When we messaged looking for boarding for our dog in about a weeks time, he replied quickly and set up a meet and greet for the next day. He replied quickly to all our messages bout logistics. Second, he has a great combination of attentiveness and no-stress. He asked all the usual questions about our dog, and wanted to get to know her needs. When meeting Bowie for the first time, he read he body language as other dogs went by and even guessed “she isn’t been to this park before, right?” Which was true. Our dog isn’t used to socializing much with other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving her with another dog in the house. But Mike was very relaxed and confident about it, without being minimizing. We could tell that he reads dogs carefully and knows his dog well which made us feel comfortable that he could manage the two dogs interactions well. Finally, Bowie clearly had fun! We got some great pictures of her on hikes, lounging in the yard, and napping on the couch - her kind of vacation! My only hesitation in leaving a positive review is that other people might snag the future dates we want for boarding 😁”

I split my time between providing services on Rover, and working at Contra Costa Animal Services. “Wow, I’m glad we found Mike! First, he was extremely responsive. When we messaged looking for boarding for our dog in about a weeks time, he replied quickly and set up a meet and greet for the next day. He replied quickly to all our messages bout logistics. Second, he has a great combination of attentiveness and no-stress. He asked all the usual questions about our dog, and wanted to get to know her needs. When meeting Bowie for the first time, he read he body language as other dogs went by and even guessed “she isn’t been to this park before, right?” Which was true. Our dog isn’t used to socializing much with other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving her with another dog in the house. But Mike was very relaxed and confident about it, without being minimizing. We could tell that he reads dogs carefully and knows his dog well which made us feel comfortable that he could manage the two dogs interactions well. Finally, Bowie clearly had fun! We got some great pictures of her on hikes, lounging in the yard, and napping on the couch - her kind of vacation! My only hesitation in leaving a positive review is that other people might snag the future dates we want for boarding 😁”
“Crystal was an AMAZING dog sitter for our pup! We had scheduled travel during the summer and had originally planned to board our dog. But surprise, he hurt his leg and needed surgery. We needed a dogsitter who could be attentive and meet the unique needs of a post-surgerical dog. Crystal was exactly the right person. She loved and cared for our dog; asked lots of questions to make sure she completely understood the specific things our dog would need; then provided thorough daily updates and pictures during his stay. About: Hi! I’m a 22 year old recent graduate from Cal Poly. I’m a dedicated pet lover and used to have a dachshund of my own, so I know how important it is to leave your pet in good hands. I’ve spent a lot of time pet sitting for friends/family, and I always make it a priority to keep pets comfortable, active, and loved. Whether your pet needs long walks, playtime, or just some extra cuddles, I’m here to help! I currently work remotely part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available 7 days a week and can often accommodate last-minute bookings, so feel free to reach out anytime! I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment when caring for pets. I have a fenced backyard where pets can safely spend time outside, and I always supervise outdoor time. I make sure pets get regular walks, exercise, and plenty of attention based on their individual needs. During walks, I keep dogs on a secure leash with properly fitted collars or harnesses, stay aware of our surroundings, and avoid unsafe or overly busy areas. I adjust each walk to your pet’s energy level and make sure they stay comfortable and safe. In a client’s home, I respect your space and follow all routines and instructions to keep your pet feeling secure and well cared for.
