About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with dogs. I worked at a wonderful dog shelter called KC Paws that taught me about dog handling, body language, and temperament. I was a shift lead so I have experience administering medications - liquid and pills. I am also a foster for T.A.R.A, another wonderful shelter, so I have TONS of experience with puppies as young as 5 weeks old. While I have not worked in a professional setting with cats, I have 3 of my own and I have fostered two sweet cats. I’m finishing up school with one class left so at the moment, Rover is my full time job! I’m available unless otherwise stated on my schedule for whatever care your pet needs - day and night. Feel free to send me a message about scheduling questions to see if we can work something out! :) I only offer dog sitting in your home because I’ve got too many animals at my house and your dog or cat’s safety is my biggest priority. I am diligent when it comes to following instructions (with medications, food allergies, special needs) as well as with making sure your home is all locked up when I leave.

About: Hey there! I've been volunteering at animal shelters since I was 10 years old and have therefore trained and taken care of every kind of dog and cat you can think of. I stopped volunteering because I would get so attached to all the animals I raised and then they would get adopted - great for them, hard for my heart. I have a deep love for animals & for exercise but a limited amount of house 😂 so I thought helping others take care of their animals would scratch my itch. And I'm trying to find ways to pay down the debt quickly younger me created when I was "finding myself"🙄 so this seemed like a fun way to do it. Choose me if you want someone who will ~Love your pet as hard as you ~Provide a little training while they're with me. Even on small things like how to walk better on a leash. ~Give you updates like pics and videos so you can see what they're up to and be at ease. ~Upon request make them some homemade treats which my 2 doggos love dearly. I am currently a full time stay at home mom and small business owner so my schedule is very flexible. I need a short notice I just fit into whatever your routine is and add in extra belly rubs and toys to make it a chill experience for your pets.

About: I have had every kind of pet from cats to dogs, to bunnies, lizards, frogs, a snake, mantis, turtle! I even cared chickens in a rainforest in Hawaii and always prioritize an animals well-being. Animals are like guides sent from beyond, if you don't know what I mean, one day you will meet such an animal, and I hope that you are equally blessed by such a meeting! I do not party, do drugs, or have friends over. Your home is your casa! I check the mail, water plants, change and rinse water bowls daily. clean up spills/ accidents. I used to be a professional housekeeper, no it is not my job, but, I will leave your house as clean or cleaner than I found it! Growing Up I was a cat lover, then I fell in love with dogs at age 10 when I had a rescue Welsh Corgie, Shorty. He was my best friend and I read all the dog training books and learned about positive reinforcement and how to communicate with them. My husband and I have a chamelon and a cat now, Anastasia is my ride-or-die! She really is my guru and is an example of living the best life, 'Pur'ra Vida ;) Doja is so chill, and like a little Buddhist monk. Animals are guides. It's like getting to know a spiritual teacher, you never know what they are there to show you! Animal companions do so much for us. I treat each animal equally with respect and compassion. It gives me enormous sparkly joy to see an animal truly cared for, happy and content. I am a part time student, mostly remote classes, and I am a writer. I make my own schedule and love the freedom to change around my schedule, that said! I love planning in advance and once a schedule is set I do take that seriously, so I appreciate advance notice of any changes. I take care when in a new animal's environment but it helps to know if an animal is skittish, nervous or protective. I only care for socialized animals and dogs who are leash trained and not aggressive. I am more than happy to shower your well behaved kitty or pup with above and beyond care. I will come by to do a meet and greet, get to know their routine and provide your furry or scaly friend with attention, care and companionship. I always send updates for multiple day visits!

About: I am a third year veterinary student in KC for the summer at an internship! I have worked as a Veterinary Assistant for 6 years now and have gained experience in handling and working with all breeds and sizes of dogs, as well as cats. I have also been petsitting for family friends for 5 years and have plenty of experience making pets feels comfortable while their owner is away. I am comfortable handling any dog or cat, with anything from giving medications to your senior pup to walks and exercise for the more energetic ones! I’m currently working full-time during the week with some evening hours available. I am also typically available all day during the weekend and on most holidays. As I am currently renting, I am not able to care for pets in my own home. However, I am more than willing to travel and take care of your fur-baby in the comfort of their own home! I have been trained on how to handle all types of animals with care and respect towards them, and would feel comfortable assisting with any training you are working with them on. Most of all, I absolutely love to hang out with any animal and would be honored to care for your fur baby!

About: (Moving to KC August 2nd!) I have care experience with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and fish. I have taught my birds to talk and whistle, mice to jump through hoops, and I have trained my dog in basic tricks. I genuinely care for and loveeeee animals and will give your pet(s) my undivided attention when caring for them!!! I am a full time college student so I won’t be available 24/7, but I will make sure to set aside time for your pet! I don’t offer services in my own home at this moment, but when caring for pets in my clients home I make sure to respect and clean up my surroundings and their animals space.

To convince my mom to let us get a dog, my sister and I made a PowerPoint of how we would care for her and we have kept our promise for over 10 years now! I also take care of my friends’ dog while they are away. I currently am in school and work part time with a very flexible schedule to watch your pet. I also love walking and bringing a dog with me is even better!
