About: I'm a lifelong dog owner/lover who is also about a year and a half into learning how to be a cat mom. It's a pretty tight competition between my 8yo son and my 6yo beagle as to who loves dogs more. I work from home so if your pet doesn't like to be alone, that is not a problem. Walks and brushings are daily activities. Since the animals are allowed on the furniture the daily brushing is a must. Our cat has asthma and uses a daily inhaler, so if your pet also has medical issues/needs, they will fit right in. I've been petsitting for years for friends and family and would love to host your loved one as well. I work from home and occasionally have meetings or appointments during the day, so regular walks and lots of attention are easily managed. I also work for myself, so I have the ability to set my schedule. My backyard is fenced in, so unexpected potty needs or sunbathing are always accommodated. No space or piece of furniture is off limits to pets in my home.
About: I have grown up with dogs from a young kid and they have always been a constant in my life. My kids always had at least 2 dogs in the house and even though they are gone, I still loving pets around. About: Hi there! I'm a dog mom of an energetic boxer, Gus. Gus is my first dog, but from a young age, I always walked dogs in the neighborhood. As an adult, I had over 4 years of experience with doggy roommates. I have experiences with many different personalities and sizes so I'm very comfortable with them. Gus is an excellent walking buddy who is good on the leash and so love to play with a grieve l friend for a visit. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so I'm around most of the time to monitor play and keep the pets company. If it helps lighten the load when packing, I havethe following items already: Extra dog beds Dog bowls including a slow feeder Feel free to pack these items if course if they will make your pup happier to have their own. A few things I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00. So I'm around the Pets most of the day. I also have a fenced in backyard for the them to run and and get some energy out. I will walk them in the neighborhood and will avoid busy streets. I also don't introduce them to other dogs while walking them to avoid any accidental negative greetings in my care.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have experience caring for birds, fish, dogs, and cats. My family has primarily had Shih Tzus and Boxers, and I currently have an 11 year old Shih Tzu. Caring for her has given me a strong understanding of the patience, comfort, and slower pace that senior pets may need. I also help care for my neighbor’s cats when she works overnight shifts. I’m comfortable following different routines and making sure each pet feels safe, relaxed, and cared for. I work from home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to provide regular attention, companionship, potty breaks, meals, and time outside throughout the day. Since I’m home most of the time, pets are not left alone for long periods and can settle into a comfortable routine. I live in a condo with a private fenced yard, which gives dogs a safe place to spend time outside. My home is calm and comfortable, and I currently have one senior Shih Tzu who is quiet and spends much of the day resting. I follow each pet’s feeding, medication, bathroom, and care instructions closely. I also take time to learn their personality, routine, and comfort level so they can feel secure while in my care.

About: I have been helping my mom with rover since she started two years ago and I want to do this on my own. My mom has a five star rating and so once I earn your trust and get to care and love your fur babv. I’m currently in high’s school finishing up to start on my adult life and work in the big world and hoping I can start on that with rover. I have a fenced back and front yard. About: I've had lots of experience with dogs in my life! Through high school I worked at a grooming salon washing dogs of all different sizes and temperaments. My beloved rat-chi passed away last year and I've been watching friends' and co-workers' dogs since then of all different shapes and sizes. There's a special place in my heart for seniors and lap dogs, but I absolutely love dogs of any size. I'm strong, fit and assertive enough to feel comfortable with dogs 80+ pounds, and intuitive and sensitive enough to cater to the little guys! I'm great with people too - I'm happy to listen to what your dog's needs and routines are and honor those as if they were my own fur babies. My job is part-time and flexible - I'm home most weekdays for the majority of the day, and weekends can be tailored to your pet. I have a fenced-in yard with plenty of space for your dog to safely explore and play (always with supervision, of course!). I currently don't own any pets so yours is the star of the show! I'm used to dogs who are crate trained, but if your dog is not crate trained, I am happy to accommodate them as long as they are not property-destructive and as long as they are potty trained. I'll give your dog as much attention and/or space as they like in the home, whether they're feeling shy, clingy, tired or playful. About: Hi! I’ve pretty much always had a dog or cat in my life, so taking care of pets is something I genuinely love. I grew up with a German Shorthaired Pointer and a pit bull (and plenty of cats!), so I’m super comfortable with bigger dogs, high energy pups and pets with strong personalities. I’ve also cared for senior pets and am comfortable giving medications, keeping up with feeding schedules, adjusting walks for different energy and mobility levels, and following all the oddly specific little routines that pets inevitably train us into. I’m a teacher and work M-F during the school year and am available for overnight stays, before school, or after school. In the summer I am available throughout the day. I am available for overnight stays as requested. I am happy to feed, water, scoop, play, and snuggle with your kitties as much or as little as you prefer.

About: I grew up on a farm in Virginia surrounded by cows, horses, wild animals, and beloved pets — including the long-haired mini black and tan dachshunds we bred, trained, and raised. Starting at age 9, I helped birth litters of both puppies and kittens, and went on to train two mini dachshunds of my own using intermittent reinforcement (no small feat with such a stubborn-but-brilliant breed!). I cared for them throughout their entire lives. Beyond my own animals, I have years of experience caring for and training friends’ dogs and cats. While this is my first time on Rover, my hands-on experience with animals goes back decades. I’m available for boarding, dog walking, and drop-in visits. I live in a townhouse in NE DC with a private backyard where pups can play and a great neighborhood for walks. I’d love to help care for your furry family member — don’t hesitate to reach out! Working part time, that means I have more time to take care of pups! Love walks and bringing a dog along to have some fun. The most important part about care is to listen to the pet parent and learn all the peculiarities about their special family member and treat them with the kindness and care that will keep them happy when you return home with no messes to deal with!

“Definitely my best boarding experience! Sadie had a fantastic time with Malvi & Andrej!! She had so much fun running around with the other pups and getting excellent care. Their home and beautiful backyard are the perfect spot for pups. I was extremely impressed with how attentive they were to each dog's needs, including Sadie's sensitivity to heat given her thick coat. I could tell that they treated Sadie with the same love and care that I show her at home. It was also very comforting knowing that they spend the majority of their time at home with the dogs so the dogs get a lot of supervision.
