“From the meet and greet I knew that Ace would be really thoughtful and respectful. He took special note of my cats' personalities, what they needed, and how I interact with them. After Ace stayed with my 2 cats, I can recommend him without reservation. He is detail oriented, attuned to pet and owner personalities, and is incredibly communicative and thoughtful. Before I left, he thought to ask questions about food allergies I might have and using my kitchenware to cook. While I was gone, he sent regular updates that included everything - photos, Bruce's and Miso's moods/activity, schedule. Both the consistency and the content of the updates made me SO at ease while away. I knew, without a shadow of a doubt, that Bruce and Miso were being loved, doted on, and cared for in exactly the same way I would be doing if I was there. Ace very clearly loves animals. He is also incredibly detail oriented, communicative, and flexible. I had crazy schedule changes that he was able to work around, I never had to ask any questions because he had already given me the updates, and he went above and beyond in the care of my house, too - it was immaculate. Ace is simply exemplary and I would be thrilled to be able to work with him again.”

About: Hi! My name is Katharine, and I’m currently a social work student working toward my bachelor’s degree with a passion for helping others, which includes animals! I’ve always loved being around pets and understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, patient, and caring to look after them. I’ve owned my dog for the past 10 years, which has given me hands-on experience with daily pet care, routines, exercise, and providing lots of love and attention. I also regularly dog sit and cat sit for my neighbors, so I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, needs, and routines. I’m currently a college student out for the summer, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have open availability 7 days a week. I’m able to be flexible with walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, and playtime to meet each pet’s needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, playtime, and any house rules or routines your pet is used to. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and supervision while keeping the home clean and respectful. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel reassured that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away.

“Jessica did drop ins for our little kitten, Mipha, while we were gone for a few days. She took excellent care of her, played and gave her affection. Throughout the whole time we were gone she sent photos and gave helpful updates about how Mipha was during each drop in. She was great! We'll definitely select her again!”

About: I’m a mother of 3 children and two fur babies, a Labrador and a tuxedo cat. In addition to caring for my own pets over the years, I have some experience with foster care as well as veterinary assistance. My schedule is flexible as I am a stay at home parent. Daytime is best but I am also available for night check ins and weekends. My pets are very friendly but I will respect the wishes of the pet owner on how much exposure they prefer their pet to have to other people or pets, as well as any other safety concerns they may have. I live on a low traffic cul-de-sac street, ideal for walking.

About: I have experience caring for cats through kennel work and basic pet care, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter areas, and following owner routines. I know cats all have different personalities, so I never force interaction. If your cat is social, I’m happy to give them attention, playtime, and company. If they are shy or slower to warm up, I’m comfortable giving them space and letting them come to me when they’re ready. Before caring for your cat, I’d love to know their feeding schedule, litter routine, favorite hiding spots, toys, medical needs, and how they usually act around new people. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep their routine as normal as possible, and send clear updates so you know they’re safe and cared for.

“Once again, we had an amazing experience having Emily take care of our two cats while we were away. Our new kitten warmed up to her immediately and she was amazing about helping to get his energy out and giving him plenty of cuddle time. We always look forward to her updates and great photos and definitely plan to utilize her help and care again in the future :)”

“Sarah is the best! I have an older pup and an independent cat; right away she put my mind at ease as her experience and care for animals radiates. She communicated clearly and promptly with me from the pre-booking to after the visits. She followed every direction and went above and beyond. I loved her updates and photos; I appreciated her kindness and attention to details. My pets said they had an amazing time with her! I would recommend her and welcome her back any time.”

I’ve pet sat for a family that to this day I still meet and hang out with their dogs! I love that bond! I’m currently working part time at stop and shop, so I’m available currently on Monday’s and Tuesdays only.. I can do weekends but could only do so by 3:00 My work schedule is not a set schedule so if I’m not working that day, I will make sure to put that out there! And spend more play time with your pets! I have a big enough yard for my dog Benny and he loves to go outside and get treats! And a porch where we can relax and just hang out With him! I make sure every dog I take care of is on a leash but I can take it off depending on owners preference..my main priority is the safety of the pets in my care to make sure they don’t run away and are put in dangerous situations. I would also prefer to be at the owners house for now.

“Ariana was excellent! From the first message it was clear she loves cats the same way we do, so we felt completely confident booking her. She came over on her own time to meet our cats, learn how to best take care of them, and get a feel for the ins and outs of their behavior. While we were away, she sent us daily updates and photos of our cats so we knew they were in good hands the whole time. We will certainly be booking with her again!”

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, I provide more than just pet sitting — I offer dependable, loving companionship tailored to each pet’s needs and one thing I can say I specialize in is accustoming to different routines based on your pet’s schedule and preferences, from long walks to playtime to quiet cuddle sessions! I treat every animal as if they were my own — with patience, love, and respect. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you're away. I work at a school which means my schedule could be flexible at times and I do have weekends off which gives me more than enough play time for your furry friends on the weekends! I have a large fenced backyard which gives the dogs a chance to run around and play freely. I also have a partner who is a Firefighter and a huge dog lover and has more of a flexible schedule on most days so on the weekdays when I am at work and he is not working they will still be with someone offering lots of love and attention.

“Ashley was very communicative and was a great sitter for our little guy. Our dog is normally very shy and doesn’t like new surroundings, but Ashley was able to make him feel right at home, sending me photos of my pup smiling.. actually smiling because he was having a grand ole time. 10/10 recommend!”

“Stephanie took wonderful care of Obie during his first-ever day of daycare. We got lots of sweet updates and he spent plenty of time outside. We are so grateful to Stephanie, who was flexible and easy going and clearly has a real love for and gift with dogs. We will be back!”

About: I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. For the past 4 years I've helped my stepmom with her pet-sitting business, caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I've also watched, walked, and cared for pets for friends, family members, and neighbors. Being around animals never feels like work to me. I love getting outside for walks, playing with energetic dogs, and giving extra attention to dogs that might be missing their owners. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I do my best to make every dog feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you're away. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I love spending time with animals. Between working at home and my other responsibilities, I make sure I have plenty of time set aside to give pets the attention they deserve. Whether it's a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight care, I'm happy to work with your pet's normal routine and make sure they stay comfortable and cared for. I know every pet is different, so I always take the time to learn their routine, personality, and any special needs they may have. I follow owners' instructions carefully and make sure pets always have fresh water, exercise, attention, and a safe environment. I'll also keep you updated while you're away with photos and messages because I know how much that means to their families.
“Kara was great! She was super flexible and willing to watch Shadow with what I believed was a last minute request! I would definitely recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a sweet and personable dog sitter!”

About: I love pets! I have had both cats and dogs. It’s been a few years since I have had a pet of my own but I have been a trusted sitter for many dog breeds when my friends or family are out of town. Nothing is better than a greeting of a pet. I used to travel more so I never had a dog of my own. I am in the process of getting one soon! With your help , I’m on my way to becoming a cat/dog mom! I work remotely and am in NYC a day a week but am home on weekends and 4 days a week. My job is flexible and I am reliable. I live in a secured apartment building and there is a dog area. I am open to come to your home as well. I am a professional.
About: I have many experiences pet sitting and taking care of dogs. As I kid my parents would not let me have a dog which lead to me taking up any opportunity I could to take care of any family or friends pets. I have helped to take care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles , fish and I hope to continue this hobby. I now live in an apartment that does not allow pets and try to find any ways I can to interact with animals. I hav experiences walking, bathing, feeding, and playing wiyh dogs. I also have multiple years od experience taking care of rescue cats at animal shelters. Additionally I also shadowed a vet and have seen how animals are taken care of in a professional setting. I am free most afternoons and most mornings and can try to work around your schedule. I am free on weekends and can easily change my schedule around. My apartment unfortunately does not allow pets, but as a student I have a very flexible schedule to come to your home and take care of your animal. I have a lot of experience working with animals and know how to handle shy animals gently as well as playful animals with the same enthusiasm they give off. I miss being able to interact with animals and would love the opportunity to spend some time with your pet :).

“Bruce is wonderful! He is gentle, kind, and responsible. He takes his duties seriously which brings me peace of mind while I’m working long hours. My high energy dog received lots of attention and long walks and I couldn’t be happier. I will 100% schedule him again!”

About: Hi, I’m Jessica. My love for animal care started in 2018 when my family rescued our dog, Chase, from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. Helping him feel safe, understood, and confident pushed me to learn more about dog body language, temperament, leash behavior, and how to care for each dog based on their needs. I originally entered college as a pre-veterinary Animal Science major and gained hands-on experience with animals, including sheep. I also competed in UConn’s Little I competition and placed second. Later, I shifted toward human medicine and changed my major to Allied Health Sciences on the pre-med track, but my love for animals never left. I also worked as a kennel assistant, where I cared for pets in a boarding environment and learned how important routine, safety, patience, and clear instructions are. Dogs are my strongest area, but I also have experience with cats and small animals through feeding and basic care. For pets with more specific needs, I’m very willing to learn and follow your instructions carefully. Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know their routine, temperament, walking style, triggers, favorite activities, nervous habits, and how they do around other dogs, cats, strangers, children, loud noises, or new environments. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, reactive, slow to warm up, or just very particular, I’d rather know upfront so I can care for them safely and calmly. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, companionship, and basic routine reinforcement. I’m not a professional trainer, but I’m happy to follow the commands and routines you already use. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while giving you clear updates and peace of mind. My schedule is currently flexible, especially for drop-ins and walks. I’m usually available during morning, afternoon, and evening time blocks, and I do my best to plan visits in a way that gives each pet enough time, patience, and attention. I’m also happy to discuss your pet’s usual routine so I can keep things as consistent as possible while you’re away. In a client’s home, I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, food instructions, litter areas, water bowls, and anything the owner tells me is important. I also like to know about each pet’s temperament, triggers, hiding spots, leash behavior, and comfort level with new people so I can keep the visit safe and calm. For walks, I make sure pets are securely leashed before leaving the home and avoid unnecessary interactions with unknown dogs or people unless the owner says otherwise. I’m patient with shy, nervous, excited, or slower-to-warm-up pets, and I’d rather move carefully than rush them. I’ll also send clear updates, so you know how your pet is doing.

About: Hi! I’m a proud cat mom to three cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and attentive to care for your pets. For boarding services, I host pets at my mom’s home in Shelton, Connecticut, which provides a spacious yard, a calm environment, and one small senior resident dog who mostly sleeps throughout the day. My own apartment, where my cats live, is separate and is not used for boarding.. I have hands on experience caring for both cats and dogs, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, waste pickup, bathing, and administering oral medications. I’ve cared for pets with different personalities, from energetic and playful to shy, anxious, and senior pets who need extra patience and attention. When caring for your pet, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I know every pet is different, and I take the time to learn their habits, preferences, and any special instructions you provide. I also love to keep you constantly updated with photos/videos. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, cuddling on the couch, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I’m happy to provide the care they need. Safety is always my top priority. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to create a safe, loving, and stress free experience for both pets and their owners. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family members! I’m available before and after work, on my days off, and most weekends. I do my best to be flexible and accommodate each pet’s individual schedule and needs. Building trust with both pets and their owners is important to me. I take the time to learn each pet’s habits, preferences, and any special instructions before care begins. Whether I’m caring for a playful puppy, a senior dog, or an independent cat, I prioritize a calm, secure environment and closely follow feeding, medication, exercise, and household guidelines.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5, did an internship at a doggy daycare, and am always the go-to when friends and family need a pet sitter. I work part time with no long hours, so I’ll be able to hang out with pups nearly all day and feed them/take them outside at appropriate times. I have three dogs that are allowed free roam around the house but are sometimes kept in a big room downstairs with lots of windows and a sliding glass door. They love other dogs — my family and I will often take them to the dog park where they have lots of friends.

About: -I have had animals all my life -I’ve cat/dog sat before and it was great! -I love the outdoors so we will definitely take advantage of nice weather -I worked at a pre school for 3 years so I have the patience/experience for different diets and schedules! I work as a waitress part time, but I am free any other time/day! Taking the time out of my day is no problem when I get to take care of your babies! -I cannot care for animals in my home - when I care for pets in the clients home I always leave it clean! -If I am caring for a cat, the litter will always be scooped and off the floor, and I will clean up whatever a dog tracks in after a walk or playtime!
“Sarah is an amazing dog walker. Our dog can be a bit uneasy meeting new people, but Sarah knew exactly how to approach her and make quick friends. She was very communicative and professional. We will absolutely book with Sarah again!”

About: Caring for animals has been a constant part of my life. I grew up in a home that always had two dogs at a time, and before moving out, my family had raised six wonderful dogs together. From energetic pups to older companions, I’ve experienced the full range of what it means to care for dogs through different stages of life. I currently share my home with two special-needs cats, which has taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of understanding each animal’s unique personality and needs. Managing medications, monitoring behavior changes, and creating a calm, safe environment are all things I take seriously. My primary goal when caring for your pet is simple: I want them to feel happy, secure, and relaxed while you’re away. I also know how important peace of mind is for owners. I’m communicative, reliable, and happy to provide updates so you can feel confident your pet is safe and cared for. I treat every animal with gentleness, respect, and the kind of attention I would want for my own pets. I work remotely in IT for a nonprofit organization, which gives me a very flexible weekday schedule. Because I work from home, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I genuinely enjoy having some furry company during the week. Whether that means a midday walk to break up my workday or a fuzzy companion nearby while I’m at my desk. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m happy to structure my schedule around walks, feeding times, medication needs, or check-ins. Your pet won’t be left alone for long stretches, and you can expect consistent updates while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect your routines and instructions carefully. I follow feeding schedules, medication needs, walking routines, and house rules closely so your pet’s world feels as consistent and familiar as possible while you’re away. I also provide regular updates so you can feel confident everything is going smoothly. If your pet stays in my home, their comfort and safety are my top priorities. They will have their own dedicated space in my finished basement office that is clean, hazard-free, and separate from my cats. This allows visiting pets to relax without feeling overwhelmed, and ensures everyone stays safe and stress-free. The space includes a comfortable couch just for them, plenty of room to stretch out, and a calm environment away from household noise. I’m home during the day, so they’ll receive regular supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention, balanced with quiet time to rest.

About: I have been a dog owner for 15+ years, and have taken care of friends and families dogs along the way. I come from a family that lives on a farm, so I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, chickens and bunnies all my life! I know how important outside time is, along with play and potty breaks! I am a teacher who has the summer off, so I am around during the day and evenings specifically during the week! I am looking for some walking buddies and extra outside time this summer. I am a responsible and reliable caretaker, I will always use a leash when outdoors at my home, and whatever the comfort level is for your home. There are lots of sidewalks and parks where I live that are dog friendly and I have a front porch where dogs can sit outside with me.

About: I have had dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Since I was a kid, I have always taken care of them- making sure they are well-fed always, groomed, happy, and healthy! I currently have a really flexible schedule because I’m home from school and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets! I’m available for overnight stay, drop-ins walks, and daytime care throughout most weekdays and weekends! Your pets safety and comfort are always my top priority! I have a loving dog and 2 kitties at home to keep them comfortable, but if they are more shy I have a large yard I can take them on walks and play in, and can house them in my large bedroom and make sure they are extremely comfortable!
About: I stand out with my genuine love for animals, tailored care for each pet, reliability, and extensive experience ensuring their happiness, health, and their safety. Im currently not working any other job, therefore I have plenty of time to play, walk and care for your pups as much as needed! I have a huge yard, plenty of space for us to play. A nice home for them to relax. I can take your pups out anytime needed!
About: I am a grad student and can be very flexible with scheduling. Where I live currently does not permit animals so I have all the more love and attention to give to your furry friends. I grew up with a dog of my own for many years and now have several recurring families I pet sit for. I love running in nice weather and would be thrilled to bring your pets along. If your fur baby is a little older and doesn't have as much energy I am just as happy to lounge in the sun and spend some relaxing quality time with them. As a grad student with classes at night or online I have very flexible availability and plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I do not currently offer boarding or sitting at my residence. However, I always follow owner instructions regarding proper crating, harness use, and the pets' comfort level around people and other animals.

“Monique was wonderful with our puppy, yet again! She sent regular updates and Luna looked so happy in every single one! It was such a relief to know she was so well cared-for while we were away.”

“Mikayla and Justine were both amazing with our dog Lew! He can be a little nervous, and they went out of their way to keep him comfortable and happy while we were away. We also got in depth notes about his day along with pictures everyday, which was so helpful! We will definitely use them again -- great sitters!”

“Leviena was wonderful. She sent pictures every day and a few videos as well. Rex can be a little reluctant around kids but her kids were great with him her little 2 year was walking Rex on a leash and laying in bed with him. I couldn’t believe it! I will definitely be using Leviena again. She’s the best.”
