“Kathy and Graham were great! Kathy kept Reeko an additional day, due to an emergency! She sent pictures, updates throughout the day, and was a great communicator. If I have to leave him again, I’m sure Reeko would love to go back, and I would definitely choose them!”

“I think Duffie had a great time! He enjoys being one of the pack and Tara and Peter were good enough to send me some photos throughout his stay. I come to the Cleveland area once a year and I’ll definitely be boarding with them again.”

“Wonderful place for Ben to reside while I am gone. They are a caring couple who take excellent care of my dog. He is always eager to come for a stay, like leaving your kid at summer camp. I would recommend Mike and his wife as a great place to board your dog.”

“Susan was an awesome sitter for my dog. My husband and I felt very comfortable leaving our dog with her for a couple of days. She kept us updated throughout the day with pics and conversation. We’re so happy to have found her.”

“Natalia and her home were a perfect fit for our Frindal. He was loved and cared for as if he was part of the family. Natalia did a fantastic job of sharing daily news and photos of Frindal and made us feel at ease knowing he was having a good time at her house. Interacting and playing with other dogs was a bonus for us as Frindal loves to play with new fiends. We are so appreciative of Natalia's care and accommodations for Frindal and our family. Highly recommend her care.”

“Kyle is absolutely amazing! I’ve had some horrible Rover experiences so I was very anxious about using it again, but Kyle has dispelled all of that. My girls literally LOVED him from the moment they met him which is wild because my dogs don’t ever warm up that quickly! Kyle has helped me out with last minute care a couple of times now and I’m so grateful. He takes them on walks and sends TONS of videos and pictures. I can tell he truly loves dogs and caring for them, which is all that I want in a sitter. 100/10 recommend. I will always use him!❤️”

“Colleen was so great with our dog while we were away! She provided nice updates throughout the trip and was very thorough in collecting information to provide the best care for our dog. 5-star dog sitter!”

“Kelsey did a wonderful job watching our dog Zippy while we were away! She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. Zippy looked happy, well cared for, and clearly got lots of attention. 🐾 We really appreciated how reliable and kind Kelsey was throughout the stay. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. We’d absolutely trust her with Zippy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great sitter on Rover! 😊”

“Flora was very good with my pup, she sends pictures and gave him a lot of exercise. I love that she gives a list and time of everything they did during the stay.”

“I was so pleased with my dog’s stay with this boarder. She sent me daily updates and made sure I knew Oreo was being treated with the BEST care! This was my first experience leaving Oreo with a someone outside my family and all of my insecurities went away the very first day he was there. I would highly recommend her and will definitely reach out again if I need to leave Oreo again!”

“Boarding with Clifford was simple in every step of the process! He took great care of our pup. His big fenced in back yard is the perfect spot for everyone to play and get their energy out! We were very happy with Clifford's care and will look to return in the future!”

“When I saw the pictures of Susan and Kenny surrounded by all the fur babies, I knew they were special. Talking to them, meeting them, and having them sit with Peanut and CoCo proved they are. Think "Dog-Whispers." CoCo, my 10-month-old CavaPoo, is very much the Covid-puppy. She is still getting socialized with two and four-legged friends. After a bit of separation anxiety, she made new friends and had a great time from all accounts. I was very concerned about Peanut, my 12-year-old Chihuahua. She is very anxious around other dogs. She pretends to be fierce but is actually afraid after a bad encounter with another dog years ago. Susan and I spoke by phone before confirming their stay, and she eased any fear I had about leaving Peanut. Her knowledge and overall puppy wisdom were settling to my spirit. Susan and Kenny took excellent care of my two pups. They knew what each of them needed. They provided updates and pictures. I saw a picture with Peanut lying near another puppy, who was not CoCo, which spoke volumes. Susan provided me with helpful care information about my older pup when I picked up my girls. I can't recommend Susan and Kenny enough...only if they become too popular, they may not have room for future visits from Peanut and CoCo.”
“We are returning customers and when we were planning for an out-of-town trip, there was no question of where to go for boarding for our pup. I was confident that he would be in good hands and enjoying himself in a comfortable and fun atmosphere while we were away. We are very thankful for her great care--thanks again, Katie!!”

“We’re really happy with Debra and how she handled everything for our dog while we were out of town. We arranged for a meetup before the stay to ensure this would be a good match. When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. While we were away we received daily updates with photos and it looked like our pup was having a great time. Thanks for taking good care and we look forward to scheduling with you again!”

“Samantha was exceptionally kind and generous towards my little dogs. She made sure that they received their medication‘s, were showered with love, affection, and care, even sharing a bed with them. I’m exceptionally grateful for how she was able to give them their medications every day, and my dogs looked genuinely happy to be there. She was incredibly thoughtful and punctual with communication, and went the extra mile by staging photo shoots with my dogs every day.I’m grateful to Samantha and would gladly rebook her anytime.”

“Haley was an amazing host! Very communicative and kept us informed through the entire visit. Our Copper really seemed to enjoy his weekend stay! We will definitely use Haley’s services again! 5 ⭐️”

Highland Heights dog parents share their Rover experiences
We had a wonderful experience with Austin. We had never left Rusty with anyone but family before, so we were nervous. Austin cared for our little guy like he was family. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation and not worry. We received pictures and communications to put our minds at ease. We will definitely have Rusty stay with Austin and his wonderful family anytime we go away in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Chris Mancuso
