About: I grew up pet sitting for several friends and family members. My family has owned Dobermans, Rottweilers, and huskies throughout the years. My own personal pets are a Belgian Malinois, a standard Poodle, and two cats. I am a certified dog groomer that has been grooming for 5 years, and was an assistant manager at a cat and dog boarding facility for 2 years. I have experience caring for all ages and sizes of pets, from newborns to seniors. I have experience working under and learning from a balanced trainer, however I am not an official dog trainer. I currently work 1-2 days a week, so I have plenty of availability to do drop in playtimes, potty breaks, and walks, multiple times per day if needed. My goal is to meet your pets' individual needs. If you have pets that are super high energy and want to go wild, I'm here for it! If you have pets that just want someone in the room to keep them company or cuddle for a bit, I'm here for it! I am a dog mom to a German Shepherd named Gemma. She is a rescue and dog-reactive (but loves all people!), so I have extensive experience with walking and handling reactive dogs! Additionally, I spent most of my Saturdays at the local farmers market with an adoptable shelter pup working on socialization and leash skills with fellow volunteers. About: I am an animal lover! I've always had pets - golden retrievers and cats. Currently I have 2 cats, Poppy and Franklin who loves dogs as he grew up with golden retrievers in our house. My daughter and I love animals, and would love to care of yours while you are away! Currently, I work at home and have a flexible schedule.
