“Mayra and her husband was so warm welcoming! They let me know where Milo would be playing and hanging out. Which left me at easy leaving my baby boy. As well Mayra loves playing little games with the doggies she sent me a video of my Milo playing the game and doing so well! She shared pictures as well and always communicated with me when i would ask about Milo. Milo came back so happy ❤️ I would definitely book again with Mayra! Thank you so much!”
“Our dog had a wonderful stay with Tristan. Tristan kept in touch with us almost daily during our dog's stay and took great care of him. We will definitely use Tristan again & highly recommend him.”
“Megan provided excellent and compassionate care for my American Bully, Kash while I was visiting the area from out of town. She communicated promptly and effectively and sent photos and updates throughout the weekend. I was so nervous having my pup boarded out of town for the first time, but felt that he was genuinely loved and cared for while there. After playing with Meagan's two dogs on her beautiful country property for a weekend, Kash returned to me safe, happy, and utterly exhausted!”
“Jean took excellent care of my two pups! They are both young, full of energy and sometimes naughty. Jean took it all in stride. She really cares about their well-being and happiness. She gave them the love and attention that they needed. She also provided me with updates to set me at ease and allow me to enjoy vacation.”
“Mike was so nice to work with. We were a bit nervous leaving our pup for so long, but Mike lived up to everything he promised about making Indy feel comfortable as soon as possible. He provided daily updates through pictures and videos and was easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend working with Mike and hope to use him again!”
“Tiffany was great with our two dogs. This was the first time I have used Rover, and was a little nervous as one of our dogs is a rescue dog and gets scared easily. Tiffany communicated timely and sent photos of how they were doing. She is an excellent dog sitter and will use her again!”
“Carole was great with my dog Brady for the week he was with her. Brady seemed to have a lot of fun and activity while he was at Carole’s place. I received updates and cute pictures throughout the week. She also was able to administer his medication to him without issue during the week. Overall I felt good know Carole was watching after my dog!”
“Brooke and Jeremy were absolutely fantastic with Joey! They welcomed him for the weekend and kept me completely at ease with their great communication and updates. I can’t thank them enough for taking such wonderful care of him!”
“Janette and her family were so wonderful watching our new puppy Simon! She proactively sent updates and Simon was treated like a member of the family. We’ll definitely be repeat customers!”
“Johanny is super sweet and pleasant and I can tell she loves dogs. She sent me updates and pics to let me know how Scout was doing. I will be a return customer for sure!”
“Scott loves dog and my dog had a great time with him. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter. Your dog will be in good hands.”
“I have to admit that I was skeptical at first with leaving our fur babies with anyone, but I knew I didn’t want to board them in a kennel. We were more than happy with Jim, and the way he and his family took care of are babies! We got pictures and updates everyday of how well they were doing. This was our first time ever using a dog sitter, and we would definitely recommend Jim to anyone! We will definitely be repeat customers for sure!!”
“Cassandra did a great job. Our dog had a really good time with her and her family. She had excellent communication and sent pictures and videos daily. I recommend Cassandra highly.”
“Alexa was amazing! She watched Ruby while I was in Panama and gave me daily updates, which really put my mind at ease. Her communication was excellent, and I felt confident that Ruby was safe, happy, and well cared for the entire time. I would definitely trust Alexa to watch Ruby again and highly recommend her!”
“Jo-Ellen is an outstanding Rover host!! She really went above and beyond to make sure Zoom was comfortable given this was only his second rover stay. I'm grateful for the A+ communication and attention given to Zoom. Her place is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and lots of grassy lawns. Definitely will be leaving Zoom with Jo-Ellen during future travels!”
“This was my second experience with this sitter and I have to say her constant care was amazing. She treated my dog Rosa as if it were her own pet. With her frequent updates, I was able to relax and enjoy my travels, knowing Rosa was in good hands.”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Moselem Springs home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Moselem Springs.
<b>Tip:</b> You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Moselem Springs sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
