About: Like everyone else on this app, I love dogs, and grew up with German Shepherds However, I started on the rover app because I wanted to provide something I thought was missing… reliable pet care for high energy and athletic dogs. I travel a lot and the last thing I want to worry about is if my 70 pound GSD is wearing out the kind old lady I left her with because that’s who was available. Rest assured, if you leave your dog with me for work or for play, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. Need daily runs or multiple walks a day? Good. We run every day. Need yard play time? Not a problem. Extra belly rubs? Easy. Is your Dog a couch potato? I have a couch and have happy to give rubs and chill out. The point is, weather for a week or a weekend, if you leave your dog with me, you can focus on where ever your travels are taking you. I have a pretty demanding full time job. I’m only available for boarding in my home. If I’m home, your dog has 100% of my focus. I have a very well trained and very social GSD and a large fenced in yard. I also have rooms I can fence off to give your dog some space. I’m happy to play fetch, take multiple walks, and daily runs if needed.

About: I survived teaching first and second grade for over 35 years so I can do anything! I am a new grandma and I’m so excited! I have two sweet pups who love having news friends come over and play. I am very flexible and I am very willing to get the work done with your pup or puppies! I will do whatever it takes to make it work. Although I don’t have a fenced in yard I will make sure they are on a leash if needed when going out to do their business. I love to walk multiple times a day so you can be assured they will get lots of attention and exercise.

I grew up with dogs, and from an early age, I learned how much they truly complete a home. I always accommodate my clients' animals daily routines, because their comfort comes first. It’s never about my schedule—it’s about maintaining what they know and trust. Just because their owners are away doesn’t mean their routine should change. I love taking pictures, so you'll have great photos of your animals while you are away. This is my full time job. Nice days don’t go to waste!!! Your pet(s) and I will be outside playing, running around, and a walk around the neighborhood (if allowed). I respect every home by keeping it tidy and cleaning up after myself. If you need a good spring clean and organizing, my services are always available: Dust, vacuum, organize, picking up poop, taking the trash out, grabbing the mail, watering plants, picking weeds… you name it, I will do it!

I'm open to pretty much anything but would like to meet your pups/cats/other beforehand. I can board but that is dependent on the dog since I have a cat at home. Open to discussion! She was very accommodating to my last minute request and early drop off/late pickup (0600-1700). Even after my dog had an accident due to starting her heat cycle (which Elise notified me of) she was still very friendly and helpful with updates and Barleys well being.
