Sam went above and beyond, even rearranging his work schedule to make sure our dogs were well looked after. He maintained their regimented routine, preparing their unique meals twice a day and taking them out for potty breaks and exercise an additional 3-4 times per day. His conscientiousness really showed in everything he did. Sam stayed overnight in our home, ensuring our dogs felt safe, secure, and comfortable in our absence. His communication was excellent—he sent us multiple photo updates throughout each day, which gave us such peace of mind. It was clear from the photos (and when we returned!) that our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for. Honestly, I don’t think they even realized we were gone! Sam is incredible with animals, and it’s obvious he has a natural connection with dogs. He’s also friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. Knowing he was there allowed us to enjoy a much-needed vacation without any worry. We’re already planning to book Sam again for our next trip! She has no hesitation to contact us with questions, follows instructions to a T, and alerts us if anything is off. She is also an amazing house sitter and makes sure things are clean, orderly and that the pets didn’t make too much of a mess. If she can’t watch my pets, we simply don’t go. I would pay an arm and a leg for Samantha’s services just to feel comfortable while I’m away. I’ve had sitters in the past that have neglected my animals and ghosted my animals for 24+ hours. Never again! Samantha is our one and only!”
