Safe Space: I provide a clean, pet-proofed environment with designated areas for resting, eating, and play. Supervised Socialization: If I have other pets in the house, all interactions are closely supervised and introduced slowly to ensure everyone stays happy and safe. Constant Monitoring: I keep a close eye on behavior, appetite, and energy levels to ensure they are adjusting well to the new surroundings. I am usually home all the time but if for some reason I have to leave they will be safe in one room. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
