About: I've cared for dogs since I was young, with over 3 years of hands-on pet care experience. Friends and neighbors often trust me to walk, feed, and look after their dogs. At home, I'm the proud owner of a mini poodle, so I understand the daily needs, routines and personalities of small breeds. I'm patient with puppies, gentle with senior dogs, and always attentive to each pet's comfort and safety. Also I love running and often take dogs with me for safe, fun jogs, which keeps them happy and healthy. I care for my own mini poodle every day, so pet care is already a part of my daily routine. This makes it easy and natural for me to care other dogs at the same time. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups. I live in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood that's very safe for daily walk. Our home is just a short walk from Nara Park and Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. My friendly mini poodle helps new pups feel welcome, and I always supervise playtime to make sure every dog feels secure and cared for.
“Skylar has been phenomenal with my puppy! She is patient, kind and really loves animas. She even made an adorable drawing of him. I highly recommend her to take care of your fur baby!”

“Eden is awesome, she was great with Lily, our cat and I felt totally at ease being away from home with her check-ins. I loved the updates and the photos she provided-she was incredibly reliable with her visits and just great to book with. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a sitter, your pet is in great hands!!”

“Anindita did a wonderful job ensuring our dog was relieved and comfortable while we were away. The photos she sent were fun and made our separation much easier. Paisley was energetic & cheerful when we returned. She obviously had a relaxing staycation.”

“Alyssa was amazing in taking care of our two girls. I had no stress while away, since I knew they were well taken care of. One of our girls needs medication and she had no issues with that. I definitely will come to them again if we need another sitter!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. My family has two large labs (13 years old and 6 years old) that I helped train since they were puppies. I often watch them for my parents when they go on vacation, so I am very comfortable with overnight care and love taking my pups for long walks. I also had a cat for 3 years in college. I love spending time with all animals!! I graduated college with my Bachelor’s degree and am currently living at home with my family. My days are filled with applying for jobs, going to the gym, making sourdough bread, spending time outdoors, and caring for my dogs. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to walks, playtime, and giving pets the attention and companionship they need. I do not offer care in my own home because I want to keep my dogs’ environment comfortable and stress-free. However, I am happy to provide care in your home, where your pet will feel most secure and comfortable. I have a spacious SUV equipped with dog beds and a ramp for my older dog, allowing me to safely transport pets for walks when needed. My priority is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away.

About: I’ve been in the animal care field since 2022 and have done a little bit of just about everything! Food and Supply sales, assistant grooming, dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits. In addition, I'm currently pursuing my associate's degree in animal care and have a wonderful 1-year-old lab/pitbull mix named Judy! I’m currently working part time as a dog walker, so my availability will be weekdays after 4PM until 10PM, and 8AM to 6PM on weekends (weekend sittings are available for full days on Sat/Sun) My yard unfortunately isn’t fenced in, so I always make sure my dogs are leashed and are wearing their collars with AirTags just in case. I don’t board dogs at my house due to the yard having no fence. When walking other dogs I always double clip their leash to their harness and collar.
“Eric was fantastic to work with. He was professional, personable, and prompt in providing pictures and videos after he visited Opal. He made us feel comfortable, and built a relationship with our pet. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking for a trustworthy and considerate sitter on Rover.”

“Roxanne came and checked in on my cat everyday for 2 weeks. I got pictures and videos and felt so happy knowing my baby was being well taken care of. Usually my cat has separation anxiety but when I came back she seemed so happy and healthy!”

“Kristen was fantastic. We needed last minute pet care for a weekend and she responded quickly and was able to set up a meet & greet within a couple of days. She took excellent care of our pets. We will definitely be reaching out to her again!”

“Rachel was a huge help taking care of my dogs over the past couple months. She is reliable and incredibly responsive. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be one in the future.”

About: From the moment I wake up, pet care is my top priority. Mornings begin with fresh water, clean bowls, nutritious meals, and outdoor time. Your pet will have constant care and companionship and will feel right at home with room to roam - and someone by their side all day. I will treat your pet as if it were my own with respect, care, trust. ask me any questions! thank you ! i always respond! I work remote and my girlfriend who also is a sitter on rover works remote 3 days a week, so your dog will never be alone or unattended. Always being cared for as they would be at their own home! Safety is most important for me. House has a fully fenced in yard, gates inside for feeding time, automatic poland spring dog bowl feeder to keep everyone hydrated. No excess or not recommended food to keep dogs from feeling ill. Leashed outside of house on walks.
“I highly recommend Kay for watching your pet. Kay was prompt with the appointments I scheduled and sent me pictures during the day she watched our dog. I look forward to being a repeat customer of Kay’s, thank you Kay for taking care of Jenny for us.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
