About: Hello! I am a 26 year old grad student attending Santa Clara University pursuing a counseling degree. I have grown up with dogs and currently co-parent a 3 year old pit mix, Levi! I have had extensive experience caring for various breeds, from big (Dobermans, pits, labs) to small (Jack russels, Shiba Inus, etc.)! I am experienced with senior dog care and young puppy care. About: I have had animals growing up my whole life. I love all types of animals and love being outside! Whether it’s a dog or a cat or even a bunny, I’ve had experience with them all. :) I am free early mornings, midday between 12-30pm and overnight. I have work from 4-10pm most days but free all day on Mondays and Tuesdays. I currently have no animals living at home. I have a backyard that is fenced off with a grass lawn. I am a quick walk to the beach.

“Daisy had one previous day-long stay with Shannon about one year ago and our schedules finally lined up for us to be able to leave Daisy over night. As with our first stay, we couldn't ask for more! Shannon and her family took such excellent care of Daisy, understanding of and worked around our dog's quirks - a little anxious, esp around other dogs for one thing - gave Daisy lots of attention, careful & thoughtful of her, and took her on two walks in 24 hrs. I don't know if Daisy remembered them from last year, but she was smiling from ear to ear within 30 seconds of being in Shannon's & Chris's home and that's how she was when we picked her up!! Shannon sent timely updates with pictures and is so easy to communicate with. We would be lucky to have Daisy stay with Shannon and her family again! TEN stars - five from my family, five from Daisy!”

I've been dog sitting/walking for friends and family since I was 16 and have always found it to be a rewarding experience. This past year I became certified as a dog trainer in an effort to expand my knowledge of animal behaviors. I have definitely found this new knowledge to be extremely helpful with my business as a whole, not just with training. I currently have a Golden Retriever puppy named Calcifer.
