From the moment we had our meet and greet before leaving to when we dropped him off, we really felt peace of mind. Lalia was warm, calm, and kind. She kept in touch with us almost every day, sending updates, photos, and little notes about how he was doing. It wasn’t just the updates that meant so much, it was the way she noticed the small things too. It really showed how tuned in she was to him. As owners of an older cat who needs a little more attention and care, this was hugely reassuring. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond. She didn’t just meet his basic needs — she gave him genuine affection, time, and attention as if he were her own. She created a calm, comfortable environment for him with more space and freedom than we had even imagined he’d have, and she made sure he had company and cuddles at night too. He was calm, content, and totally at home — not stressed or anxious like he’s been after past stays elsewhere. She took our instructions in great stride as well and was happy to go with the flow as things came up (we needed our trash can taken, packages brought in, etc). She even spent some extra time with the cats when able to make sure they were getting enough attention and were fully comfortable with her. About: I took care of my dog, Luna, since the first day she was born because her mom didn’t want her. I’d wake up every 2 hours to make sure she ate while she was little because I didn’t want anything to happen to her. Now she’s 4 years old running around with her parents and siblings. “Laila looked after our senior cat, Ozy, for just over two weeks while we were away, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we had our meet and greet before leaving to when we dropped him off, we really felt peace of mind. Lalia was warm, calm, and kind. She kept in touch with us almost every day, sending updates, photos, and little notes about how he was doing. It wasn’t just the updates that meant so much, it was the way she noticed the small things too. It really showed how tuned in she was to him. As owners of an older cat who needs a little more attention and care, this was hugely reassuring. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond. She didn’t just meet his basic needs — she gave him genuine affection, time, and attention as if he were her own. She created a calm, comfortable environment for him with more space and freedom than we had even imagined he’d have, and she made sure he had company and cuddles at night too. That meant the world to us. We could tell when we picked him up that he’d been truly cared for. He was calm, content, and totally at home — not stressed or anxious like he’s been after past stays elsewhere. It was clear he’d been loved while we were gone something that thank you can never be enough for.”
“This was a great first experience for me using Rover! I chose Sabrina because of her location and if I take a trip again she will automatically be the first one I contact again for future bookings. She kept me updated on Katsu multiple times a day and sent me pictures as well. Katsu can be a bit high energy and she worked great with him and told me she would like to have him over again. We've found our go-to dog sitter!”
