedule is mostly free. I’m an out of state college student so I will only be here for the summer. I use the toys that the dog has to play what the dog wants to, example: tug of war or fetch. About: Prior to moving towns I used to pet sit for all of my neighbors. Pets large and small, it didn’t matter but it was always fun. Since I make my own schedule pet care fits very well into it because I can tailor mine to fit the animals needs! I don’t offer in home care at the moment because my sister recently got hip surgery so I’m waiting until she’s more comfortable to have other peoples pets at home. Otherwise I have two sweet dogs who have coexisted well with pets that I’ve taken care of in the past as well as cats they stay in their own room.

About: Hi! I offer attentive, in-home dog care in a calm, structured, and loving environment. I’m getting back into boarding and am focused on creating a really positive experience for both the dogs I care for and my son, who loves being involved in a gentle and responsible way. Because of that, I’m best suited for dogs who are friendly, well-mannered, and comfortable in a home setting. We do best with dogs who: – are good with children – walk nicely on leash – are relatively easygoing and non-reactive – enjoy a calm, home environment I always prioritize safety, consistency, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and well cared for while they’re with us. If that sounds like a fit, I’d love to connect. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I may not be the best fit for dogs with strong leash reactivity, high prey drive, or those requiring advanced behavioral handling. I like to do a quick meet & greet to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone before confirming a booking . I work from my home M & F I am best for those days or weekend care. I only watch one dog at a time. I have a cozy home and a nice neighborhood to walk the dog. I have a 11 year old boy who loves dogs and takes pride in caring for them. I will follow your directions to keep consistent with your house rules.

“We would give 10 stars if we could! Tricia had our Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard mix Lenny for a little over a week and it was the first time we had ever left him anywhere. At our first meeting, it was clear that Tricia has a tremendous amount of experience and know-how when it comes to dogs, and I knew immediately that we were in great hands. She calmed our nerves and assured us that she would keep us updated while we were away. She helped our guy settle into a routine quickly and she did an extraordinary job handling his food issues (we sent pre-made table food for her to give him). While we were away, she was an excellent communicator and sent us various pictures of him during different times of the day. He looked so happy that we were afraid he wouldn't want to come home! When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, clean, and showed obvious affection towards Tricia. Karla sent me photos of him all throughout the stay. She has a backyard so he was running and playing all day. I picked him up an hour ago and he’s already sleeping like a baby.
