“Megha is awesome! This was the 1st time we left our dogs in someone's care, and she took excellent care of them. She sent sweet pictures every day. It made our vacation even better. Now that we know our dogs will be taken care of, we're planning more vacations! Thanks, Megha!”

“I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with Megan! She took care of my super shy cat for 3+ days and he felt right at home with her! Where he would typically hide under beds, he was letting her give him belly rubs and eating/sleeping well. I usually feel anxious and guilty all the time on our short vacations, worrying about him feeling stressed. This time was different ; the videos she sent told me he was doing great! Megan listened to what I said and worked her magic! I highly recommend this lovely lady to care for your fur babies 💝”

“Deandra was great with Peaches. Deandra maintained communication throughout Peaches stay with plenty of pictures. Peaches seemed happy upon her return. She also had fun with Deandra’s dog Romeo. I was very pleased with how everything worked out effortlessly. Will book again in the future 🐾 🐾”

“It was the first time we've left our boy, since we adopted him 5 months ago. Allisha sent constant updates, pictures, and not once, for a second did I worry about his well-being. Allisha, thank you for taking the best care of Ghost for us!”

“Seriously fantastic. One of our pups was getting over an upset stomach issue when we dropped her off. Which means Sarah had to clean up some messes and we truly felt terrible about that. Sarah kept us up to date on how she was improving, and she took the extra care she needed which we are endlessly grateful for. Hopefully that never happens again, but we genuinely felt like Sarah handled it well.”

“We booked an overnight get away and needed a sitter last minute. Anita was quick to respond, very personable, clearly had a great affection for dogs. We quickly becamw comfortable with leaving our babies. She kept us in the loop with photos and videos. We will definitely choose Anita moving forward. We now consider her home our pets second family.”

About: I’ve always had animals in my life. I worked on horse farms, pet-sit for my neighbors and friends, and have dabbled with fostering cats and dogs for local rescues. Dogs have a special place in my heart. I’ve owned Shelties, Labs, Golden Retrievers, and rescued Heinz 57 mixes over the years. 😝 I have experience with dogs of all ages as well. I am able to give medicine if needed. I am currently home full-time with my two kids, one dog, and three cats. I am available weekdays and weekends in June and July, along with weekends and some holiday weeks throughout the rest of the year. I offer in-home boarding with a family environment. The dogs are part of my daily life. I allow them to be on furniture and sleep in the bed. I want your fur-baby to feel like part of my family while you are away. I have an extra large fenced-in yard for playing and potty breaks. I have a two-year old mix who gets along well with other non-aggressive dogs and loves to play, as well as be a couch potato during naps. I have two children(4 and 9), that will also be at home at the time your pup is visiting. I also have multiple sets of stairs in my home--If your dog struggles with stairs, has arthritis, or knee/hip issues, I would not recommend my services.
“My fur baby is not easy to interact with due to her anxiety issues. Kelsey was understanding and patient during Jackie's first visit as daycare and her subsequent five day boarding stay. I could tell by Jackie's body language, in the pictures I received, that she was not as traumatized as I feared she would be. This was her first boarding alone, as we had recently lost her brother. Though I know that I will need to continue to work on socializing Jackie, I truly believe that Kelsey's patience and kindness will help with that immensely. I definitely plan to reach out to Kelsey & Marcus in the future.”

“We had a wonderful experience! I will absolutely send my fur baby her way when we need someone to watch him. She was kind and attentive. He seemed to just fit in the family well. Thanks again for taking such great care of Loki! 🩷”

“Michele was a fantastic host. She kept us up to date with photos, flexible for our meet and greet, and took great care of our dog. Highly recommended. Will definitely be using her again for Nala in the future.”

“Karen took excellent care of Molly. I got regular updates and pictures. Molly looked super happy and well cared for. I would definitely recommend her and have her sit Molly again.”

“We booked with Kimberly to keep Teddy for 5 nights while we were away on our trip. Teddy has epilepsy so requires multiple pills a day as well as other specialities due to his illness. When we first met Kimberly and her husband they were very attentive and asked all the right questions. They even bought cameras to watch Ted if they left as we mentioned that is what we do when do at home. Kimberly made us feel at ease on our trip with daily pictures and messages and reassured any questions we had about Teddy while we were away. We plan to continue to use Kimberly for any trips we take and would strongly recommend her to anyone. Teddy truly seemed sad to leave which we see as a great sign!”

“Alexandra and her family were exactly what we needed for our Ruby. They loved her like her own. She fit right in with her two sweet dogs and looked right at home. We look forward to Ruby boarding with them again.”

“Michele was fantastic! She took us as a last minute request after our original sitter had something come up. She was super easy to communicate and coordinate with, and she was the sweetest! She sent me plenty of updates and my boy was very well loved while he was with her!”

“Julie was absolutely amazing! I had a few unexpected delays the day of drop-off, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding despite the late timing. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and made sure Snuggles felt comfortable right away. Although we weren’t able to do a full meet and greet beforehand due to my schedule, Julie took the time to do a quick introduction before I left, which gave me immediate peace of mind. She kept me updated throughout the stay with photos and messages, which I truly appreciated. Snuggles has a specific routine, and Julie followed everything exactly as requested. It meant so much to know she was in such caring and capable hands. Julie is kind, professional, and genuinely loves what she does. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter. She is the best!”

“It was such a piece of mind to have Suzie look after our fur babies. She did such a wonderful job, even though our two cats hid from her 😆. I would hire her again in an instant.”

“Jennie is just wondering. She came to help me with my fur babies at a short notice request. She took great care of both of them. I would definitely ask her to come back.”

“Did a wonderful job watching our kitties for 3 days over the holidays while we were away! Gave them treats and attention and also cleaned up after them. Will definitely contact her in the future.”

About: Hello Pet Owners, I work from home most days and have plenty of time for drop ins, walks and overnight stays. I will do my best to make time away from your pets as stress free as possible. I have experience administering medications if needed. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs. I am available weekdays and weekends. Being away from your pet is stressful and I’m here to make it easier knowing your pet is in good hands. I will keep your pets as close as possible based on their needs. About: I have always loved caring for pets! When my childhood dog, Rusty, passed away 11 years ago, I adopted my sweet Zazu. I grew up caring for all of the neighborhood pets and turned it into a side business a few years ago! Most of my clients have moved away or moved to working from home now though, so I am excited to make new furry (or fluffy, feathered, what have you) friends! I am currently at home all day! I can take your baby to the park, on frequent walks, etc. My full time responsibility is making sure your pup is safe, relaxed, and entertained! I live in a cozy pet-loving neighborhood with a fenced in backyard. I am happy to leave your baby in the crate or roaming free in the rare case that I am gone. My dog is sweet and mild-mannered, but also gets along with playful pups! She is shy at first and might hide for an hour or two, but she always ends up best friends with other animals! I call her the “cat whisperer” because she has a weird talent for befriending even the meanest cats!
“Markia did a wonderful job with my cat Norman, especially for it being her first time with him. She was very communicative throughout the entire process and followed all of my instructions carefully, including taking extra care with his food, Norman has no teeth, so his dry food needs to be softened with hot water, and she prepared it perfectly, even better than I usually do. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like putting out catnip for him, and I was pleasantly surprised that Norman came out for her, which says a lot given how shy he is. I would definitely book her again!”

“Charlotte was amazing!! She responded fast and was on top of setting up a meet & greet! My cat, who can be very picky about who she lets pet her, loved Charlotte and was begging for pets! No doubt, I would absolutely work with Charlotte again!”

“Susan was fantastic to work with, both in her care for our cat and in her care for our home, daily communication with us and photos. She quickly recognized kitty’s needs, spent time with him, engaged him, and gave us such relief that he was in good hands while we were gone. We would count it a privilege to work with Susan again!”

“Carol was absolutely amazing.. She took such excellent care of our cats while we were visiting family out of state that they had to tell us all about it when we arrived back home.. We highly recommend.. Thank you Carole!!”

“Alyssa did a wonderful job looking after our 4 kitties while we were on vacation. When she first came over to meet our fur babies, they all were very interested in meeting her she and warmed up to her quickly. I enjoyed getting daily pictures of my kitties and would definitely recommend her!”

“I would be happy to have my cat stay with Michelle in the future and I would recommend her service for anyone else. Olive stayed with Michelle at her home over the weekend and I had confidence that she was in a comfortable and fun environment. I really appreciated the updates and pictures that Michelle sent throughout the time Olive was with her. Her other pets in her home were kind and patient to my cat.”

About: I became a cat person when I adopted my best friend Willow 5 years ago. Since then, I have adored cats. I understand how frightening it can be for some cats to have a stranger in their space, so I am very patient with them. I have experience administering medicine to cats, along with all other cat care duties.
“Ashlee was wonderful with Petey. She was willing to meet him prior to taking care of him and sent me the best pictures of him happy and healthy. I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

About: In addition to common dog owner knowledge I am also equipped with exceptional K-9 to human communication skills that will help me make nervous, unsettled, shy, or anxious pets adjust to their temporary lodging. I can take pets on short notice for as long as necessary. Your dog(s) will not interact with other dogs while in my care, unless previously discussed. The interior of my 2500 sf home has the space and configuration to allow up to 4 dogs to be separated into their own "living" spaces. Having two of may own, I will only take two dogs as a time. I will provide exceptional care and 24/7 attention. Why I love dog sitting My entire life, personal and professional, has been with dogs afoot. I enjoy discovering their individual personalities. Meet my pets I have two Pomeranians. About my yard Fenced, however I prefer to hand walk client's pets. I am a jogger so if your pet is used to jogging each day for exercise we can make that happen. My experience administering medication I am happy to administer any necessary medications and supplements. I have been doing so for as long as I can remember, IV, IM, topical, and oral. I build my schedule around clients needs. Mine eat at 8 AM and 6 pm and get outside for fresh air and a bio bark every 4-5 hours. In a client's home, I leave absolutely no trace I have ben there. Extreme attention to detail, respect for your environment, and I follow instructions with precision. In my home, I follow the schedule I am given and keep a low and slow approach, giving them space, time, and calm/quiet emotional support to adjust. In both environments you will receive videos, pics, and updates multiple times per day.
“Wow! I was really nervous about leaving my tiny cavapoo for the first time and must have called a dozen kennels before I decided to try Rover. What a lucky day when I found Elise. She and her two dogs Buster and Mango gave Coco a safe, fun, loving place to stay. I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. Elise and Bill have a lovely home with a beautifully fenced front and back yard and a shady porch and deck for pup naps. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them highly enough. Really superb and we will be back next month - already booked for a week!”

About: Hi there! I’m Sara, your pet’s new best friend 🐾 I’m located in the Kennesaw/Acworth area. With over 15 years of pet care experience, I am eager to help pet parents with their fur babies in any way I can! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them truly brings me joy. I’m a naturally gentle, patient, trustworthy and reliable person. I love building real bonds with the pets I watch. I have experience with both dogs and cats. I also have a background as a veterinary technician, so you can feel confident your fur baby is in knowledgeable hands. Some things I can help with: • Daily walks & playtime • Feeding & routine care • Medication • Lots of love, attention, and updates 🩷 I have my own transportation and can be available as needed. I treat every pet (and house) like they’re my own, and I’d be honored to care for yours! I have a pretty flexible schedule. I can accommodate my schedule to your pet’s needs so that you get the most out of my care. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes through house sitting and drop-in visits, so pets are able to stay in their familiar environment and routine. I believe this helps reduce stress and keeps them comfortable while their owners are away. During house sitting, I treat your home and pets with the same care and respect as my own. I follow all feeding schedules, medication instructions, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and bedtime routines exactly as requested. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment based on their personality and energy level.
About: I work from home, have a fenced in backyard, a flexible schedule, and only take one family at a time. I have experience with animals across the lifespan from bottle-fed kittens to senior dogs, special needs pets, and a variety of different animals. I've had pets my whole life: cats (kittens and seniors), dogs (puppies and seniors), birds, fish, and even a domestic rat named Mortimer. I am the first person my friends and family ask to pet sit, because their animals love me, and I love them like my own. I used to foster for a pet rescue and had 10 cats at one point. They were all well taken care of and somehow they all got along! I even fostered a paraplegic cat who I took to physical therapy and had to help him eliminate manually, and a diabetic cat who I had to give insulin injections to. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows for plenty of playtime in the fenced in backyard, cuddles, and walks in our quiet cul-de-sac community. My goal is to provide affordable, reliable care for those who may need to be away from their fur babies during the day or during travel, and want a safe, loving, fun place for them to stay. I have a fenced in back yard and a quiet community, perfect for daytime dog care or boarding. My 7 year old daughter loves animals and is a good helper. Between the two of us, your pet will never be bored or lack for companionship. When caring for dogs, they must be good with children and I would like to arrange a meet and greet beforehand. I prefer to pet sit one animal at a time, or one family at a time (if the family has multiple pets). I prefer not to have animals from different families at the same time, to avoid causing stress and discomfort for the animals.
About: I have always loved and cared for dogs. I welcome the opportunity to help in whatever capacity is needed. I can walk, play with, feed and give your pup the amount of love and attention they deserve and more. You will have nothing to worry about if you reach out to me. I am trustworthy and honest and have nothing but your dogs best interest at heart. I am in Acworth and closer to both Kennesaw and Woodstock. I am currently looking to take Rover work as it arises with no other job to interfere so that I can give my full attention to caring for your pet. I am currently able to make dog walking visits at your home and can take boarding in my home if I am free. Anything your pet needs, I will do my best to accommodate.
“I was so nervous using Rover. But, Amber eased all my concerns. My fur baby has enjoyed his stays with Amber and Jody. Amber is very responsive and personable. I will most definitely be using her again.”

About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own currently, Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.

“Ashlee is an incredibly caring sitter and walker. She communicates often and lets me know if something doesn’t seem right with my pup. She also has gone out of her way to check in when my pup is sick and has the ability to administer medication. She has been so great and my pup loves her. I highly recommend Ashlee. She is responsible, caring, and an overall wonderful person. She is by far the best walker I’ve had so far.”

About: Hi, I’m Mike! If you’re looking for a responsible, mature professional to care for your home and keep your dog’s daily routine perfectly intact while you're away, I would love to help. While I am new to the Rover platform, I have over 30 years of experience as a dedicated dog owner. Currently, my wife and I have two incredible Labrador Retrievers who are truly our third and fourth children. Now that our human kids are grown and out of the house, I'm looking to fill some of my free time by doing what I love most—hanging out with dogs and giving them the dedicated attention they deserve. I specialize in overnight house sitting because I know how much happier and less stressed dogs are when they get to stay in their own environment. Because I’ve raised large, high-energy breeds for decades, I am entirely comfortable managing dogs of all sizes, keeping up with active exercise routines, and maintaining structure. When I watch your dog, they aren't just getting a quick check-in; they're getting a companion and the exact same love, safety, and attention I give my own Labs. I’m excited to give you total peace of mind on your next trip. I can't wait to meet you and your four-legged family members! Working remote from home gives me the opportunity to set my own schedule with with regards to taking care of dogs. I can be available several times throughout each day to drop by for potty breaks, as well as for walks to let them stretch their legs. I'm pretty much available from 7:00 a.m. on, which we can obviously coordinate based on your needs. The big thing for me is to fully understanding your needs and expectations with regards to your dog. Whatever those expectations are, I commit to provide that service and care as if they were my own animals. Our two Labrador Retrievers are my third and fourth child, and I view others' pets as important to them!

I am perfect for housesitting and spending tons of time with your fur baby. I have plenty of experience house sitting while pet sitting. I can take care of your home (collect mail, take out trash, keep it tidy) so your pet can stay comfortable in their own environment when you’re gone.
About: Hi, my name is Tessa and I am 29 years old with a bachelors of science in biology from Penn State University. I have been an animal lover ever since I was little and have grown myself professionally in the animal field over the last several years! I am a trained professional in administering medication via orally and through injection, therefore, if your pet needs any medication I will not have an issue administering it. I have cared for dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, thus, the size and breed of your dog is irrelevant to me. I have owned dogs who were partially blind, completely deaf, had autoimmune diseases and one in which had epilepsy. Special needs pets and reactive pets are welcome in my care. If you are looking for a responsible, knowledgeable animal caretaker- look no further! My schedule is currently completely open on Saturdays and Sundays when it comes to making sure your fur baby is well cared for from 6:00am-11:30pm. When walking your pup, rest assured, they will be leashed at all times. If you would like off leash exercise for your dog, we will remain in a secured area for the safety of your dog.
“In a last minute pinch we found Jace to watch our dog Harley. Harley in her 12 years has only ever been watched by family and an occasional friend but never left alone for the entire stay and only looked in on for walks. To say I was nervous was an understatement. On faith and a mix of other positive reviews we went with Jace to try. She was so delightful and close to us that she did 2 separate meet and greets to calm my nerves. She texted us every day and gave a detailed report on Harley and how she was doing on her walks and girlfriend was thriving. Even when she seemed to have gotten a reaction to something Jace was on it right away even offering to take her to the vet, of course this was no reflection on Jace just a freak coincidence that could’ve even happened when my husband or I walked Harley. Her attention to detail was so appreciated especially since we were away at my baby shower and so the time for us was already so stressful and she gave us the piece of mind we needed during that time to stress a little less about our fur baby. An absolute book again. I now feel comfortable knowing I have someone I trust to watch Harley. Being new to this state and having no family or friends, this is a blessing.”

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is the genuine love, patience, and attention I give to every pet in my care. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your furry family member, and I do my best to make both pets and owners feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I treat every animal like they are my own, paying close attention to their routine, personality, and individual needs. I am comfortable caring for pets in all stages of life, from young pets who need extra guidance, consistency, and play, to senior pets who may need a gentler approach, more patience, and a little extra support. I can help reinforce routines, provide loving companionship, and make sure your pet feels calm and secure while you are away. More than anything, I want pets to feel loved and at ease in my care. I am dependable, attentive, and kind, and I always want owners to have peace of mind knowing their pet is being cared for with real heart. Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine because I only work two days a week at the hospital, which gives me plenty of flexibility and availability to provide dependable care. On my days off, I have the time and energy to focus on walks, drop in visits, playtime, feedings, and giving pets the attention they need. I enjoy having a structured routine, so making time for pet care comes naturally to me. I understand how important consistency is for animals, and I make it a priority to keep them comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. Spending time with pets is something I truly enjoy, so it feels like a rewarding part of my week. Safety, trust, and comfort are always my top priorities when caring for pets in my home or in their own home. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and specific needs so they feel safe, secure, and comfortable while in my care. I always follow feeding schedules, potty breaks, walk routines, medication instructions, and any special requests closely. In my home, I provide a clean, calm, and loving environment where pets can relax, play, and receive plenty of attention. I make sure the space is safe and supervised so they feel at ease. In their own home, I know pets are often most comfortable in a familiar space, so I do everything I can to keep their normal routine consistent. I treat every client’s home with respect, keep things tidy, and make sure their pet feels loved and cared for while their family is away. My goal is always to make both pets and owners feel confident, comfortable, and at peace.

“Karen took excellent care of Molly. I got regular updates and pictures. Molly looked super happy and well cared for. I would definitely recommend her and have her sit Molly again.”

“I so appreciate Angie getting to know Kash and his needs before he stayed with her and fellow fur friends. He clearly enjoyed his time as he ate everyday! Angie sent pics and an update every evening. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away without any fear. Thank you, Angie!”

“If you want your dog to be on a fabulous vacation while you are out of town, this is the place to take your pup! Janira and her husband provide the perfect environment with a large fenced in yard and even a doggy door to go in and out of the house. They both clearly love dogs and both work from home. On top of all this, they provide regular updates and pictures. There is simply no place better but watch out—your dog may want to stay there forever,”

“We had an amazing experience with Stuart! Right from the beginning, he was incredibly responsive and flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times, which made things so much easier for us. Throughout our trip, we received daily photo updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear from the pictures and when we picked him up that Jasper was not only well taken care of but was genuinely enjoying his time with Stuart’s lovely family and children. We truly appreciated the communication, care, and attention to detail. Would 100% book with Stuart again—highly recommend!”

“I knew my puppy was safe and being loved on by Khalia. Loved getting updates from her. Very happy that we found her. We will definitely use her services again. Thank you Khalia!”
