Our dog hurt his leg two days before we were to leave on a eight day cruise and she took great care of him, giving him his medicine and making sure he didn’t jump, go down/up stairs or play too hard which anyone knows is hard in itself with a dog. She offered to take him to the vet if he got worse and kept us updated every day. They are amazing honestly and we definitely will be using her going forward. About: I absolutely love animals. I've had dogs and cats since I was 6. Since then I've help train a service dog and fostered many other dogs. I currently have three dogs: chihuahua mix, pug rat terrier mix, and a great Pyrenees. I currently am a personal trainer so I don’t have a set schedule. I will be able to let the pet outside or spend time with them in between clients. I can take the pets on daily walks, depending on their schedule and when they like to. I like to know where the food is and if they get treats for doing specific things.

About: As a Family I’ve been taking care of pets for over 40 years. We took in bunnies, parakeets, dogs, cats. Especially close to my heart are senior pets. I have a chocolate Labrador named Whiskey, and a Schnoodle named Max. My chihuahua sadly passed away. I love to meet and have other dogs in my house. I wake up between 6-8am and go to bed by 10pm. About: I love animals, especially dogs, more than words can express! We have always had small dogs in our family since I was born. I could never imagine living without a dog in my household. In fact I have always had my miniature schnauzers as my fur babies since my early 20’s. I also use my endless dog walks as another form of exercise especially with the awesome beach roads all over the island that we are fortunate to enjoy living on the island. Since I never had children I have extremely spoiled animals. Me and my husband are retired and I work a very part time job so have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. My husband may also like to join in with my walks as well to help keep your pooch entertained and continue with our daily exercise regimen. If your pet does not do well on long walks please mention that so we don’t wear them out too much! I would like to walk your dog on the beach or beach access if allowed. If you would rather we stay on the neighborhood streets that’s fine too! My house/pet sitting service will include feeding, playing, walking, cleaning up pet waste in yard or litter box and light housekeeping such as vacuuming up pet fur if applicable. I have a very flexible schedule. I do work a few days a week part time but only 4-5 hr shifts at a time. I would love to be your pet’s next best friend! I am an extremely anal retentive pet owner and home owner. I probably take better care of my pets than my own self! We do not miss any yearly vet appointments and are very attentive to any ailments that may come along. I always say the worst part of being a pet owner is when they have to cross the rainbow bridge.

This is the time for the first walk of the day for dogs, making sure they have plenty of exercise to start their day. For cats, this is the time for feeding, litter box cleaning, and maybe a little playtime if they're up for it. **Late Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM):** After a little breakfast for myself, I continue with pet duties. This includes any necessary grooming, administering medication (if applicable), and more playtime or training sessions. I'll also check in with you, sending updates and photos of your fur-babies. **Afternoon (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM):** Lunchtime! I'll ensure your pets are fed according to their dietary needs and schedule. After lunch, it's time for another walk for the dogs or some indoor playtime for pets needing more exercise. I'll also continue to monitor your pets for any signs of discomfort or stress and provide comfort as needed. **Evening (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM):** Dinner time for your pets. I'll feed them and ensure they have fresh water. After dinner, there will be time for another walk or play session. I'll also spend some time just relaxing with your pets, as I believe that bonding time is essential for their emotional well-being. **Late Evening/Night (9:00 PM - 10:00 PM):** Before I call it a day, I'll take dogs out for a last quick bathroom break, tidy up the pet areas, and make sure all pets are comfortable and ready for bed. I'll also send you an end-of-day update so you can rest easy knowing your pets are well cared for. About: Hello! I’m Brooke! I absolutely love dogs (& all animals really)! I have my own dog, Puck, who I love to take to the lake, on walks and cuddle with. I have been dog sitting for 10 years and I love it. I currently do travel healthcare and I’m looking for a job on the side with my boyfriend’s help too. I can do walks, home visits, overnight sitting in your home and anything else you’d need for your furry friend. I usually plan my classes and responsibilities earlier in the day, so afternoons are open for walks, drop-ins, feedings, and playtime. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to their normal routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free. I follow feeding and walk schedules, give them plenty of attention, and respect their personality and space.
