What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much!
