About: I have experience with deaf, senior and reactive dogs as well as cats. I fostered and trained for Blue River Pet Rescue and have taken dog safety courses with Nebraska Humane Society. I know what it's like to have a scared or sick dog and I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them when you can't. I am no stranger to a special needs dog and I want to be that person for you and your pet when you need me. My own dog, who passed in April 2025, had CHF and I could barely stand to let him out of my sight. I was lucky that the people who fostered him offered to watch him when needed. Without them, I'm not sure how I would've found someone I could really trust to be patient and kind to him. Now that he's gone, I want to be able to be that person for others. I work completely remote, so I am always home, giving me a great opportunity to care for special needs animals or just animals in general. I work Mon-Fri, 12-8 and weekends are usually free. I live close to a dog park that I took my previous foster to every day and have a nice neighborhood for walks. I have a yard (not fully fenced in) with a tie out leash, though I go outside often and would never leave your pet alone. I got the tie out recently for my foster to help her with separation anxiety but would walk around the yard and area with my own dog for a few minutes every hour or so. I have lots of toys and keep a pet water fountain running at all times. I keep a couple of dog beds throughout the house, so there is always somewhere soft and comfortable to lay down, whether they want to stay close by or would prefer some space. My house is their house while they're here. Besides the trash cans, they are welcome to explore.

She was always prompt, kept us updated on how he was eating/taking potty breaks, played with him and sent us several photos or videos each drop-in. About: Since a little girl, I’ve loved every animal. All breeds and all sizes. I’ve lived with dogs my entire life because who can live without, right?! I grew up around 3 eskimos, a samoyed, a poodle, a jack russell terrier, 6 hamsters, and 4 cats! Now I currently have two lovely girls. A 3 year old husky mix and an american eskimo. Myself and my family cared for our sweet 8 pound american eskimo until he passed at 13, he joined our family at months old as “a project, not a pet”, and he sure trooped it out despite the many struggles he came with as a puppy mill rescue I work on the weekends at my part-time job. Aside from weekends, I am available all weekdays except for occasional appointments between 11am and 3pm! I have two very sweet girls 25lbs and 60lbs who have had lots of encounters with smaller dogs and are very gentle. I make sure meals are fed on time and exercise is always included!!

About: Hello, my name is Tracy and I'm a total dog person! Although I can't have a furry friend at home due to my living situation, I volunteer as a dog walker at the local capital humane society here in town. I've had the pleasure of working with dogs of all breeds and sizes, from tiny Chihuahuas to massive Great Danes! There's nothing better than seeing their tails wag and spoiling them with pets and treats. My dream is to own a large piece of land where I can provide a forever home for senior and handicapped animals. Until then, I'll continue to volunteer and do my part to help these amazing companions! I currently work full time and have a part time job on top of that i also volunteer 1 day a week at the capital humane society as a dog walker! i enjoy taking walks around the park and or neighborhood, after our long walk then we would go to the dog park and meet all our other furry friends!

About: I’ve taken care of my own family dogs and dog and watched for friends and families. I am a college student who is trying to make some extra cash with her own one year old Dalmatian! I am available on weekends any time of day and mornings during the week day between 8-11am and then after 6pm on week days as well! I would like you to know I will care for your pet like my own. About: I’ve taken care of animals for a long time and I am able to handle the large breeds all the way to the smallest breeds. I can handle training and potty training and I can ensure comfort and confidence in each pet! I’m working part time in the morning with the afternoon and evenings free and I have Monday/thursday/Sunday off! I can do things early morning, mid afternoon, evening, and night! I own my home, with two cats that have their own space and a very social and friendly weiner dog. I have a big backyard and a phenomenal neighborhood for walking!

“Wow!! I was expecting your average youngster to come walk the dog tonight and get completely manhandled by my dog. Usually the walker and/or care taker can’t seem to get this beast to behave! I spend the whole visit watching and teaching the “canine specialist” how to get this animal calmed down. But Ben….. Benjamin Walked in and took complete control instantly. My usual frenzied beast was now calm as a deaf 14yr old pound Schnauzer. His presence with dogs is unlike anyone I’ve ever seen. You can tell he has had experience! I wish I could rate 10 stars. About: I have been around animals since I was born and I am very accustomed to caring for them. I also have three years of lifeguarding experience, so I know how to respond in emergency situations. I am a college student athlete (currently in the off season), so I am available after class ends (around 3 pm most days) and on weekends. I live in a dorm, so I will only be able to care for your animal at your house or take them on walks, but I have good problem solving skills and a lot of experience with animals, so I can handle situations that come up!

About: I've owned dogs of every kind since I was a kid! In high-school I dog/farm sat and dog walked. I also have experience with livestock and experience in the animal science field. I'm currently working 32 hours during the week, but I am open to working most hours and can work things around my flexible schedule. My job is very flexible and I am able to make schedules work! I currently have no pets living with me, but interact with mine frequently when I am back at home! When caring for any pets, I always practice patience and have experience dealing with difficult pets who need more discipline, and have experience with working with very well behaved dogs as well.

About: I love spending time with animals and getting to meet all different types of breeds while getting to watch them and care for them at the same time. I am going to school part time right now and have lots of extra free time spent at home for taking care of pets. I am okay with having pets in my home as well as traveling to others homes to care for the animals. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and I currently live with two small dogs that I’ve been taking care of for the last 8 years. I have a lot of experience with both extremely small dogs like Miniature Yorkies as well as large dogs like German Shepards. I think I’m also very good puppies and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have about me. I’m currently a fully online college student so I can take care of your pets at any hours on any day. If you need me to check on your pets at 2AM that’s fine with me.😊 I am happy to accommodate for your pets and keep their schedules as normal as possible while you are away. I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats since birth but took on caring for my very first cat Prince at the age of 5 and never stopped! Our family currently has 4 kitties (Kitzie, Luna, Pizza and Meatball) and two pups Luke and Charlie. They are all rescues and came to us with a number of different needs. Growing up I spent many of my weekends and summers pet sitting for family, friends and neighbors and now as an adult with a family of my own I enjoy it even more! We believe that animals are part of the family and should be treated that way. That is why when your fur baby stays with us you won’t see them in a kennel or locked in a dog run. He/she is part of our family while you’re away. They are allowed anywhere people are allowed, pampered and will enjoy land to run and play! We provide homemade all organic treats and encourage parents to bring a couple items such as toys, special blankets, or pet beds to remind your pet of home. We go for walks, play fetch, feed according to their diet, send lots of pictures and even an occasional play in the sprinkler if your pup is up for it! Naps and bedtime are comfortable and they will always have something soft to sleep on! Our home is nestled on a small acreage in Raymond, NE giving us lots of room to play and exercise with your pups! Let our home be your pups home away from home and have the peace of mind that they are loved, cherished and spoiled! I’m a stay at home mom and my husband is also currently working from home so we are able to dedicate our time to care for your fur baby while you have to be away. We also have a daughter in high school who is an aspiring veterinarian and loves to help care for all animals big and small. Our property is not fenced but we do have a wrap around tree line. There is plenty of room for your pups to run and play and they will always be supervised. We have plenty of toys to keep your puppy big or small busy and entertained and offer homemade organic treats daily. Your pup is welcome wherever people are! We are able to crate if that is your desire as well. We have two very friendly and social dogs of our own and they love to have friends to play and nap with. We recently installed a catio for our indoor kitties to get some fresh air and to experience the outside in a safe way. This experience is open to any kitties that come to visit as well. COVID-19 Precautions: In order to keep your family and ours safe during this pandemic we have implemented a few precautions. We ask that if you or a member of your family has COVID-19 symptoms or have had contact with an individual who has tested positive or is currently awaiting test results, that you cancel your stay. You will not be held liable for a last minute cancellation in this event and will receive a full refund. Though we typically love to invite people into our home, at this time we have decided it’s best to meet outside and only have our furry friends inside. We will sanitize all leashes, toys and personal items at drop off and pickup. During stays we also try our hardest to avoid other people that are not members of our family from coming over.
