About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young, helping family and friends whenever they traveled or had busy schedules. Whether it was just for the day or a few weeks, I’ve always loved making sure their pups felt safe, happy, and well cared for. A couple of years ago, I had the incredibly rewarding experience of fostering a rescue dog here on the island—and that’s when I decided to take my passion for pet care more seriously. When my neighbor had to move away, I stepped in to care for her pup and eventually found her a loving forever home. Caring for dogs is something I genuinely love and take pride in. I have a very flexible schedule this summer while I’m on break from school, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with your pup! I'm available for frequent check-ins, walks, and extended stays to make sure your dog is well cared for. While I’m currently exploring a part-time job on the side, pet care is a top priority, and I remain very open and committed to my availability. I live up in the valleys with plenty of other furry friend owners! It is a calm area with a super friendly community! I also have a little yard they can use for quick potty breaks.

We’re new to the city and Simone has been a life saver stepping in when I’ve had long days at work or have been out of town. She has done drop in visits as well as house-sitting for me. I’m currently working on training my puppy and reinforcing some basic manners for my older dog and she’s given me great tips on leash training and even got their demand barking down after just one visit. About: Ever since I can remember I’ve been blessed to be surrounded by animals and absolutely loved it! I actually loved it so much that I turned that into a career. I currently work as a veterinary technician at VCA providing general to emergency care to all of our patients. I am very familiar with performing medical treatments to dogs and cats, for example giving subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, giving fluids, and giving or applying oral/topical medications. I am also very familiar with performing grooming services like nail trims, baths, sanitary shaves, anal gland expressions and so on. In my personal and work life I am very familiar with taking care of both dogs and cats of every age. Personally I own an almost 3 year old Rottweiler/Boxer mix and a now 1 year old gray tabby that I adopted when she came into our clinic as a kitten looking for a foster:) My work week often looks like working 4 days a week at a veterinary hospital and the other 3 days of my week are usually open on my schedule to care for your animal(s) in whatever way necessary. I am fortunate to have breaks to check on your animals during my work day or if you desired I would be able to bring your fur baby to work with me if that made them happier! All of my time in your home would be dedicated to making your animals feel as happy and comftorable as possible. Sticking to their routines, feeding schedules and any play time that they feel up to! I am also more than happy to contribute to any house related needs during my stay.

About: I grew up in a household that loves animals. I’ve always had dogs around whether it was my own or I was taking care of others dogs. I also worked as a bather for over a year so I have experience with all kinds of dogs, big and small, old and young. I am working a part-time job right now and would love to be able to spend time taking care of dogs on my days off. Since I moved away from home I’ve missed having dogs around I have experience in walking both big dogs and small dogs so I know how to handle either and I know how to walk multiple dogs at once if needed
