“Logan has been walking my dog twice weekly for about a month now. My dog is very skiddish and slow to warm up to people, but Logan has respected that and allowed my dog to get to know him over time. Logan brings a slip lead when he walks my dog because she is too scared to allow someone to harness her regularly. I’m hoping as time goes on my dog might allow Logan to leash her up properly but for now I’m glad that Logan is continuing to allow her the space to learn that she’s safe.”

About: Hello! My name is Stephanie Austin. Growing up in rural Delaware, we always had at least one family dog who we took on long off leash walks and played with in our big backyard. Having so much space allowed for the opportunity to connect, bond with, and read our dogs while they were having tons of fun and just being themselves. Fun Facts: I have previous dog sitting experience, and I used to volunteer at my hometown SPCA, where I got to learn and play with over 40 different dogs. When I graduated high school, I adopted Minnie, and she has been by my side ever since. For twelve years, she has been my hiking partner, shot gun rider, and my little spoon. I understand that your dog has their own unique set of personality traits, and I look forward to learning them and playing with them! I currently work out of town Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. So I am home free from Friday through Monday. I am able to stop by your home several times a day to let your animals outside and spend time with them! Overnight house sitting is pending. I will ask for a run down of your pets daily routine and mirror that the best I can. Ensuring lots of pets, treats, and play time!

About: My husband and I have both had pets since we were both kids. We have taken care of all kinds of pets from cats to dogs, as well as livestock of all types and sizes! We look forward to making your pet feel at home with us and loving them as our own. We have a 1-year old very friendly dog named Alfie who would love to be a companion to your pet, as well as two 5-year old indoor only housecats named Pimmy and Olive! We have plenty of space to separate pets as needed and we can accommodate your pets for daycare and/or for overnight stays! We both work from home Monday-Friday and have plenty of time to play with & care for your pets throughout the day! We are also home most weekends as well. We have a fully fenced-in back yard with a pool (safety fencing can be put up upon request). Our very friendly pup Alfie would be more than pleased to provide companionship to your dog or cat. Alfie genuinely loves other animals and is happy to meet anyone and anything. He grew up with our two cats since he was 8 weeks old and has a healthy respect for his feline counterparts. Alfie is very nurturing and has experience taking care of litters of foster puppies with us. Our two cats spend their days lounging in their cat tree and relaxing in their favorite nooks and crannies in the house.

About: My childhood home always had at least 2 dogs and 2-3 cats. Pets are and always have been an integral part of my idea of family. Besides my own pets, I have taken care of friends' and neighbors' pets my whole life. And I love to take dogs on little adventures. Seeing the excitement on a dog when just going to the neighborhood park or wash makes the trip so much more fun. I work full time from my home and without set hours. My children are at school during most of the day. On weekdays we like to go for walks in our neighborhood in the early evening. On the weekends we like to go to the city parks and it is definitely more fun to bring a dog. I have a large wraparound yard that is fenced and a dog door which I can close when needed. I like to take walks in the morning and early evening times. Dogs must be kid friendly. I have 2 daughters: a 6 and 5 year old. They love dogs and enjoy the care part (walking, feeding, brushing, bathing---it's fun for them). The girls are at school most of the day so your dog will get a break. We regularly take the dogs we care for to Himmel and Rio Vista park; we are there a lot. I have one female 8 yr old cat who is used to dogs but also wants her space (dog should be cat friendly).

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and sizes. I own 3 of my own (2 female pugs& 1 male frenchie). I love being around fur babies so much that I was a dog bather for 2 years. I am very aware of their needs from that experience as well. I am oftentimes called a “dog whisper” just because of how calm and relaxed dogs feel around me even if they usually aren’t the sweetest at first. I have saved and fostered countless dogs on my own just from it being a genuine passion. I hope to own a nonprofit rehabilitation center one day for all animals to receive the love and comfort they deserve! This is my current job. I don’t mind last minute scheduling as long as you inform me on any special requirements your fur baby may have! I have 2 friendly female pugs that can keep your fur baby company. If you aren’t comfortable with that I will gladly keep them separated and take your baby to the park or go on walks to allow their energy to be released.

About: Worked with ALL animals at my most recent clinic. Have experience w medications and care for exotics, including birds, reptiles, etc. I love them all I am currently a full time student so my summers are free. I don’t plan on working outside of this so my time is open to focus on the care of your pet :) I have a small fenced yard and two very friendly cats. I can visit your home for in-house care (which I recommend for your pets comfort) as often as requested!! I also will send video and picture updates. My focus is on the animals so I will stay as long as you’d like but I don’t feel comfortable sleeping overnight.
