“Nat &Ally are amazing, this is by far the best Rover service that I ever had and I have been using Rovers for more than 3 years. They are very attentive, they do a meeting before the drop off day, they truly want to make sure my furbaby will feel welcome and safe. They asked all the right questions, food, timing, snacks, what is he allowed or not to do and so on. They have a backyard which is great for my chocolate lab to play and they have a playful dog that was perfect for Rocco. We even got a drawing from Rocco, from one of the kids, that made me cry…Happy cry! They are all super sweet. Love their vibe and respect. I recommend them 100%. I would be looking forward to work with them more often.”

About: I’ve had my own dogs for 20 yrs. I’ve fostered abused dogs for 10 yrs. Dogs are my therapy, they bring me peace and I love spending my time with them. I have been a special education teacher in Montgomery county for over 25 yrs. I have evenings, weekends and holidays available to care for pets. I try to spend my time with animals because they bring me joy and peace amongst the chaos. I have one very large, playful 3 yr. Old Great Pyrenees. He loves making new friends and playing until he falls asleep. I live on an unfenced 40 acre farm. My dog has an e collar so visitors would need a long lead for outdoor walks. I can easily crate overnight but I let the dogs roam during the day with scheduled walks.

My experience dropping off and picking up, seeing her interact with my boy and hearing how she handled situations with him, solidified she will be my go to sitter. “Nancy was a spectacular sitter for my senior dog who can be quirky and somewhat unpredictable in new settings. She was eager to communicate with me frequently about how things were going...and quite patient in learning to interpret my dog's talking style (i.e. sporadic whining). I can imagine my dog was quite a challenge, considering how my dog would alternate between thinking she is child, i.e. eager to be scooped up and carried, --but sometimes struggling with arthritic limbs. Nancy was an absolute dog whisperer. I so appreciated her kindness, understanding and gentle approach..and the wonderful care she extended to my Masala.”
“We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Leaving Violet with someone new is never easy because she's a sweet girl with a few quirks. She loves long walks, naps, sunshine, and belly rubs. She also has a strong prey drive (especially for bunnies!), so we really appreciate sitters who pay attention to the details. From the moment we met, we knew Violet was in great hands. Our sitter took the time to understand her routine, made sure she got plenty of walks and sniffs, and gave her all the love and attention she thrives on. We received regular updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind, and it was obvious Violet felt comfortable, relaxed, and cared for throughout her stay. When we picked her up, she was happy, well cared for, and settled right back into life at home, which is always the best sign that she had a wonderful boarding experience. We're incredibly grateful for the care and attention Violet received and are already booked again for an upcoming trip.
