About: I am current graduate student at Ramapo college looking for a new way to spend time with dogs (since I can’t get one of my own just yet)! I just ended my time volunteering at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a short term volunteer with completing my undergraduate degree. In the past I have worked at a dog daycare taking care of 15-20 dogs at a time. I pet sit for friends and family all the time but I am looking to meet new furry friends. About: I've been a pet owner my whole life. There was always a dog in my home when I was a child. Later on, in my own home had raised two dogs and a cat from their earliest days. My sweet Golden Retriever, Milo, was with me and my kids since he was 10 weeks old. He was amazing! Sadly after a year of being sick and fighting a good fight, it became too much for him. My kids & I said goodbye to him with many tears and such a heaviness in our hearts. It has been sad not seeing his happy face when I come home or unusual to not have to take him out for his nighttime walk. We miss him so much! I live on a quiet dead end street with hardly any cars coming through. About: Hi! I have 22 years of experience and 55+ five star reviews here on Rover. I love dogs since I was 6 years old. I specialize in taking care of small dogs up to 25 pounds. I currently have 2 pups - 3 year old Yorkie named Cosita & 3 year old pug named Madrid. Before them, I've taken care of my pugs, Miami & Aliza (both 16 years old when they passed away in December 2020 & February 2021), along with pets of my neighbors, friends, and family friends. I know almost every dog breed by heart. My favorite dog breeds are Pugs and Yorkshire Terriers. I am available during the work week to take care of your fur baby, as I work from home part-time. This means that I am able to provide your pet with plenty of attention and exercise, even on weekdays. I am also able to adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet's needs, such as if they need to be fed or let outside at specific times. I am committed to providing your pet with the best possible care, and I will do everything I can to make sure they feel comfortable and loved while you are away. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs - my Yorkshire Terrier and my Pug - to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed (only if you instruct so)... I am also experienced in dog walking and drop-in visits. “We had such a great experience with Michaelangelo! We had a last-minute need for someone to watch our almost 2-year-old Boxer, Walter, who is VERY energetic and has some separation anxiety. Michaelangelo said yes without hesitation, which we really appreciated. He has two Pomeranians of his own and a great fenced-in yard where Walter could run around and get all of his energy out. Michaelangelo sent us pictures and updates every day, which really helped us feel comfortable knowing Walter was doing well. He was also very quick to respond anytime I had a question. “Very positive experience with a 5 night boarding stay with Carolina's family. She's very pleasant to deal with, and she seems to be a very experienced dog owner. My dog seems to have really enjoyed his stay, playing with her Sheepadoodle. They have a very nice enclosed backyard where the dogs can plan outside. It made it very easy to go away on vacation for the week knowing our dog was in good hands. Will definitely rebook in the future and would highly recommend.”

“We would give 10 stars if we could! Tricia had our Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard mix Lenny for a little over a week and it was the first time we had ever left him anywhere. At our first meeting, it was clear that Tricia has a tremendous amount of experience and know-how when it comes to dogs, and I knew immediately that we were in great hands. She calmed our nerves and assured us that she would keep us updated while we were away. She helped our guy settle into a routine quickly and she did an extraordinary job handling his food issues (we sent pre-made table food for her to give him). While we were away, she was an excellent communicator and sent us various pictures of him during different times of the day. He looked so happy that we were afraid he wouldn't want to come home! When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, clean, and showed obvious affection towards Tricia.
