About: My name is Kim. I've had pets all my life. I signed up for doggie fieldtrips at LMAS 6yrs ago. Such a fun way to get dogs out of the shelter. I am not in the best place for a pet right now. So I'm limited to walking and check ins. I work in the IT field and have evenings and weekends available to give your pet some excercise and attention. I have a recurring check in that I have come to love. I will take good care of your fur baby. I work full time 5 days a week in the IT field. Evenings, saturday and sunday I am available. I will do my best to give you a quick response. Depending on the animal of course, there is alot to consider. I try to get them up and out and engaged. Fed. Watered. Happy! Also animals are messy. I will do my best to be keep things looking as they were when I got there.
About: I have been in the pet-sitting scene for 3 years now! Started with friends and family, then branched out from there! I've learned how to care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and my favorite type of pet: rodents (Guinea Pigs are the Best!). Taken care of older pets that need medications and careful care, as well as young and energetic pets that need some more playtime and enrichment! I believe one of the most important skills to have to be a great pet sitter is proper and clear communication with the owners. I communicate how often an owner would want! I would communicate with videos and pictures of your pet's adventures, or communicate any concerns if any arise. I want to make sure that while you're away, you can rest easy knowing your pet is safe and happy! :) I do work part-time as of right now, typically working 15-25 hours a week. I mostly work morning shifts from 10:30-5:00, but usually leave an hour early. If you need me to stay most of the day, please let me know at least a month in advance; I would happily take off work! There are a few things I would like to know about your furry little friend: 1. How often do they need to go out? 2. How much enrichment do they need? 3. Do they take any medication? 4. Do they have any triggers I should be concerned about? 5. Do they have a good understanding of commands? (It's ok if not :3) 6. How long can they be left alone? Please inform me of anything I need to know. I want to make sure your baby/babies are taken care of! I can't wait to meet some new friends! I'm currently working a part-time job typically working 15-25 hours a week. I usually work morning shifts ranging from 10:30-5 or 11:00-5:00, but sometimes get off an hour early depending on the day. If I need to stay for the majority of the job, please let me know at least a month in advance; I will gladly ask off! I will inform you of my schedule when we talk! :) I ensure I’m properly informed of your pets making sure I know their personality, if they have medication, habits, etc. I make sure they have plenty of enrichment through the day and I love to update my clients of their pets well-being by sending pictures, videos, and more!
About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds ever since I was roughly 13 years old, and am also able to administer medications to animals. Family members, friends, and referrals/new friends have trusted me with their pets time and time again because I genuinely enjoy spending time with and taking care of their critters as if they’re my own! I also have experience with farm/unique animals like chickens, chinchillas, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, etc., and I have experience caring for epileptic dogs, as well as senior animals! I can ALWAYS promise to treat your babies like they’re my own, and to ensure they get the best of care. My availability is quite flexible, and I typically have the ability to run over and do house visits or walks as often as they are needed, and I’m able to provide housesitting services, too! I unfortunately am unable to host animals in my home due to rules against it (I’m a renter). I apologize in advance if this causes any kind of inconvenience. About: I have experience with many family, friends, and have made connections with others sitting for vacations or if it’s just a simple walk! I have also been around dogs my whole life with my own and know how to properly take care of all ages. About: My family has rescued large dogs since I was a small child. I also have four years of experience working in boarding at Pet Station Country Club. I am very familiar with ‘weird’ dogs and am experienced in handling dogs that may not be considered friendly. My own dog can be a bit of a problem child— and I love her with my whole heart and more. I’m pet first aid and pet CPR certified, I also have experience administering medication if that is something your pet requires. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
