About: I’ve had and cared for my own dogs for the past 6 years and have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up around dogs taught me how important patience, consistency, and attention are to making pets feel safe and comfortable. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available most days, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and care throughout the day. I was a manager at a cage-free dog daycare for 5 years, where I handled everything from group play supervision to administering medications and managing daily care routines. I also volunteered for 3 years at Second Chance Dog Rescue, helping with socialization, walking, and basic training. In addition, I’ve provided trusted pet sitting services in Peekskill, NY for 5 years until the family relocated. I’m trained in pet CPR, comfortable administering all types of medications, and have a dog of my own—so I truly understand how important it is to find someone reliable and compassionate to care for your pets. I have a car, am highly dependable, and treat every animal as if they were my own. About: I have experience with being around animals since I’ve been 5 years old. I have two dogs of my own and three cats as well. I will make sure the animals are comfortable, loved and taken care of properly. I am patient, caring, and have high energy. I am big on play time and walks and making sure they get their exercise for the day. I have walked dogs before and also provided in house care for several of my neighbors and close family friends. I really do enjoy being around animals and find it very relaxing. I’m a college student and can be very stressed at times so getting to play with an animal really is something I look forward to. About: I have been pet sitting since the age of 14. I have looked after animals of all kinds, such as dogs, cats, chickens, reptiles, and amphibians. I am comfortable giving medication (outside of injection) and am willing to work with animals of all ages. I'm a teacher on summer break so my schedule is wide open.
