“Ricquel is amazing! Tiller loves to go hang out with her, her daughter, and her two dogs Ellie and Teddy. She sends updates through out the day and you can tell he is relaxed and having a blast! She makes sure she adjust for our needs, but she does so well she doesn’t need to change anything. We are both firefighters and are gone 1-2 days a week and he can feel at home when he is with them as well! Hoping to continue working with her as long as we can. Highly recommend!”

“We booked Casper to stay with Hayley and her doggy family over Thanksgiving, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! Her communication was so reassuring, sending daily photos and videos alongside updates on Casper's eating, behavior, etc. Beyond the daily updates, Hayley's flexibility and responsiveness really stood out as we navigated Rover for the first time. She promptly addressed any concerns/questions we had from start to finish. She treated Casper as if he were her own, and that level of commitment is priceless! You could tell that their house and environment were clean, safe, and welcoming with a large backyard for all the Zoomies!!! I could tell that Casper was not only well-cared-for but also genuinely enjoyed his time there (as evident with his wagging tail in every video update)! I highly recommend Hayley and her family, and I'm grateful for the peace of mind she gave us during the holiday. We've already rebooked for Christmas and will continue to book for our future pet-sitting needs!”

But she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Constant pictures and updates gave me the peace of mind I needed. She was so thorough and prepared which made coordinating (meet ups, drop offs, pick up) all more easy. My pups were actually a little sad when they left!
