I have a dog (curly white dog in photos), that lives with me. He likes to keep to himself and has never had any issues with other dogs during a stay. About: Just over a year ago I've had the experience and joy to care of my friends dog. I was able to take her home for a month and make sure she well loved. We walked, played, did some tricks and got to enjoy each other company. Ever since then I've always been fascinated about dogs especially huskies they are my favorite! Don't get me wrong I love other dogs as well, especially the ones who waggles their tail in excitement! One day I will have a dog of my own and be able to nourish and care for it the same way I'm able to do with other dogs today. But until then I will continue to play and love each dog equally. I’m home 24/7 so your dog will have my undivided attention. I also can give your dog a bath if need and take good care of them. I have a fenced backyard that is properly fenced for a dog scroll around. I typically enjoy walking so I don't mind taking walks with your pups rather than letting them hangout in the back yard.
“I was really nervous about leaving my 6 pound chihuahua with a new person while I went to work during the day. With 3 of 4 legs not working, and a weak bladder, Pinky is quite fragile. Her stay with Madeline was wonderful. She coaxed her to eat, separated her from all dogs except her little terrier, and was forgiving of Pinky’s incontinence. While I hope tomorrow at Pinky’s neurologist visit we can get some answers and Pinky will be strong enough to be left alone after the holidays, if we need daycare again we will definitely be back.”

Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.
About: I’m currently a graduate student at Penn. Before moving to Philly, I volunteered at Charlotte Animal Control and have a lot of experience with all types of dogs! I’ve always been a dog lover - I grew up with two goldendoodles and rescued my own pup, Juju, in 2022 🥰 I’m a full time student, so I have plenty of free time to give your dogs some love! About: When I was younger, my family and I had a family cat who we loved very much. As I got older, I now have my own cat who is my best friend. I have also done dog-walking in the past as I love dogs as well. I am available Monday through Friday in the mornings/early afternoons.
