“When I saw the pictures of Susan and Kenny surrounded by all the fur babies, I knew they were special. Talking to them, meeting them, and having them sit with Peanut and CoCo proved they are. Think "Dog-Whispers." CoCo, my 10-month-old CavaPoo, is very much the Covid-puppy. She is still getting socialized with two and four-legged friends. After a bit of separation anxiety, she made new friends and had a great time from all accounts. I was very concerned about Peanut, my 12-year-old Chihuahua. She is very anxious around other dogs. She pretends to be fierce but is actually afraid after a bad encounter with another dog years ago. Susan and I spoke by phone before confirming their stay, and she eased any fear I had about leaving Peanut. Her knowledge and overall puppy wisdom were settling to my spirit. Susan and Kenny took excellent care of my two pups. They knew what each of them needed. They provided updates and pictures. I saw a picture with Peanut lying near another puppy, who was not CoCo, which spoke volumes. Susan provided me with helpful care information about my older pup when I picked up my girls. I can't recommend Susan and Kenny enough...only if they become too popular, they may not have room for future visits from Peanut and CoCo.”

About: I adopted my first cat when I was 21. I've been a cat person ever since! My 2 are old folks now, and I'm comfortable with the extra duties that comes with that. My elementary school aged daughter absolutely loves kitty cuddling and is always happy to help with any cat care.

About: I’ve owned pets almost my entire life. I’ve had cats, turtles, and dogs! There’s not an animal I wouldn’t love. Animals has always been a security blanket for me. I currently own 1 dog, her name is Trixie. Shes a rescue and came with a lot of trauma. Shes been making huge progress. I had a 14yo Yorkie Poo who recently passed— he lived a long, happy life. I am attentive, loving, playful, organized, and happy to help where I can! I am a full time teacher so my Summers are pretty open! I can be available Monday-Saturday starting early mornings to evenings. I can be very flexible. I have a fenced in backyard where my dog can run freely. We go for leashed walks around the neighborhood as well. I know how to crate train. I had a senior dog who passed at 14yo so I know how to take care of senior dogs who takes medication. I am active if dogs need to release energy. I’m organized and can stick to a schedule/routine for dogs in training. I can do it all! Lol

If I am boarding / house sitting I need to be set up by 8AM and my work day is done by 5pm. Each pet is different and will have different needs. I do my best to adhere to those needs. inside the home pets are free to roam around designated areas, which are kept clean and pet friendly. I never take pets outdoors without their leash as anything could happen, we also have other pets in the area so to avoid any issues i always keep those in my care close by!

About: Dogs have always been part of my life and my family. I am retired now, so my schedule is very flexible. My husband and I lead an active lifestyle and will make sure your dog is taken care of like family. We have a large backyard with access from a doggy door. We will keep you posted with photos and feedback on a daily basis. We have raised all breeds over our years as dog owners and have been blessed with wonderful senior rescues. Since my husband and I are both retired we are very flexible in our schedules and should be able to accommodate any timeframe that is needed. Our backyard is spacious and fenced in. There is access through a doggy door if that is negotiable for your dog. It can also be blocked if if required. We are very close to a beautiful park, which is wonderful for some nice long walks. We recently lost our 10 year old bull terrier to cancer and so our house feels empty without our beloved Walter. We will make sure your furry friend feels like family.

About: I have been dog sitting for 10+ years, all shapes, ages & sizes. I helped train/walk my neighbors therapy dog while I was in high school and I was Involved in a club at The Ohio State University called Guiding Eyes for the Blind. I trained, walked and sat dogs of ages 2 months and up that then get assigned to someone in need of help. About: Even though we do not have dogs ourselves, I grew up with many rescue dogs. Friends and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pups! I love to play with them, take them for long walks, or just cuddle. I am a full-time university professor. During the school year, I work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I am also available Tuesday and Thursday late afternoons evenings. I am happy to schedule weekend care. My summer (mid-May to mid-August) is much more open and flexible. About: Hi my name is Yocheved, but a lot of people call me Yo, or Ava. I am an only parent to a wonderful, active middle schooler. We have a happy home full of love and laughter, and 2 kitties. After 14 magical years together, we lost our dog to old age, a couple years back. I miss the feel of having a dog around, but I know in my heart of hearts we are all a little older, and a little busier, and our home cannot house a new permanent four-legged resident. I can be available Monday-Saturday starting early mornings to evenings. I can be very flexible. I have a fenced in backyard where my dog can run freely. We go for leashed walks around the neighborhood as well. I know how to crate train. I had a senior dog who passed at 14yo so I know how to take care of senior dogs who takes medication. I am active if dogs need to release energy. I’m organized and can stick to a schedule/routine for dogs in training. I can do it all! Lol
About: I have been pet sitting for the past 11 years with cozy at home pet sitting. I have had the pleasure of watching chickens, birds, cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, ect. I have two dogs at home Bowzer and Mazel. They are English chocolate labs and I am obsessed with them 🐾🐾 I am currently very available to help with pet sitting needs. I was a special education teacher for over 20 years and decided to change direction in my career. I have a furnished basement that I could board pets and a large yard for potty brakes and play. About: I have a variety of pet experience. Most notably with dogs, I have fostered over 13 dogs in the last several years through Kane's Mission. I am sure to give your dog personalized attention and love and care they deserve! We live in a great walkable community in Shaker Heights. We are happy to take your dog on walks and visits to the park, so they can have a nice vacation too! I can currently adapt to most pet care schedules. I have a flexible schedule from home, and I am here to offer a seamless transition. I have fenced in yard with room to romp around, and I am located in a great walking community with a park nearby. I can also come to you reliably to let your dog out and given home play, social, and exercise time.
