“I have always been very happy with Maria watching our dogs. I have used her any time we go on vacation and my daughter is a regular customer now too. The thing I like best ( and my dogs like too) is this is not a kennel- it’s a home that they become part of the family. My dogs never liked kennels and became very upset whenever I brought them to one. At Maria’s they jumped out of the car and were happy to be there - like visiting a relative home. About: Hi there.. I have always owned a dog in my life. I have worked at an animal shelter for 2 1/2 years taking care of the dogs. I have been around most breeds and personality types. I am calm and patient around dogs and know how to read their body language. But I also love to be goofy and playful with them when the environment is right. I believe every dog is an individual and what might work for one dog won’t always work for another. I have some dog training under my belt from working with other trainers and taking classes but I’m not certified yet. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out! “Chaqutia looked after my pup, Ralph, for just over a week. I was nervous about leaving him for such a long period of time especially as he was unwell. Chaqutia put my mind at ease instantly and sent updates multiple times throughout the day of both photos and videos as well as a report of how he did with his food and confirming he took his meds. Any questions I had or suggestions I made, she responded to promptly. She’s a very kind and caring person and also very responsible with things like a camera set up in the room dogs sleep in to check on throughout the night. She was flexible with both pick up and drop off times and really listened to our needs Her home is beautiful, large and on a very quiet secluded road which was reassuring as less traffic. Her family are truly lovely and her eldest child played with Ralph lots (particularly loved those videos) Would definitely use Chaqutia again and recommend her to others!”

About: Hello, I'm Brooklyn! I have been working with animals for about 15 years in some capacity. I have run my own dog walking and pet sitting business for 10 years, fostered many animals, worked as the foster coordinator for my local shelter and have organized and hosted several fundraising events. Now that I have the space I am expanding into dog and cat boarding in my home. In order to give your pets the care they deserve I will only be booking one family at a time. I can't wait to meet you and your Furry Friends! I am home full time. I am available 7 days a week and most holidays with booking in advance for dog boarding. Contact for questions! Cats and dogs boarded in a separate area of my home for safety. I also have a fully fenced large backyard for safety and play time!
