“Great having Saige as my first sitter! We met at a Starbucks to do a meet and greet and I instantly felt comfortable. Scary bringing a stranger into your home these days, so I was thankful she was open to answering any questions and wanted me to feel comfortable. Days later, I then had Saige come to my home to meet my cat and see the space to ensure she would also be comfortable sitting at my home. She petsitted or pet sat(?) lol, for 4 days and there’s hardly a hint that she was ever here - meaning she left the place as she found it and didn’t leave a mess or anything. I don’t think my kitty ever got super used to having a stranger in her home but that’s not Saige’s fault. My kitty is just super shy and takes a while to warm up to strangers. I just asked that Saige respect her boundaries and space and I believe she did that! My kitty is almost 16 years old and I just really wanted that reassurance of having someone around more often than just bopping in for 15 mins a day - so I’m thankful for finding this service and the sitting going smoothly! Would book Saige again!”

I have cared for eight dogs in my neighborhood as needed, walking, house sitting and overall care. All of these owners feel l am a responsible caretaker of their pet. I work as a short term rental house keeper, but my schedule is very flexible and I have lots of free time and availability to take care of your beloved pets. I am well versed in making pets feel safe, well cared for and entertained. I will keep your home tidy as well as your pet happy and healthy. I have experience in cleaning, feeding, walking and overall pet supervision.
About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 7 and dogs since I was 17! Friends and family have trusted me to take care of and walk their dogs when they need. I am also a zookeeper at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium and have two cats of my own! I work full-time at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium, but I am available wednesday evenings, thursdays, and fridays to give your pets all the time, attention, and care they need! During drop by visits, I will make sure your pet gets a potty break, food and water if needed, and lots of love and attention!
