“Our sensitive, reactive, high energy, guard-doggy Aussie absolutely loved Danny. Danny was also very attentive and asked highly specific questions to ensure he was prepared to provide the highest level of care and guardianship to our baby boy. We could not be more pleased!”

About: I have been an animal lover and owner since the day I was born. I grew up on a farm so I have cared for all kinds of animals including cats, and the loves of my life, DOGS! I will talk to, feed and pet anything that crosses my path. I promise to love and care for your pet as if they were my own. I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility to drop in on your baby(ies), take them for walks and/or have them stay in my home while you're away for the day. I live in a very dog and walking friendly neighborhood and have (2) friendly pooches that love to make new friends and invite them to join us on their daily walks.

“We had a great experience with Julia. She communicated well, was reliable and kind. She was great with our pup and gave her the care we needed. Would hire again in a heartbeat.”

“Anthony met with me very last minute and started walking my Snoop during my long work days. He is so sweet with him and I know Snoop loves his afternoon walks! Highly recommended!”

About: So I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs all ranging from bigger dogs like Great Danes to smaller ones like chihuahuas. I’ve also taken care of cats and multiple kittens, and administered medication to cats as well I’m currently working part time at uhaul so I’ll have plenty of time to play and keep your fur babies occupied while you’re away :) In my home I have a fenced yard and my two cats are indoor cats. When I dog sit whether they have fenced yards or not I make sure to keep them occupied and make sure they’re having fun while being safe.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 7. I grew up with a yorkie/terrier mix, a German shepherd, and a cattle dog mix, 5 cats (including a senior cat, diabetic cat, and kittens), a cockatoo, freshwater fish, and chickens. I have some experience with trick and behavioral training for dogs and am very serious about reinforcing other people's training. I've worked at the Colorado Horse Protection League and the Rocky Mountain Feline Shelter, as well as dog-sitting throughout high school. I am also experienced in reptile and fish care. I currently have a blue tongued skink, a cat, and a 5 gallon freshwater shrimp tank. I am a student currently working from home with a flexible schedule, so I have a lot of time to check on and play with your pets! I do not bring animals into my own apartment as I have an anxious cat. I always walk on leash, preferably in parks or on walking paths with minimal street crossing, and do not go to busy off-leash dog parks unless requested.

“German was the perfect walking companion for my pup Rockie! He was communicative and flexible! Rockie looked like he had the best time on his little walk. It was clear my dog was in the hands of someone who is truly knowledgeable and caring!”

“Jeff helped out with some walks while I am recovering from surgery. I could tell he would treat my boys with care. He was GREAT with both of my dogs and gave me a full report afterward. I highly recommend him!”

About: I have a sphinx cat of my own and enjoy spending time with animals. I enjoy playing, learning and just spending time with animals daily. I currently work fully remote from home so I have a flexible schedule to ensure that your animals are well taken care of each day. I am attentive, detail oriented and truth worthy. I take my time to learn the best habits for any pet I am taking care of.

About: I am from Oklahoma and I recently moved to Orlando to start a PhD program in Integrative Biology at the University of Central Florida. I just graduated with my BS in Zoology with Honors from Oklahoma State University where I spent lots of time working with students with learning disabilities, working as a student ambassador for the Pre-Preprofessional Health and Law Support Services, and interacted with undergraduate research in a range of contexts. I love animals so much, I decided to make a career out of it! I have my own cat named SodaPop who is my entire world and my partner who is currently on Deployment for the Air Force. I’ve had an exponential amount of animals through fostering. I have worked in a Vet’s office and can care for special needs pets. I was a Kennel technician trained as a Veterinary Technician so I’ve cleaned up and generally cared for animals and moved up to administering medications. I have a reliable vehicle and tons of free time during the weeks that I am not traveling! I am more than willing to be flexible with your needs whether that be dates, specific animal needs, or even pricing. My goal is to make you feel comfortable with your pet in my care! I am a graduate student and a teaching assistant with a mostly open schedule throughout the week. Flexibility is my top priority for both your schedule and my schedule. I am always more than happy to discuss I can best meet your needs! I personally like to treat my pets as family. They sleep with me, sometimes getting my food, and they get to go everywhere with me. Of course, I am more than willing to follow any general rules and routines you have with your pets that may not align with my own. I find that following a normal routine almost always helps reduce anxiety while you are away.

“Andrew was so amazing and caring with my little Flynn! He’s still a puppy so he required lots of patience which Andrew provided! I am so thankful I have someone I can trust to take care of Flynn for me, will be using again in the future! Thanks Andrew!! ?”

About: I have two dogs and two cats at home, so caring for animals is part of my everyday life. I’ve looked after pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need medication and special care. What makes me different is the genuine attention I give to each pet. I follow instructions closely and treat every animal as if they were my own. Since I work from home, I’m able to schedule check-ins around meetings and stay flexible throughout the day. I keep my service radius small so I can get to your pet quickly if anything unexpected comes up. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. Safety and trust are at the heart of how I care for pets. Whether I’m in your home or mine, I create a calm and comfortable environment where your pet feels secure and loved. I always follow your care instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and make sure food, water, and medications are handled properly. I’m mindful of your pet’s personality and needs, giving them the space or attention they’re used to. You can count on me to treat your home and your pet with the same respect and care I give my own.

“Nina is amazing! She is very nice to Prince and Prince looks very happy after his walks :) she also makes sure he has water and that he’s okay before she goes!”

About: I’m semi-retired with two mixed terrier pups (Daisy and Minnie) of my own. I share my home with my daughter, Christina, who works from home and helps care for all our pet guests along with my 13 and 15 yr old grandchildren and their two sweet pups Ramona and Llama. We love walking and being outdoors and treat all fur babies like family! We have a large home with a fenced yard in a beautiful, dog friendly neighborhood. The whole family loves to help with our furry friends so your precious pup will rarely (if ever) be alone. We have separate spaces for resting and mealtimes and can accommodate crate trained and non crate trained pets. We know that meeting new friends can be intimidating so all doggie introductions are supervised, in the backyard with just one or two other dogs at a time. My dogs are my babies! I love to stay active and enjoy walking the neighborhood and working in our fenced-in yard with my pups by my side. My daughter and my two teenaged grandchildren enjoy lending a hand so your pet will always have someone to shower them with attention while they’re with us. We offer a loving, family environment with lots of exercise, attention and care. We have a fenced in yard and a dog friendly neighborhood for walking along with plenty of space in our home to safely care for your precious pup. Our family LOVES all animals and we can devote lots of time to love and care for your fur baby.

About: Hello all! I’ve taken care of animals my entire my entire life! All sizes and shapes. It is a joy for me to spend time with and make sure your animals are taken good care of. I took a break from Rover to focus on some other things but I’m ready to jump back in feet first. I am available for long stays and short ones, walks and visits. If you need more references for my “off rover” pet care I have them available. I’m currently a freelance writer and traveler. I also work in hospitality. My shifts are short and sweet and it makes it very easy to provide solid care. I’m also happy to communicate the schedule openly:) I’m aware how important our homes and pets are. I am respectful of spaces as our sanctuaries and the fact that pets are family. Whether I’m just walking or staying in your home, I’m always mindful of the responsibility at hand! Your feelings of security and trust are important to me!

She treats animals like family and always goes out of her way to make sure they’re happy, healthy, and safe. Amanda has a gentle and calm nature that animals naturally gravitate toward, and she’s also incredibly responsible and trustworthy. Any pet in her care would be in the best hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my own pets with her!”

Chloe W.
“Chloe babysat my cat for a couple of days and my little guy had a wonderful time. My cat, Data, has a special diet plan for his kidneys, and Chloe followed my instructions to a T. They played with him and took him outside for me a couple times too. I know Data had a good time. He's a scaredy cat but he warms up to you once gets to know you. when I got back, Data kept asking Chloe for pets and meowing at them! He was so sad to see Chloe go, but he'll see them again next time I have to travel! 5 out of 5 stars!”

Wadeview Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
I couldn’t have asked for a better dog walker! Kelsey was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about my dog. Every update came with photos and a thoughtful note, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I’ll definitely be booking with Kelsey again. Highly recommend!

Jamie is a gem. She is very flexible and kind. She dealt with Dusty most of the time via my disabled Mom and handled it all like a pro. Dusty can be very barky especially at first and that didn’t phase Jamie. She even took care of Dusty for 2 extra appointments that weren’t scheduled in advance. I highly recommend Jamie and will use her again when the need arises.
