“Ricky T. was "T" for Terrific! He was prompt and responsive in his communications. He texted us almost daily to inform us of our dog Pepper's behavior and demeanor. He also texted numerous photos of Pepper over the course of her stay to make us feel at ease. We were really happy that Pepper seemed to have warmed up to Ricky very quickly. Our dog is fairly low maintenance, but may have suffered some trauma or PTSD in her earlier life before we rescued her. Therefore, she needs some TLC at times, and Ricky delivered. Alex is a true professional. Prior to Maggie May staying with her, Alex met us and took extensive notes on the dogs behavior and habits. Maggie spent five days with Alex and had a great time. Alex kept us informed with pictures and videos on a daily basis. The pictures we were sent showed exactly how comfortable Maggie was staying with Alex. Highly recommend. A + . We have already booked our next day for Maggie with Alex.
Addilyn, Anna + team were amazing! Very accommodating, flexible and super nice. Our dog Fynn absolutely loved his time there. We received plenty of updates daily. They were able to accommodate us at the very last minute as well. You can tell that Anna knows a lot about caring for dogs. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
I am super impressed by the excellent care and communication from Ellie and Aaron. We had last minute travel plans and they were extremely accommodating and flexible. Both my elderly dogs (16 years old) have been through many boarding experiences but this was one of the best by far! They came back happy and relaxed. Thank you for going above and beyond. Shredder and Binky will definitely be back.
I have nothing but good things to say about Stacey! She went above and beyond with my little Sunny! Sunny is anxious around others so it can be a bit challenging, but Stacey was able to get Sunny to settle in and join her family for the time I was away. I truly appreciate all the updates and cute photos I was sent of Sunny. I didn’t have to worry about whether my little one was being taken care of because Stacey was on top of the updates and was very open about asking additional things to make Sunny’s stay with her better. I would highly recommend Stacey for any little princesses out there and I will definitely be returning to her in the future for Sunny’s care!
Karen did very well caring for Chippy for his first three-day stay at her place. Chippy quickly got comfortable and fond of Karen. Karen also paid very good attention to understand Chippy's routine that it seems he felt at home throughout his stay. And surprisingly, Chippy stayed well-behaved even when her outdoor cat came home. He even had some time to play with her cat instead of barking or chasing her cat away. Chippy came back to us happy and stress-free. This tells me Karen is an excellent pet sitter and boarder. Thank you Karen. Looking forward to future opportunities for Chippy to board again. 🤗💝
Our senior pup had so much fun over the weekend with Genesia! He went on walks and got to spend time with his new pup bestie, Mana. We got updates and cute pics too! We know our little guy got lots of love and attention while we were away. Thank you so much Genesia!!
Choosing Bailey to watch our dog, Ehu was the best decision we could’ve made ! From the moment we made the reservation, she was so communicative and helpful. We didn’t have time for a meet and greet but when she came to pick Ehu up for us, she was so gentle and understanding with him. He instantly warmed up to her and felt comfortable enough to hop in the car and ride shotgun with her ! Over the week of her watching him, she sent us updates everyday, took him to the beach, on walks, gave him cuddles, I never once had to worry about his safety or comfort. She truly treated Ehu like he was her own ! She has another dog, Koda and he’s a gentle soul. He helped make Ehu feel even more comfortable and they became the best of buddies ! Thank you Bailey !!!
Diana made me feel like my dog was on vacation! I have an older dog that can be anxious/reactive, and she was very patient and responsive to my dog’s needs. She sent me a lot of pictures and I felt as if my dog enjoyed my time with her and was well cared for. I would definitely book again!
