About: I have cared for pets for over 20 years in a variety of settings. My own pets, as well as friends, family members, and neighbors. I have also been previously employed by a professional dog walking company, which I remained with for two years. My responsibilities included walking the dogs, taking them to the park, feeding, and staying overnight in many cases while owners were away. I would also care for cats, rabbits, and other animals. I have experience with medication administration, such as eyedrops and pills. I love animals and I have a very calm, nurturing disposition. Safety and snuggles are my two priorities! I work full time from my home on a flexible schedule. I have the ability to provide a ton of attention for your pet if they are here with me. I am also able to easily stay in others homes due to my job. It's incredibly important to me to make sure that your pet feels safe, loved and cared for. Pets are like family, and I know how hard it is to leave them sometimes, especially with a new person. I have a two story home and they are free to roam around as they please, lay on the couch, sit out on the deck (weather permitting). If I am at your home, I follow your care instructions very carefully and I am respectful your space. I have an 8 year old standard goldendoodle who is very friendly. However, if your dog may not get along with another dog, I am able to take mine to his grandpa's house to watch him so I can prioritize yours.

I also grew up around about 16 dogs, which helped me develop patience, confidence, and the ability to handle different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. During the school year, I’m available before and after school. I leave for school in the morning and return around 2:40 PM, so I’m dependable for afternoon, evening, and weekend care. About: I have experience working with dogs of all ages at a shelter, I’m good with all ages and work with the dogs at their comfort versus having them conform to what I want them to do. I’ve administered medication to dogs both older and younger and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel at ease about your dog being left with me. I am currently in school from 830-3 I can provide care from 330 and beyond depending on what you need. Weekends I am home all day and if your dog enjoys it I can take them hiking to the park ext. As I do live in an apartment that isn’t fenced in I can’t let them run around In a yard, but I have plenty of space to walk dogs or run with them if they like as I am very active. If I am in your home I will make sure your dog feels as safe as possible with me being there as well as providing you comfort.
