“The main thing I use to rate a pet sitter is how the doggies seem after their visit. When we picked them up our doggies seemed like they thought they were going for another walk, and when they realized they weren't almost tried to head back into the house! That tells me they enjoyed their stay. We got pictures, and at pick up a little doggie report card with details of how they ate, did their business, seemed emotionally, the works. When we first did a meet & greet Greg showed us around the house and had their little doggie meet our two. Everything went very well and we will not hesitate to take our dogs there again for future pet sitting when we need to. Pricing was reasonable - not the cheapest or the most expensive. The neighborhood is nice, and there were plenty of other people out walking their dogs most days. All in all a good experience (except for missing our dogs of course, but pics did help with that.)”

I'm new to Rover and this was a very positive first experience with boarding through the app. For background, my pup struggles a bit with anxiety, which seems to be exacerbated in new settings. For this reason, we had been struggling with traditional doggy daycares...especially for overnight boardings. So I thought I'd give Rover a try for a 4 night trip out of state - and I found Kaitlin! From the start, Kaitlin was very thorough in her process and it was clear how knowledgeable she is working with dogs. She was very patient with me as well (a nervous owner) and was flexible with doing trial visits and stays to make sure my pup was comfortable in her environment before my trip. Her professionalism throughout the process helped ensure a great stay for my girl, and gave me invaluable peace of mind. “Kaitlin is absolutely awesome! I'm new to Rover and this was a very positive first experience with boarding through the app. For background, my pup struggles a bit with anxiety, which seems to be exacerbated in new settings. For this reason, we had been struggling with traditional doggy daycares...especially for overnight boardings. So I thought I'd give Rover a try for a 4 night trip out of state - and I found Kaitlin! From the start, Kaitlin was very thorough in her process and it was clear how knowledgeable she is working with dogs. She was very patient with me as well (a nervous owner) and was flexible with doing trial visits and stays to make sure my pup was comfortable in her environment before my trip. Her professionalism throughout the process helped ensure a great stay for my girl, and gave me invaluable peace of mind. My pup had a great stay with Kaitlin, and I was able to relax with her providing regular pictures and updates throughout the stay. “Lori is a natural caretaker. She provided so much love and attention to Zara, my standard poodle. I could see how much fun Zara was having through the photogenic pictures Lori sent each day. Lori's 1-acre of land is such a plus for the dogs to run and play. At the end of the stay, Zara and Lori were both sad to part.
