There are so many sitters on Rover, and finding someone I truly feel comfortable leaving my dog with for an extended period of time is not easy, especially because I travel out of the country quite often. This felt less like boarding and more like a luxury doggy spa vacation! Max has an incredibly spacious home, and the backyard is HUGE, with beautiful, well kept green grass and plenty of mature trees that provide shade for outdoor time. Zara had so much space to run around, explore, and enjoy herself. It never felt like the typical boarding experience where dogs are confined for most of the day. What impressed me even more than the space was how much Max genuinely cares about animals and how knowledgeable he is about dogs. He understands the importance of respecting their personal space and boundaries, reading their body language, and recognizing what they’re communicating. He also gave me helpful information about Zara’s anxiety and how to maintain a calm environment to help reduce her stress. I really appreciated that because it showed me that his care goes beyond simply feeding a dog and letting them outside. He actually understands dogs and pays attention to their individual needs. I was also amazed at how quickly Zara warmed up to him. She typically has anxiety and barks at people she doesn’t know, so seeing how comfortable and happy she became with Max gave me so much confidence in him. He maintained Zara’s normal routine, gave her plenty of room to run around, and even let her sleep on his bed! She looked so happy and calm that it honestly felt like she was on vacation. And his communication is PHENOMENAL! He kept me updated every single day and sent pictures and videos from morning through evening. That gave me so much peace of mind because I could actually see how Zara was doing throughout the day instead of constantly wondering if she was okay. I’m so glad I found Max on Rover. I finally feel like I’ve found a sitter I can genuinely trust and feel comfortable leaving Zara with for a longer period of time when I travel. I will absolutely be booking with him again and recommending him to my friends and family. About: Was a foster of two cats, and then 4 kittens for 3 months. After fostering, I would go to barc and help clean cages and socialize with kittens, especially the skittish ones :'0 to prepare them for a home.

About: I have taken care of dogs & cats since I was 10! I’ve always been the friendly go to neighbor for daily, weekly, and monthly pet care. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 geckos of my own and dream of nothing more than to share my love and affection with as many animals as possible. About: We are a new family of three and are preparing to add a wired hair fox terrier in the near future. We had a family dog when I was young but he sadly passed away due to old age. My husband and son love dogs and all animals. His previous pair of dogs was sadly stolen from him and he hasn’t been ready to get another pet. That recently changed when our son started showing extreme interest in dogs and other animals. We want to test the waters with dog boarding and walking to see before committing. About: I’ve taken care of furbabies my whole life, as I get older I have more experience and more opportunities to do with them. I love having the opportunity to take care of them and I love when the owners are comfortable enough to trust me with them. Everytime I take care of my brothers pit he absolutely loves it since he gets so spoiled rotten lol. After a hot walk I tend to make natural eatable frozen pops for them, and after dinner he gets play time outside with me. I treat my furbabies like if their a child/baby since that’s how I view them. It comes straight from my heart and I’m very genuine and patient with them! Im currently not working, so im available throughout the week for whoever furbabies needs company! Im also sometimes available on weekends just depends, but doesn’t hurt to ask since im willing to cancel unimportant plans if someone needs a sitter! If it’s my house, I have a fenced backyard with a pool therefore, I don’t have much yard. I’m right on the golf course though, that has a trail I could take them on for a nice walk so their not always in the house. I have female animals, 1 small dog and 1 cat both very friendly, but shy lol so they probably won’t play together. I also have a upstairs that I could use as a extra open area for anything, I recommend it for the pups that are in creates since with my upstairs, they don’t need to be since I have a gate and pee pads I could put down so their not locked up if they don’t need to be. If it’s the owners house I’m open to anything, as long as I have rules and exceptions I know to follow just ask and tell me! I’ll make sure your furbabies feel at home no matter the place. :)

About: We love all dogs from young puppies to seniors! We have a young lab who is very friendly and loves to have fun with other pup friends. We have experience with giving dogs medication, giving senior pups their special care, or playing with a puppy full of energy. They are all welcome to our home! Unfortunately, we are no longer taking the German Shepherds, Pits, French, or any other form of bulldog. We are available for boarding during the weekends. My husband works from home two days a week during the weekday. We make sure to give the dogs a lot of walks, active play, and love throughout their stay. We have a zero bite/attack policy. Snarls are okay if they calm but we will call for removal the moment a bite or attack happens. We have a fenced in backyard that dogs will love to play in. Your pup is welcome to stay inside our home or play all day outside. We have a two year old female lab who is very friendly and loves to play. If you need your dog crated, we can crate them or they can roam around freely.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and currently have 2 cats of my own, so I understand the care and attention pets need. I’m experienced in walking, sitting, and providing basic care for dogs of all sizes. About: We are a new family of three and are preparing to add a wired hair fox terrier in the near future. We had a family dog when I was young but he sadly passed away due to old age. My husband and son love dogs and all animals. His previous pair of dogs was sadly stolen from him and he hasn’t been ready to get another pet. That recently changed when our son started showing extreme interest in dogs and other animals. We want to test the waters with dog boarding and walking to see before committing. For us, a pet is forever. I work from home and my work is flexible. I can accommodate changes in schedule. My office is in the galleria area and my house is in humble. I can do dog walks in the galleria area as well. I have a fenced backyard and empty rooms to house the dogs if they need to have their own space. We live in a very friendly neighborhood and parks nearby.
About: From a young age i’ve always had a dog by my side! As I got older I got a puppy that I personally trained up until now. I’ve caught on to how dogs behave, warning signs and how to treat them. For the summer time I am available any portion of the day to come take care of your fuzzy friend! :) I have another job, but I still make time for my own dogs. However, I use more caution now because of the summer heat. Former school student who participated in afterschool clubs, volunteering and was in an agriculture program! My weekends are relatively free to come by as well as time for walks or check-ins in the evenings on weekdays. I have a fenced yard and two large dogs. They get lots of love daily, are very spoiled and get time at the park and their grandmothers home. I will take care of your dogs with the same amount of love as I do for mine!

About: I graduated from Vet Tech School in 2014 and have been working with animals ever since! It’s a passion of mine. I do have 2 children, 10 and 8. Expecting a 3rd in December 2026. They love seeing new pups come and go. I am a Veterinary Nurse, working with animals daily, currently work part time during the week, pets need to be crate trained for this reason. I do have cameras all through out my house to keep an eye on them when I am not home. Big home with a tall fenced in backyard, all fur babies welcome!
