About: I grew up having pets since I was born, including dogs, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and others. My daughters and I have taken care of our neighbors and friends dogs, and we have experience interacting with cats from my brothers and friends. We have only guinea pigs now, but my daughters are longing for any dog-sitting especially, so we have plenty of space, love and affection to spare, if needed. I am a teacher with my summers off. My daughters are in camps periodically, but we are largely staying local throughout the rest of the summer, and I have a number of house projects that will keep me based at home for most days. I have a pet-friendly townhouse community that I live in. Safe, slow-moving cars, dog-walking areas with doggie bag stations, coupled with open grassy areas, and conveniently located near several close-by parks and even a dog park 10 minutes way. Other dogs are leashed in the community. If needed, your dog can be kept in our finished basement, with plenty of space to move around. In your home, if you prefer to have the dog walked nearby and/or caged at night, that will not be a problem.

About: I have been dog sitting for neighbors and family friends for years! I have done overnights, quick day care, and variety of trip needs! I love taking my own dogs for walks, as well as play and chill with them, so always treat others dogs like my own! I’ve worked with puppies, elder, and multiple dogs at once! I have recommendations from past experiences upon request! As of now, I offer assistance within West Chester, Glen Mills, Wilmington areas (and open to more locations), but am moving to Boston August 2! My routine can vary by request of the owner! In prior experience, I have worked part time and full time, ensuring the dog is let out multiple times a day, as well as fed. I want to make sure the dogs routine isn’t affected once their owner leaves! Our dogs have electric shock fences, but once let out, I still watch them to make sure they use the bathroom or get out loose somehow. I take my dog for walks 2-3 times a day, all varying in time and distance, but make sure they are getting their exercise and time outside (when weather permits)!

About: Hello! I am a studying veterinary technician at Purdue University! I've also have done work at both boarding facility's and doggy day cares. I have had training in handling, playtime, walks, designated diets. Everything you can think of to keep your pet happy while you are away. While my schedule may vary during different semesters,it should mostly stay the same. I am available during most afternoons till later into the day. So I can take care of any potty breaks, lunchtime, or later day walks as needed. We have a fenced in back yard with plenty of space for the dogs to run around. The backdoor is a glass screen door, so it is easy to keep track of them if I need to step inside quickl; but I prefer to stay outside as long as I need to keep an eye on them.

“OMG! Alyssa and Marcus were amazing!!! It was Sam's first time being away from home. I was super nervous because he can get a little anxious and I didn't know how he would adjust to being away from home. We thought about it over some time and Alyssa and Marcus were able to accomodate our plans last minute. Before the reservation was even finalized, they were so helpful and reassuring. They kept me updated throughout his stay with so many pictures and reassurances. It really put my mind at ease. Sam had such a good time with Zara, Alyssa, and Marcus...I think he was upset he had to leave! I can't imagine sending him anywhere else. I definitely weill be booking with them again.”

“Patti is a gem! Our sweet doodle, Rosie, spent 9 nights at Patti's house while we were on vacation. I've never had so much peace of mind leaving her with anyone else! This was my first time booking care through Rover and Patti walked us through the process so smoothly. Her home and yard are beautiful and Patti was friendly and welcoming during the meet and greet, drop off, pick up, and in all her messages. My whole family LOVED the daily updates with photos and videos while we were away. We missed Rosie, but could see she was being treated like a princess and was also having lots of fun with Patti's two little dogs ☺️ And the best sign was from Rosie -- She was very calm and content when we brought her home, not anxious as she had been after a couple traditional kennel experiences in the past. About: Hello dog lovers! I have a lot of experience with many different kinds of dogs including size and temperament. I have owned and walked active dogs who love long walks and runs, dogs who prefer shorter walks, fearful dogs, friendly dogs, stubborn dogs, and reactive dogs. I don't just walk dogs for Rover, I love dogs so much that I volunteer as a dog walker at a shelter where I have been provided training classes including behaviorial, manners, impulsive, and social. I have walked dogs twice the size of me who jumped, tugged, and mouthed at my throughout the entire walk, so if you have an excitable dog, or a dog who is not leash trained, I'm your girl! I am also a certified dog trainer with offleash K9 Philly. I'm very capable of handling many different kinds of dogs.
