About: While I specialize in cat sitting and absolutely adore caring for feline companions, I'm also happy to help with dog sitting for friendly, WELL-TRAINED SMALL PUPS. As a cat sitter first and foremost, I only accept ONE dog PER booking to ensure I can provide the best possible care and attention. Though I'm newer to dog care, I'm patient, attentive, and eager to provide a safe, calm environment for dogs who are easygoing and enjoy a relaxed routine. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions and making sure your pup feels comfortable and cared for while you're away. My heart is with cats, but I'm always happy to give well-mannered dogs the love and attention they deserve too! I'm currently open and have a flexible schedule, so I'm happy to work around your pet's unique needs whether it's regular visits or last-minute plans. Your pet's comfort and routine always come first. Because I may be caring for other pets throughout the day, I can't always guarantee an exact visit time. If your requested time is already booked, I'll reach out as soon as possible to see if there's a nearby time that works for you. If your pet needs medication or has a strict schedule, please let me know in your booking request so I can make sure I can accommodate their needs. I do require an in-person meet and greet before confirming any new booking. This helps ensure your pet feels comfortable and we're a great fit! As a proud cat mom, I care for my cats with a lot of love, patience, and attention to detail. Each of them has their own personality and needs, so I make sure their routines are consistent, their environment feels safe, and they get both playtime and quiet comfort. From feeding and litter box cleaning to brushing and cozy cuddle time, I treat them like family because to me, they are.

About: I am a passionate animal lover and a Biology major on a Pre-Veterinary path. I have lifetime experience with cats and over 4 years of experience in dog care, with dogs of different breeds and temperaments. I am well-versed in walking, cleaning-up, feeding, play, and obedience. As a devoted animal lover, I care deeply for each animal that comes my way. I recently completed an Animal Behavior and Training course (with an A+) and am knowledgeable in reading an animal's needs, as well as with Classical and Operant Conditioning. My scientific knowledge of dogs' needs and behaviors gives me a specialized insight into their care and allows me to truly connect with each animal. I also volunteer weekly at the SPCA taking the vitals of cats and dogs coming out of anesthesia. As a college student, I am pretty flexible in my availability. I am unable to conduct visits or walks on Thursdays, but any other day of the week I am certainly able to care for your pet. I am very empathetic towards each animal and make an effort to truly connect with each pet. I maintain cleanliness in my clients' homes, and thoroughly clean the feeding areas and scoop poop each day. I understand the amount of trust required to allow a stranger into your home, and I take measures to assure I leave your home exactly as I entered it.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for about 6 years and have worked with a wide variety of breeds with different personalities from family and friends! I’m always going the extra mile in learning more about a certain breed I’m unfamiliar with by doing extensive research on them and taking the time to work with the owner to understand their dog’s characteristics. I’m currently working hybrid as an Engineer and am available to walk your dogs and even check in on them Wednesday-Sundays anytime to accommodate your dog’s needs! I always treat my dog with the utmost respect and she always responds with the same respect right back. I’m always rewarding dogs for commands whether it be treats or positive reinforcement and I’m always portraying a positive and vibrant attitude towards them. When going on walks, I make sure to pay extra close attention to our surroundings and the dog’s body language. If they’re aloof and not responding to commands, I try to always stay calm, patient, persistence and reinforce positive behavior with treats or verbal praise towards them. While every dog is different, I try to adapt and be flexible with every dog’s needs and I try to stay consistent with my commands and behaviors depending on the owner’s requirements.

About: My name is Marissa and I'm am excited to return to Rover! My love for animals has been around since I was a child but blossomed during my time volunteering for an animal shelter. In addition to my volunteer work, I had an English Springer Spaniel for 11 years and a cat for 8 years, so I have quite a bit of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have administered oral medication, washed and walked dogs, helped train dogs, and brushed their teeth. I'm very patient with all cats and dogs and give them my full attention. I'm available most weekends and some weekdays, especially with advanced notice. Any specific requests? Let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate! I am currently working M-F from 8:00-5:00, but can accommodate weekday drop-in visits with additional notice. My main availability is on weekends and holidays. I take great care to ensure my clients’ homes are respected. I always offer to water any plants or do any small chores in addition to pet sitting.

I’m comfortable with young puppies to seniors, nervous/shy cats, those who need medication and anyone in between ☺️ I’m located right in the heart of the Mission District and work in Noe Vallley, so anywhere in those two areas are easy for me to access. I also have a car and can access further if need be! As someone who has seen plenty of emergency cases in my profession, I’m very specially aware within people’s homes of what may be considered safe or unsafe for your baby. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits etc. I believe animals come into our lives to make it better and to give us unconditional love. I have trained all my puppies as well as cared for my parents elderly Bullmastiff. I am very sensitive to the needs of pets and can feel when something is wrong. My schedule is open Monday - Sunday, I am a stay at home fur mom and I can not wait to meet your fur baby. All of my cats and dogs are indoor. I believe that is the safest way to keep them healthy and protected. However, if your fur baby is outside I will make sure all gates, doors are closed, locked and secure!

About: Animals are a different kind of "special". They love unconditionally. "We can judge the heart of a human, by the treatment to their animals". I am one that is very scepticle on who looks after my animals; because i know that noone will ever take care or love my animals the way my fiance and I do. Animals are my therapy and my love for them will never go unnoticed:) I will love your animals the way I love my own❤ Im currently working from home 3 days a week and in office 2 days a week.
