While I currently only have a cat, I’ve been the owner of several dogs, a couple snakes, a bearded dragon and I’m not afraid of really any type of animal. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. I have cared for a blind senior cat as well as a cat with hip problems, which required patience, close monitoring, and adapting the environment to keep them safe and comfortable. While my apartment doesn’t have a backyard, there is a fenced-in area nearby where dogs can run, play fetch, and get exercise. I also have a car, so if the owner is comfortable with it, I can take the dogs to a dog park for additional enrichment and activity. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions are followed closely. I’m also very mindful of respecting the home itself. I was raised to always leave a place cleaner than I found it, so I make sure everything is kept tidy, organized, and exactly as I found it. Communication is also important to me, so I always update owners and let them know right away if anything seems off or if there are any concerns about their pet’s health, behavior, or well-being.

I have a fenced backyard with room for play, I have an ambitious four-year-old doggy so your dog will never be alone. We have a dog door, during the day so there is always access to outside! I also have a 42-inch crate that's door remains open if your dog prefers to chill out or in crates. it is just a fun experience.

About: Over the past 6 years I have worked at a range of different animal care jobs! I worked as a doggie daycare/boarding employee at Camp Bow Wow for 4 years, where I played with and cared for a wide variety of dogs from all stages of their lives! Additionally, I spent 3 years as an Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA) at VCA Animal Hospital in my hometown of Houston, TX. These experiences allowed me to gain skills in animal behavior, pet patient education, and animal handling. I am currently working part-time as a server at Rico's public house. My availability is very open and I am able to accommodate to a wide variety of schedules for house sitting & dog walking! I have a wide range of past boarding & pet sitting experience and I am willing to assist in any way that I can.
