About: I am a recent new graduate Physician Assistant and looking for employment. I have always adored animals and have pet sat for friends and families’ pets over the years. As a new graduate looking for a job, I have a lot of new free time on my hands and cannot think of a better way to fill the extra time that I have and to help make a little money than spending time and caring for animals! I am open to dog walking as well as drop in visits and overnight stays with you pet in your home! I will treat your pets with the same love, care, and attention that I give my own. My hours at the hospital very, however, they are typically four shifts per week during the weekdays at varying hours. I am usually free both weekend days. I was lucky enough to foster a beagle with diabetes with my college roommates, and this required administering daily insulin shots along with several oral medications.

About: This account is shared by two people! Alex and Hickory both have 10+ years of pet owning experience, including casual pets, breeding, and show animals. Animals are a large part of both of their lives, and one of the many things that bring them purpose in life. At 19 and 20 years old, both sitters have above average experience for their ages. Hickory is certified in dog training, animal husbandry, and herpetology. Alex is not certified, but has plenty life experiences and volunteer hours at animal shelters such as South Hills Pet Rescue. What animals can we care for? : Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish (both saltwater and freshwater), bearded dragons, geckos, snakes. What animals can we NOT care for? : Monitor lizards, birds, farm animals, bite risk pets, pets needing injected medication. Both sitters are working part time, and have plenty of time to care for your pets. If anything were to come up, owner and calendar will be updated. We own two dogs with PTSD, and are currently in the process of adopting a stray cat with dead tail. Our pets are fed breakfast and dinner, given oral medication, and are given ample time to play outside. Our aquatic pets are fed once daily with fasting on Sundays, and their water is tested and changed weekly.

About: For 10+ years, I’ve pet sat for family, friends, and neighbors. Growing up with rescue pets, I have experience caring for anxious and distracted dogs. I also have experience caring for puppies and senior dogs with disabilities. I have a love for all animals, and can ensure great care, attention, and love will be given to your pet!! I’m currently working remote 4 days a week, with Monday as my typical day in office, although the day is subject to change per week. When working from home or on the weekends, I can let the dog out frequently, walk the dog everyday, play multiple times outside, pet and brush when inside, and give lots of attention to. I’m available to pet sit on my day in office as well, but the dog would not be let out between the hours of 7am-4:30 pm. When I pet sit, the dog is typically within my sight at all times. When at the house, the dog will be taken out hourly and played with frequently throughout the day. The water bowl will be refilled at least twice a day when food is given, or more if needed. Little objects or any choking hazards will be out reach for the dog, as well as food and other dangers. Walks will be given daily if the weather permits, as well as constant pets. Your dog will receive a lot of love with me!!

About: I’ve watched dogs and cats ever since I was a kid. I’ve been a pet owner most of my life. I have watched all ages, sizes, and breeds. Since I’m a freelancer, my schedule is extremely flexible. Here to help! Work with big and small dogs and old and young dogs regularly. Let me know ahead of time if you have any special instructions for your pets. Whether it’s a specific dietary restriction or a medication, it’s important I know what I’m getting into before I accept a gig. I’m very comfortable staying overnights with pets as long as groceries or grocery money is provided along with a comfortable accommodations as I try my best to stay with your pet most of the day if not the whole day. My schedule is flexible due to my freelancer life. I can set routines with your pets if needed. I’m great at following instructions and will make sure to communicate with you updates. Whatever you need, I got you covered. I’ll visit your home and follow whatever routine you provide me for your fur baby. If dogs are allowed to go on adventures, I like taking them to dog parks or petco for a treat. It’s important to make sure your pet is exercised, fed, and ready to nap so when you come home your pup or kitty will be happy to see you.

About: Hi! I’m Karsyn, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been a dedicated dog mom to my Mini Australian Shepherd for the past 5 years, and before him I grew up with dogs my entire childhood. When my dog was a puppy, I enrolled him in training classes, which taught me so much about dog behavior, body language, and positive interactions. One of my absolute favorite parts of pet sitting is sending photos of your pets to you! I basically turn into the pet paparazzi and love snapping pictures throughout our time together. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and have no breed restrictions. If your pup is a strong puller, that’s no problem-I’m confident handling energetic dogs on walks as well! I work full-time Monday-Thursday and have full availability for pet care Friday-Sunday.
