“Cathy took fantastic care of my dog. I was given consistent updates, lots of adorable photos, and she communicated so promptly. I could tell that she treated my dog like he was her own and that helped me to not worry at all during his stay. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy person to watch their dog!”

“Emily and William are GREAT sitters. Copper had the best time with them. They had a couple of other dogs while he was there and he made new friends with one of them. We got daily pictures and updates while he was with them. We will be using them again in the future!”

“Alice took great care of my dog, including all of his unique needs and behaviors. Alice was also impressively easy to work with — she made it extremely easy to drop him off and pick him up.”
“My pup enjoyed so much his stay with Vanessa, I had the feeling he was sad I took him back home :) I absolutely loved seeing the daily pictures and videos - I knew he was having fun while being well-taken care of. We will be returning.”

“Keon was a great sitter! He took care of my dog very nicely! My dog had so much fun playing with the other dogs as well! I could see that my dog was having so much fun and that he was having a great time! ❤️ I am so satisfied, and I will certainly send my dog to board with him again! 😊”

“Paris did a wonderful job watching my Senior dachshund for a week. It was my pet’s first time staying with someone who she didn’t know. I was really nervous about leaving her but my pet did great. Paris sent pictures and messages every day about what had happened during that day. My pet seemed to settle in well and had a great stay. I definitely will contact Paris again if I need to board my little Doxie again.”

“Krystene and her family are awesome! My dog Wilbur has stayed with them twice now and we had a great experience both times. Wilbur can have a lot of separation anxiety, so it was amazing to see how comfortable he was with Krystene even after staying with her only once. Would definitely recommend Krystene!”

“Qian was so great with our puppy girl Athena that we decided to rebook with her. She is so great with her communication and she is so nice. We were able to go on a second trip and Qian was great with Athena and our new puppy Apollo. She was so great with both of them. She sent us pictures throughout their stay and communicated so well with us. We really enjoyed and appreciated her throughout both experiences! With Qian we know our puppies are in great hands and we will definitely be rebooking with her in the future.”

About: I have over 10 years of experience providing pet care and house sitting services, with a strong background in creating safe, reliable, and comfortable environments for pets and homeowners alike. I genuinely enjoy caring for dogs and building trust with them, especially those who are well-trained, socialized, and able to adjust calmly to new people and environments. I am best suited for dogs that are stable, responsive, and do not exhibit excessive jumping or difficulty settling when meeting a new caregiver. I focus on providing calm, attentive, and structured care to ensure a positive experience for both the pet and owner. I am currently looking for short-term, quick drop-in opportunities and low-maintenance care arrangements that align with a flexible schedule. I previously maintained a Rover profile where I built experience and client relationships; however, my prior account is no longer active, and I am rebuilding my profile and reviews from the ground up. Available 24/7 as I have flexibility from working remotely from home. Whether you need a quick drop in during the day or overnight care for a vacation, let me know! I live in an apartment that has plenty sidewalks, green areas, and a fenced in dog park. I keep a tidy space and make sure that pets are comfortable and safe in my home!
“Knowing someone will love your fur baby as much as you do is a huge relief when you have to be far away. Daily pics and updates were great and just what I needed. My fur baby returned happy, healthy, and tired from having so much fun. Thank you Anitra!”

“My sweet dog was given such great care by Greg & his wife. They were attentive to detail and willing to share an update. I definitely recommend for pet care!”

“Jill was great! She constantly kept in contact with me about my dog’s stay with numerous photos and cute videos. It made me feel at ease knowing that my Remi was in such good hands. Remi and I can’t wait for his next stay ?”

About: Hi! I’m a registered nurse, lifelong dog lover, and proud dog mom excited to welcome your pup into my home! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have one friendly dog of my own. I know how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pet, and I’ll treat your dog like part of the family while they’re with me. Because I have a dog allergy, I’m currently only able to accommodate hypoallergenic breeds. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pup and provide them with a fun, stress-free home away from home! As a registered nurse, I work three 12-hour shifts each week, but my schedule varies, so my availability changes from week to week. On my days off, I’m home full-time and able to provide plenty of supervision, playtime, walks, and one-on-one attention. I keep my Rover calendar updated regularly so you can always see my current availability for boarding and daycare. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home has a fully fenced backyard where your dog can safely play. I also have one very friendly, well-socialized dog who loves meeting new friends. I’ll provide a clean, loving, and supervised environment so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for during their stay.

“Emily did a fantastic job taking care of our two particular fur babies! She was prompt in responses, reached out with any questions she had, and most importantly our cats loved her (based on the great photos she sent us)!! I would 100 percent recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who clearly loves animals!”

“Charles took such good care of Jeepers that I was almost afraid to come home! But Jeep was glad to see me and hasn't shut up since I walked in the door. Charles followed all my directions about caring for my big lug and the photos he sent showed a very happy cat. I hope Charles will be coming back soon!”

“Rebecca was fabulous! I had to move last minute and had to give her the key to my new place. She was so understanding and flexible about meeting me to trade keys. She was wonderful with my cats too. They’re both pretty shy and they warmed up to her quicker than anyone else who’s babysat them. She sent lovely pictures and updates. I will 100% be using her again.”

“Katie took wonderful care of our cat with medical needs. She went the extra mile to make sure our cat took her medication and was able to administer IV fluids as well. She was very responsive to messages and sent photos while we were gone. Very impressed with the quality of care!”

“Laura did a great job watching my cat, Sterling! Sterling can be wary of new people and anxious, and this was my first time traveling since she started taking medication. Laura was very patient with her, and even came up with some creative ways to get her to take the meds! She also always provided detailed visit notes and photos. Definitely recommend having Laura as a pet sitter!”

“This is the second time Michelle has taken care of our cat. Her communication is always top-notch, and the daily photo updates truly make our day. Beyond being a great communicator, she is incredibly reliable and attentive to our cat's routine, which gives us total peace of mind whenever we are away.”

About: I've been pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family since I was 16 and have been around cats my entire life. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and other pets of all ages and personalities. I have volunteered with animal rescues, fostered numerous dogs and cats, and am comfortable providing basic medical care, including oral medications, eye drops, injections, and subcutaneous fluids when needed. I treat every pet like my own and focus on keeping them happy, safe, and comfortable while you're away. Whether your pet needs lots of playtime, extra patience, or specialized care, I'm dependable, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals.
“Have never had such a great experience with a pet sitter before! Highly recommend using them and they keep you updated during the day. They are clearly cat whisperers because we didn’t have a chance for them to meet my cat beforehand and she quickly warmed up to them without me there. Will be using them again!”

About: Since I was little, I've been caring for animals ranging from dogs and cats to fish and guinea pigs. I find so much joy in doing so that I studied both animal and wildlife sciences so I can make animal care my life. Whether in a clinical or personal setting, my clients are always pleased with the services that I provide their animals with. I'm currently a college graduate living back home as I take time before pursuing a Master's program. Because I work full-time as a veterinary assistant, my calendar is only accurate between 2-4 weeks out. However, I promise to do my best to be available to care for your pet! While I limit my pet care to my clients' homes, I do still take measures to ensure the animals' safety and wellbeing. The house doors will remain locked, I'm open to crating an animal if I'm not present, and they will be leashed at all times on walks as it is the law. Additionally I'm acquainted with plenty of veterinarians should your pet require any emergency medical attention.
“Bianca was a great sitter for my two cats and was very thorough and asked great questions about their specific needs. She was always very communicative, took videos and pictures of my cats whenever I requested and made each of them feel safe and comfortable while I was away. She went above and beyond for my pets and I would definitely book her again.”

“Amber is a fantastic sitter. She is friendly, very responsible, responsive and communicative. I felt my cats were well cared for and really it eased my worries during my trip. I will hire her again!”

“Meghan took great care of my cats! She went above and beyond bringing food from home as we figured out a key situation. She remained calm and provided great daily updates.”

“Anne took great care of Pooh while we were gone. She sent detailed updates and pictures of their walks. We came home to a happy dog. I appreciate her reliability and her willingness to take on a last minute sitting request. We had a great experience with Anne.”
“Meghan was great! She always sent at least one picture of my dog during the daily check in and Meghan would also send notes on discovering that my dog especially loves belly rubs or that they spent some time playing inside because the weather was yucky outside. That helped me know that she was really trying to take care of my dog like her own. Will definitely be requesting her help again!”

“Jessica did an extraordinary job of taking care of my cat! She spent a lot of extra time sitting with him and playing with him while I was away. She also leaves incredibly informative Rover cards and pays attention to every detailed instruction. I will absolutely ask Jessica to care for my cat the next time I am out of town!”

“Jill is always absolutely amazing to work with! Luna loves Jill and she feels right at home every time she goes over for pet sitting! Thank God for Jill and her gifts to connect and treat my furbaby like family!! I love the pics, videos and updates throughout the day!! Just PERFECTION!!!”

“Qian is great! She showed lots of love and care to my dog, sending many text updates, photos and videos. Toys, multiple trips to the dog park, and cuddle time on the sofa. My dog truly had an amazing time. I highly recommend Qian and will be surely be rebooking.”

“Kierstyn was so kind and communicative! She sent me multiple updates throughout the day and made me feel comfortable leaving my pup with her for day care. Would love to book with her in the future!”

“Hope was absolutely amazing! She radiates kindness and positive energy, and from the start, she was transparent about her schedule and went above and beyond to provide a loving environment for Tank on short notice. Our Yorkie has high anxiety and is usually wary of new people, but he took to Hope instantly—which has never happened before! He even got to socialize with other dogs, and it was clear he felt at ease and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will definitely book with Hope again!”

“Adrian is THE BEST!!! Romy has been going for daycare at Adrian’s for the past few months. Every time we pull in she knows who she is going to see and is ecstatic!! He is so good to Romy. He sends us constant photos and videos, which makes me so happy! She gets to go on walks and play alllll day. As a nurse, I have some long hours and finding someone to watch your pup while you're gone all day long is almost impossible. He works with me around the times I need to he gone and I wouldn't trust anyone more! Thank you Adrian!! You're the very best!!”

“Paris was very easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate my last-minute extended hours daycare request for my dog Millie. Millie seemed well cared for and happy when I picked her up at the end of the day.”

About: I have raised both of my dogs! I also had a rescue before them and found a puppy and cared for it in 2019. I think for me even finding pet care for my own babies, I struggle to actually find people I can fully trust that they fervently would prevent anything from happening to them and care is easy and enjoyable for them. I currently am building my own other business from home so I have lots of availability! I travel for the business around the city so I dont mind driving at all. I of course do have to juggle my own pups, and schedule in general but I am a very SHOW UP type person! 🙌🏽❤️ I have a small fenced in yard where I pick up the waste 2x a day. I am pretty OCD, and live clean, but you know how it is with dogs. My dogs play all day together and I already walk them 1 long walk a day and lots of playtime outside and inside. My pups would either have to come with me, or you come to us. Millo my patchy white one is a bumblebee! He gets along with all dogs, he is fixed. Graceyn will soon be fixed, I would never have dogs here if she was in heat, but because she’s Border Collie/Aussie sometimes she’s my challenge child. We go to the dog park multiple times a week and she does great, so only will retaliate if shes given a reason to, but she’s an absolute lovey girl. I am very capable of walking multiple dogs. Graceyn gets so excited on the leash she is a little bit reactive, but I can walk Millo and a guest dog for example.
About: I'm not a professional with fancy certifications, but I am a dog person. I owned and raised my pit mix from puppyhood for 13 years—so I know what it takes to care for a dog properly, keep them happy, and build real trust. The biggest advantage? I work from home. That means while I'm watching your dog, they're never alone for long stretches. They get consistent attention, regular breaks outside, and someone who actually cares about their wellbeing—not just a checkbox on a care log. Your dog won't just be watched; they'll be treated like they matter to me, because they will. I work from home, which is the real game-changer here. Pet sitting isn't a side hustle for me—it's something I can genuinely fit into my day without it feeling rushed or like a checklist. When I'm watching your dog, I can check in throughout the day, take them out for bathroom breaks, keep them company during work calls (the calm kind), and make sure they're getting the attention they need. No long gaps where they're waiting alone wondering when someone's coming back. It's flexible too. I can work around your schedule—early morning, afternoons, weekends—because I'm home anyway. Your dog gets consistency and care without me having to squeeze them into an already-packed day. In my home: Your dog gets a safe, comfortable space where they're never alone for long. I work from home, so I'm there throughout the day—letting them out for bathroom breaks, keeping them company, and making sure they have water and a calm environment. They'll be treated like they're part of my routine, not an inconvenience. In your home: I respect your space and your dog's routine. I follow your instructions on feeding, walking, medication, or anything else specific to your dog's needs. I'll send updates so you know exactly what's happening, and I treat your home with the same care I'd want for mine. Either way: Safety and trust are everything to me. I know what it's like to care deeply about a dog—I had mine for 13 years. Your dog won't just be fed and let outside; they'll get genuine attention and someone who actually notices if something's off.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old. Taking care of pets is something I truly enjoy and do with love and attention. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and bathe their dogs for years. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, and I treat every pet like part of the family. Pet care is part of my everyday life. I enjoy caring for animals and easily make time in my routine to walk, feed, and give them attention. I care for pets by following their usual routine as closely as possible. I make sure they’re fed on time, walked regularly, and given lots of love and attention. Whether in my home or the client’s, I keep the environment safe, clean, and comfortable.

“Shannon did an incredible job taking care of our pup, Theo, for multiple daycare stays. She kept me updated with how he was adjusting + the best pictures/videos, shared homemade treats, and took him on regular walks. I appreciated that she works from home and could quickly tell she’s a natural dog person who just gets it. Not to mention her home is a dog’s paradise with a large fenced in backyard, gated front porch away from a main road, and the sweetest easy-going dogs of her own that welcomed Theo with open paws. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Shannon & would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. I truly felt like she treated Theo as her own 🩵”

“John was great! I really appreciate his attentiveness to my dog Bellini’s needs and willingness to adjust (taking her out on more walks) to help address her initial anxiety. Would happily book with him again!”

“Cynthia is really nice, honest, and super confident with dogs. She made it really easy to get started on a good doggy day care schedule and takes amazing care of my dogs.”

“Vincent was very accommodating and responded quickly to my last minute request. He came out to greet us and the pups were comfortable with him immediately. He was very friendly and made sure everyone was harnessed and leashed for the short trip from the car to the fence. He has a nice fenced area for them to play and sent cute videos and photos. The pups appeared to have a great time and especially enjoyed their playtime with his two dachshunds! I will definitely use him again for daycare and drop-in visits.”

“Anitra was so quick to respond! She would send me pup updates throughout the day. Seeing Sydney in a calm and loving place made my day easier knowing she was well taken care of and it was plus seeing the dog park right next to her home! Would highly recommended!!”

“Morgan has been amazing with my pups! They clearly love her and she has been very responsive and any directions and routines. It has made going back to work after the summer so much easier with a new puppy.”

About: Dogs are the center of my universe. I've spent the past 4 years as a local and state lobbyist to pass humane legislation that protects both dogs and cats. It's not just a job, it's my life's purpose. I recently lost both of my dogs, and I miss them every single day. Spending time with dogs isn't just something I enjoy, it's something I need. I don't have any pets right now and I would love to have a furry friend to keep me company. I love to get down on their level for kisses, let them sniff the grass, and just give them the freedom to just be a dog. I'd be honored to give your dog the same love and care I gave mine, and to get a little of that joy back in return. I am currently retired and can be available any day of the week after 10:00 a.m.. I am also available as late as 9:00 p.m.. I currently do not have any pets which makes my apartment ideal for dogs who need one-on-one attention. My lease does not allow overnight visits but daytime visits are perfectly okay.
“Ryana is great and my dog loves seeing her! Addie was sick while I was at work and Ryana went above and beyond to check on Addie and ensure she was feeling better. Addie is always excited to see her and I will definitely continue to book with her.”

About: I've always had dogs growing up (mainly German Shepards). Now I have a puppy (half Lab half GSD) who loves people. I have also helped my friends care for their dogs when they had to go out of town or had an extended day. I figured now is a good time to expand the help. Typically, I have an open morning and flexible work hours. I'm free a lot on weekends. I'm happy to work with you on times that fit your needs. Most ideal for dogs that needs a weekday walk and/or food and water. I listen to what you need for your pets. Let me know what you typically do to care for your pet and I'll do my best to do the same.

Whether your pet needs lots of playtime, extra patience, or specialized care, I'm dependable, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I'm currently taking online classes during the summer, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for your pets. In the fall I will be returning to in person classes, however my schedule will still allow me to be a reliable care giver for your pets and satisfy all of their needs! I understand that trusting someone with your pets and home is a big decision. I treat every home with respect and follow your pets routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable while you're away. I am experienced in administering oral medications, eye drops, some injections, and fluids when needed. Whether your pet loves to play, needs extra patience, or requires special care, I'll provide reliable, attentive care and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout each visit.
About: I've been a dog lover my whole life. I grew up with dogs and currently share my home with one of my own. Over the years I've cared for friends' and family's dogs while they've traveled, and I've also volunteered as a foster parent for dogs waiting to find their forever homes. That experience taught me how to help dogs feel safe and comfortable in a new environment, whether they're anxious, playful, or somewhere in between. I treat every dog like part of the family, with patience, exercise, and lots of love. I may be new to Rover, but I'm not new to dogs! I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule and can be around throughout the day for feeding, walks, and playtime. I'm available for drop-ins, walks, and boarding on weekdays and weekends, including evenings if needed. Your dog will be part of the household while in my care. I have one friendly dog of my own who's well socialized and enjoys company, and my two daughters love dogs and are experienced around them, so your pup will get plenty of attention and affection. I keep a close eye on pets at all times and can crate your dog if that's part of their routine.

“Cassie agreed to meet on short notice and provide daily walks when my other walker had to be out of town. She did a great job and I will definitely be contacting her for additional walks in the future!”

About: Being extremely attached to my own dog and cats, I understand how hard it is to be away from them! You can rest easy, I will care for your animals as if they were my own. Big and small, cat and dog, I love them all! Please note: I only accept dogs in my home for boarding that have been around cats and are known to be cat-friendly. I work a flexible schedule, and come check on your pets morning, evening and possibly also mid-day. Let me know what you need and I will make it work. I can either come to your house to let your pet stay in his/her own environment or if they come to my house to stay, they will join my menagerie for their visit. I have kitties, so they must be cat-friendly. At my house, the day starts with a potty break in my fenced yard, followed by a 20-minute walk either in the morning or at lunch time. There is a second walk of a at least 20-minutes after work around 7 and potty breaks, pets and treats on my work breaks. There are pet beds all over the house, kitties to play with and my dog Sadie (a mix, around 50lbs). My pets range at night but guest pets have to be crated at bedtime. I can put the crate in my bedroom if it will make your pet more comfortable.
“Cynthia is amazing with my girl Riley! She understands her needs and always provides detailed notes on her time with my girl. We will definitely reach out to Cynthia again! Thank you so much!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud dog parent who raised and trained my own dog from puppyhood, so I understand how important patience, consistency, and trust are when caring for pets. Dogs are a huge part of my everyday life. Most of my friends are dog owners too, and we’re always helping each other with walks, playtime, overnight stays, and pet sitting. Being around so many different dogs has made me comfortable with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and routines. I treat every dog like family and make it my priority to give them plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and a safe, comfortable environment so both you and your pup can feel completely at ease. I am a graduate student so my schedule is extremely flexible. Please reach out with any time windows and last minute bookings! Mornings, midday, evenings! I will treat pets as my own. I will communicate with you, take lots of pictures and make sure to do anything I can to provide the best care for your pets.

“Justice came for a meet and greet ahead of time which eased a lot of anxiety…He arrived on time each morning, walked my dogs, sent pictures and a report each morning immediately at completion of my dogs walk…They felt comfortable immediately with Justice…His very calm demeanor and love of animals showed thru in all that he did thru the week… I feel very comfortable giving him the highest recommendation and would glad utilize his services again in the future…”

“Megan was wonderful! Our trip was much easier to lean into, knowing that Bea was in such amazing care. We'll definitely be seeing Auntie Megan when the far too rare getaway roll around.”

“Desire was wonderful with our dog! She was super nice, flexible, and took such great care of him. She kept us updated and sent us pictures. We would absolutely have Desire stay with him again and highly recommend her!”

“Can’t recommend Ashley enough! This was our first time using Rover while my wife sat for the bar exam, so it was a stressful time, but we never worried about our two dogs who stayed with Ashley. It gave us so much peace of mind! Our dogs had a tough time adjusting to being in a new space and Ashley was incredibly understanding, flexible, and compassionate. She also sent a bunch of pictures, which was great! Can’t recommend her enough!”

“My dog loved her time with Sydney! She kept me up to date on their adventures and was extra cautious with the extreme heat warning. If I need another overnight, I will be booking with Sydney again.”

“Vincent has been absolutely wonderful with my dog, and this was our second time using him for boarding. As a repeat client, I can confidently say he consistently provides such thoughtful, individualized attention, and that means a lot to me as a pet owner. It is clear he genuinely cares and takes the time to make my dog feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Vincent is also incredibly communicative and responsive, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I always appreciated the updates and how easy he was to reach. It is not easy to find someone you fully trust with your pet, and I feel very lucky to have found Vincent. We will absolutely continue using him in the future, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and truly caring.”

“We know we don’t have to worry at all when we leave Grayson with Jonathan and Mary because he is going to be well cared for. Taking a trip is so much easier when we know our dog is in good hands.”
