“Bridget did great watching my dog Maisy. She sent lots of pictures and noticed my dogs eyes get excessively crusty and made sure to keep them clean while I was gone.”

“Shannon did a wonderful job with Royal. We felt so comfortable leaving him in her care. She walked him every morning and treated him like her own. We loved all the pictures and updates.”

“My two little, and I do mean little, dogs had a great time with Brandie this past weekend. Her communication was fabulous and drop off and pick up we’re easy. I’d use her again anytime!”

“Susan and her family were great sitters! My pup seemed so happy to stay with them, and the photos Susan shared during my trip left me feeling at ease about being away for a weekend.”

“Chloe & Collin were fantastic! Very quick to respond to messages and she sent lots of pictures and updates! She was very kind and flexible with our busy schedule while we were in town! We will definitely use them again next time we are visiting the area!!”

“Kristy was absolutely wonderful with our amstaff/lab mix, Coltrane. From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative, responsive, and thoughtful. She sent us lots of photos and updates throughout his stay, and it was obvious from every picture that Coltrane was happy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoying himself with Kristy and her family. One of the things we appreciated most was seeing Coltrane interacting so naturally and comfortably in their home environment. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was being treated like part of the family instead of just being “watched.” Kristy clearly loves dogs and pays close attention to their comfort and well-being. We would absolutely trust her with Coltrane again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and communicative sitter.”

“Our dogs had a great time and she was great about keeping us updated. We’ve never left our dogs at a strangers house before so we were nervous but felt like they were safe and happy the entire time. We’d definitely bring them back again!”

“Abigail was so wonderful to us and our pups. She kept us updated and sent a lot of pictures. She has a wonderful playful poodle that got along with our dogs great and they came home nice and tired! Highly recommend!”
“Since Griffin works from home he was able to provide our pup with the human company he is used to at home. This was important for me. Griffin’s little dog was happy to share space with ours. Easy access to play in the fenced in backyard was especially nice on sunny days. Willy was well-cared for during his stay in Griffin’s home.”

“Stevie was great! She worked with our schedule for dropping off and picking up. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our furry family member was in good hands.”

“This is our first time using Rover and Mo and we are SO impressed! Mo and her family were so kind and sent us photos of our pups during their stay! She stayed in communication with us the whole time and my dogs had the most amazing time! We can’t wait to use Mo again in the future!”

“Olga did a great job watching Ahsoka! She was very nice and was able to help us in a pinch when our usual sitter had a family emergency. She sent pictures everyday with updates on how Ahsoka was doing. Ahsoka seemed to have a lot of fun! We would happily book with her again.”

“Left town for almost a week knowing my dog was in great hands and would have the best time!! Dana sent updates and photos throughout the week and I would highly recommend her for your next pet sitter! Thanks Dana!”

“Lucy just had her first overnight away from home. As always, Tory did a phenomenal job helping calm her anxiety, and keep a relatively normal schedule. The updates throughout the day are always hepful. Lucy now has a wonderful "2nd home" ...with her two puppy friends (Hazel & Khaleesi)! Tory is absolutely the BEST puppy sitter we've ever had, and we will always recommend her skilled services and care to anyone!”

“Loving caring home. I am a Tiger fur baby mom and I felt completely comfortable leaving Daisy with Linda. She was very flexible and Daisy was happy and well taken care of. Linda’s home is very pet friendly and it was obvious she loves dogs!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lees Summit
Tory watched our 4yo Boston Terrier for a long weekend. It was our first time using Rover and his first time with a sitter. Tory and her family were fantastic. Tory watched him for a few hours a few days before our trip. The second time we dropped him off I was nervous that he would be reluctant but he bounded right up her steps and into the house. He came home a very happy pup. Thank you Tory. We will sure use you again.

Excellent care provider for our 4y/o English Springer Spaniel! Chloe and Colin communicate daily with pictures and activities. Opie has found a great home away from home with furry friends he adores! Thanks Chloe and Colin. We gladly recommend this Lees Summit family!

My 21 month old golden doodle, Cali, recently stayed with Merley for almost a week and had a great stay. Merley treated Cali like she was one of the family-taking her to the dog park, providing special treats, playing and even taking her to get a pup cup at Starbucks!! She has a very well mannered 4 year old Australian Shepard named Bruno, who Cali got along well with, as I received a picture of them playing tug-a-war something she had never done with another dog before! Merley sent lots of photos throughout the week, so I knew Cali was fine. I highly recommend Merley and would 100% rebook with her!

This was our second time using Saige for boarding, and she was great as always! We loved getting pictures and videos of our dog everyday, and it always looked like he was having a great time. Saige is definitely someone you can trust to watch and love your pet while you’re out of town!!

First timer with Amy and it was clear in the beginning she knew what she was doing, asking all of the right questions and taking lots of great notes. She sent us pictures and videos at the frequency we wanted. It was obvious that Winnie loved her time there. We will definitely use Amy again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
