Louie stayed for 4 days and each day we got updates and/or pictures on how things were going. “Lauren is absolutely wonderful. She has a clear affinity for animals, and they for her. I got daily updates with pictures and videos so I knew my dog was happy and well cared for the whole time. She does a thorough meet and greet beforehand and takes notes as to any special needs or just quirks your dog may have to be well prepared for their visit. She was also equipped with toys, bowls, a kennel, etc so I didn't have to pack up my dog's entire life and it made the process so easy. 10/10 would book Lauren again in a heartbeat!”
