Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. About: I've been a dog lover my whole life. I grew up with dogs and currently share my home with one of my own. Over the years I've cared for friends' and family's dogs while they've traveled, and I've also volunteered as a foster parent for dogs waiting to find their forever homes. That experience taught me how to help dogs feel safe and comfortable in a new environment, whether they're anxious, playful, or somewhere in between. I treat every dog like part of the family, with patience, exercise, and lots of love. I may be new to Rover, but I'm not new to dogs! I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule and can be around throughout the day for feeding, walks, and playtime. I'm available for drop-ins, walks, and boarding on weekdays and weekends, including evenings if needed. Your dog will be part of the household while in my care. About: Since I was little, I've been caring for animals ranging from dogs and cats to fish and guinea pigs. I find so much joy in doing so that I studied both animal and wildlife sciences so I can make animal care my life. Whether in a clinical or personal setting, my clients are always pleased with the services that I provide their animals with. I'm currently a college graduate living back home as I take time before pursuing a Master's program. Because I work full-time as a veterinary assistant, my calendar is only accurate between 2-4 weeks out. However, I promise to do my best to be available to care for your pet! While I limit my pet care to my clients' homes, I do still take measures to ensure the animals' safety and wellbeing. The house doors will remain locked, I'm open to crating an animal if I'm not present, and they will be leashed at all times on walks as it is the law. My home features a large, fully fenced backyard and a screened-in porch perfect for lounging and watching neighborhood activity (and local wildlife!). I prioritize safety by crating or gating dogs when I’m away briefly, and I’m rarely gone for more than a couple of hours. While I’m home, pets enjoy free roam and can settle in wherever they’re most comfortable—including bedtime. My own dogs are very relaxed but social and engaged. We’re a great fit for dogs who enjoy low to moderate activity and interaction but are also able to settle down and relax or play on their own. About: I have raised both of my dogs! I also had a rescue before them and found a puppy and cared for it in 2019. I think for me even finding pet care for my own babies, I struggle to actually find people I can fully trust that they fervently would prevent anything from happening to them and care is easy and enjoyable for them. My pups would either have to come with me, or you come to us. Millo my patchy white one is a bumblebee! He gets along with all dogs, he is fixed. Graceyn will soon be fixed, I would never have dogs here if she was in heat, but because she’s Border Collie/Aussie sometimes she’s my challenge child. We go to the dog park multiple times a week and she does great, so only will retaliate if shes given a reason to, but she’s an absolute lovey girl. I am very capable of walking multiple dogs. Graceyn gets so excited on the leash she is a little bit reactive, but I can walk Millo and a guest dog for example.

About: Being extremely attached to my own dog and cats, I understand how hard it is to be away from them! You can rest easy, I will care for your animals as if they were my own. Big and small, cat and dog, I love them all! Please note: I only accept dogs in my home for boarding that have been around cats and are known to be cat-friendly. I work a flexible schedule, and come check on your pets morning, evening and possibly also mid-day. Let me know what you need and I will make it work. I can either come to your house to let your pet stay in his/her own environment or if they come to my house to stay, they will join my menagerie for their visit. I have kitties, so they must be cat-friendly. At my house, the day starts with a potty break in my fenced yard, followed by a 20-minute walk either in the morning or at lunch time. There is a second walk of a at least 20-minutes after work around 7 and potty breaks, pets and treats on my work breaks. There are pet beds all over the house, kitties to play with and my dog Sadie (a mix, around 50lbs). My pets range at night but guest pets have to be crated at bedtime. I can put the crate in my bedroom if it will make your pet more comfortable.

About: What sets me apart is that caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’ve grown up around animals and truly believe they are family, not just pets. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old. Taking care of pets is something I truly enjoy and do with love and attention. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and bathe their dogs for years. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, and I treat every pet like part of the family. Pet care is part of my everyday life. I enjoy caring for animals and easily make time in my routine to walk, feed, and give them attention. I care for pets by following their usual routine as closely as possible. I make sure they’re fed on time, walked regularly, and given lots of love and attention. Whether in my home or the client’s, I keep the environment safe, clean, and comfortable.

Over the years I've cared for friends' and family's dogs while they've traveled, and I've also volunteered as a foster parent for dogs waiting to find their forever homes. That experience taught me how to help dogs feel safe and comfortable in a new environment, whether they're anxious, playful, or somewhere in between. I treat every dog like part of the family, with patience, exercise, and lots of love. I may be new to Rover, but I'm not new to dogs! I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule and can be around throughout the day for feeding, walks, and playtime. I'm available for drop-ins, walks, and boarding on weekdays and weekends, including evenings if needed. Your dog will be part of the household while in my care. I have one friendly dog of my own who's well socialized and enjoys company, and my two daughters love dogs and are experienced around them, so your pup will get plenty of attention and affection. I keep a close eye on pets at all times and can crate your dog if that's part of their routine.

Everything from getting holly to their home (Tori last minute offered to pick Holly Up and this was a godsend because our trip was last minute and we were trying to coordinate many other things) to start her visit to pick up and updates in between were great. Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. Jill sends regular updates and lots of cute pictures and videos so we can see what they have been up to each day. They go on lots of walks and trips to the dog park. They have even taken our dogs with them when they went into town. At her home they have toys to play with and they get plenty of love and cuddles! Our doggies always look really happy when they are with Jill and they are in great spirits when we pick them up! About: All four of us are animal people. We’ve had our own dog for six years, and cats our whole lives. I also have experience working in a veterinarian’s office, and my husband and I both have lots of dog-sitting-for-friends experience. Currently, we are two teachers looking to supplement our income and help out others. We are caring, responsible people who won’t leave you hanging. We’ve boarded our own dog through Rover in the past and know you might want frequent check-ins or photos. We’re here for you! During the summer, we’re home! Your pet will have lots of yard time and walks if you prefer. We have two older kids (11 and 14) who will NEVER be responsible for your pet, but will supplement their care, socialization, and playtime. We also have a corgi who loves to play, but we can keep her separate from your pup if desired. There are four people here who love animals! We will care for your pet like they were our own. Pets are allowed on the furniture and beds in our home, but we will follow your rules if that’s a no-no for you. We want to make sure your pup feels at home and comfortable, and that you feel comfortable with your pet in our care!
