“Needed someone to play ball with my dogs while I was out of town and my wife was home recovering from surgery. Peggy was accommodating and reliable. She helped tire out the pups so my wife could continue to heal. Would definitely use again!”

About: I've always believed life is better with fur on your clothes and after years of caring for my own pets, I turned that passion into something bigger. Now I get to spend my days doing what I love most: caring for your four-legged family members while you're away. I make sure your pet gets the attention, love, and care they deserve. As a lifelong pet parent myself, I get how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family. That's why I treat every cat and dog like one of my own with patience, playfulness, and lots of love. So whether your dog needs a walking buddy or your cat needs someone to chat with while you're out, I'm here to help with a leash in one hand and a lint roller in the other. I am devoting all of my time to dog walking and pet sitting, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pet. I am happy to come to your home to care for your pet for either dog walking or pet sitting. I will care for your pet as if it were my own!

“Cheryl, was so spot on, with taking care of Murphy, she came twice a day. Fed, brushed and cleaned litter box, was always on time, leaving kitchen clean of used cans, filling the dry food, putting him on the bathroom sink, for water, making him not miss us, sending reports and pictures. We used her for 2 vacation weeks, and will again. Elizabeth”

“Dana was very responsive and quick to respond to my request, which I appreciated. She sent a video and pictures from her visit with Lucy. I could tell that Lucy loved her. I would highly recommend Dana.”

“Sheyanne has been so helpful with walking my reactive dog! She is really patient and attentive to him and has picked right up on how to manage his behavior on walks. Thank you Sheyanne!”

About: I've always felt a special connection with animals- from encounters in the redwood forests of Northern California to the coastal sanctuaries of Maine, I’ve spent much time appreciating the deep wisdom held within the animal kingdom. In my own life, cats and dogs have helped show me the true nature of unconditional love, journeying together through obstacles with plenty of joy. I've boarded and cared for several dogs long-term, lived with up to 3 cats at a time (please see testimonials) and always enjoy getting to know the unique personality and ways of each animal. Beyond domestic pets, I often spend time in nature, getting to know the local birds, deer, chipmunks, etc. and enjoy spending time at several wolf sanctuaries in New England. My approach is gentle and my goal is nourishment, safety and support with whoever I get the chance to work with. I’m presently in my third year of graduate school for Chinese medicine and acupuncture, a medicine that includes healing practices such as Qi Gong which often draws from the teachings of animals to generate strength and resilience in one's body. I hope to have the chance to work with animals in a healing capacity some day. I enjoy giving back to animals in any way I can and I'd be truly honored to care for your beloved pet. I'm currently a graduate student with wide availability outside of classes, including most weekdays and weekends. Tuesdays/Thursdays/weekends are generally best but I have flexibility on all other days as well. I'll care for your pets with compassion and attentiveness and honor whatever instructions and ways that you feel are best for your dog or cat. I've had experience crating, bathing, grooming, clipping, walking, running, playing etc.

“Molly was amazing, again! She's always prompt, responsive, and kind, but best of all, our dogs also love her! She is the best and we trust her fully with our fur babies time and time again. Thank you!”

About: I grew up around cats and dogs. I have looked after relatives great dane, labradoodle, pitbull mix, and several cats. I have raised a litter of kittens when their mom got sick, all of which turned out healthy! I currently have two of my own cats! I am working part-time at a coffee shop currently while studying for my Veterinary Technician License. I will be available after work on some weekdays to dog walk, and drop in. I will always make sure your animal is safe, and secure with me. I do not leave doors open in unfenced yards, and keep a steady eye on all animals. I can crate dogs if needed.

“So I made the mistake of locking my door by accident when I left for work. Courtney showed up on time, but couldn't get in my house. She kindly offered to take the hit, which I thought was something not a lot of people would do today. Even though she didn't get a chance to check on my dogs, my brief interaction told me everything I need to know. Id absolutely recommend her again.”

“Had Sarah do drop in visits for our cat Bea on one of the hottest weekends we have had this summer! Spending activity time with her making sure she had enough food and water and also sending texts with pictures to let us know how she was doing! Sarah was wonderful with the visits!”

“Lindsay stopped by to visit my cat while I was in England. She brought her daughter with her, which was great- to give the cat some more attention. Professional, communicative, and on time. Thanks, Lindsay”

About: I absolutely love animals. I've had dogs my whole life, until recently, and now I have 2 cats. I'm always looking to socialize more with animals.Right now in school, I am working towards getting my Early Childhood Education degree and my teaching license. I’m looking forward to filling my free time with great animal interactions. I will easily follow all your care instructions. I've volunteered at animal shelters, so cleaning up any messes will be easy and I have been around many different dog breeds. I'm always careful and responsible. I would love to go for a walk around the neighborhood, or go to a nearby dog park if applicable. I understand that the happiness and health of your pet is one of the most important things there is. I’m currently out of school for the summer and wish to fill up my days taking care of your pets! I have pretty open availability during the work week, minus 2 weekly appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday. I’d also love to spend a lovely summer weekend day with your pet as well! I usually follow the lead of the homeowners, so if there’s behavior that is considered normal for your pet, I’d love to know about it and how you usually handle it. I know the importance of routine and structure, so I will not be acting in a way towards your pet that they aren’t familiar or comfortable with.

About: Dogs are a huge part of my life! I have 3 dogs so I understand firsthand the love, care and attention they need! I also have extensive experience volunteering with shelter dogs giving them exercise and socialization they need through both walking and running trails. I know how important exercise, structure and loving care are for a dog’s wellbeing and I treat every dog as if they were my own. I’m here to help! I do work part time as a small business owner and am also volunteering at dog shelters throughout the week. I am available most mornings and early evenings. I have a huge yard although not fenced in but live walking distance to a dog park. I can also walk your dog in the neighborhood or on trails where they can enjoy nature!
