About: Growing up I had a dog named Zak that I loved with my whole heart. I would also walk my friend’s dog for them occasionally and take her to the park. I have also cared for many stray cats that came into my area, even helping one give birth to four healthy kittens! I absolutely adore animals and would love to make sure your pet has a great time while in my care. I am currently a college student taking morning classes, as well as a part time job on weekends. I am mainly available more towards afternoons. I will make sure your pets needs are all taken care of, and I will love them as if they were my own! About: I currently work at Austin Pete Alive as a veterinary assistant and truly find so much joy being around kittens and pups :)) I grew up going to dog summer camps where I learned basic training for dogs. I also took a few classes about Vet Medicine. My whole family loves animals and it has been passed down to me. I work 4 10s Friday- Monday. When I am not working or fostering I would love to fit any pet in my schedule:)). I can do quick drop ins morning and night. Or something long term on Monday nights-Friday mornings. My apartment complex has nice paths for walks!! I also have a balcony to rest outside if the weather permits and they are comfortable. But I try hard to make sure everyone is always comfortable! Please do note that I do all introductions one on one and over a period of a few hours after you drop off to make sure I am introducing new dogs in the safest and best way possible. Things to know: I have a private yard and fence, but please let me know if your pet has ever tried to jump a fence as it is not incredibly tall. All pickups and drop-offs are by appointment, but I am usually flexible! I will only take one dog at a time to ensure a safe environment when I can not supervise. I do have a cat, but he remains separate from all guest dogs! I am currently done with my course work at TTU and have begun work on my dissertation. This means my schedule is very flexible!
