“Rebecca was absolutely fabulous with our very shy, senior diabetic cat. I’ve been giving my cat, Winston, insulin shots for a few months now, but this is the first time I’ve had to travel. I was at a loss as to how to manage the situation. He’s a shy cat (formerly stray) who is really only used to our family. The vet didn’t think he would be a good candidate for vet boarding because he gets so nervous when we take him in that they were scared he wouldn’t eat enough to give him his insulin doses. That left home care as our best option. This was my first time using Rover and I think we hit the jackpot! It’s clear that Rebecca is a huge cat lover, like us. She was so patient with him - even when she had to coax him out of hiding to get his shot! I would strongly recommend Rebecca to anyone who needs help with their fur babies. About: I started cat-sitting around age 12. Neighbors/family friends. I grew up with around 5-6 cats at all times who were family! In my home or a client’s home, I stick closely to their normal routine—feeding times, walks, playtime, and rest—so they feel as relaxed as possible. I’m very gentle and attentive, always paying attention to their behavior and needs, whether that means extra cuddles, quiet time, or lots of play. I keep their space clean, make sure they have fresh water, and give them plenty of love and reassurance while you’re away. My goal is to create a calm, happy environment where your pet feels secure, cared for, and truly at home 🤍
About: I always loved animals so much since I was little I wanted to become a vet until I found out how much science was involved...ha! My friends and family knew how much I loved animals that they would always go to me first to take care of their pets before bringing their furry family members to an animal daycare. I've watched over cats, birds, dogs (small and large breeds) and even helped a young Doberman mama take care of her beautiful 7 pup litter for 4 weeks until they were adopted at 6 weeks old. I also have a special love for horses, so I have taken care of horses but light work such as cleaning, riding, and restocking the hay. I work from home so I'm very flexible in terms of caring for animals. So during the day I can take them out for walks, cleaning, feeding, etc. I don't have any animals myself (yet) so if your fur baby is shy or uncomfortable around other animals, you don't have to worry about that with me. I also have a fenced yard with enough space for your animal to roam around...although I prefer to go to the pet owner's house as the animal will feel more comfortable in their own environment and also because my mom tends to have animal allergies, so for her comfort, I rather go to the owner's house.

About: I have grown up with dogs most of my life and have experience taking care of cats, rabbits, turtles, and fish. My experience with dogs includes: training, dog walking, and administering medication. I have a 5 1/2 year old mini double doodle named Kota and trained him myself. I pride myself on providing quality animal care and want to make sure your pet is safe and happy during their time with me. Currently I am taking a sabbatical and have plenty of time to take care of your pup! Depending on your preference and your dog's needs, I can provide plenty of physical activity and mental stimulation. I am happy to take care of your pet in your home and do daily walks. Please let me know if your pet is comfortable around other dogs. If they're not, I can easily leave my dog at home while I focus on your pet's needs.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I provide a safe, loving home environment and care for one family’s pet at a time so your dog gets plenty of attention and individualized care. I’ll follow your pet’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule and provide boarding throughout the week and on weekends. Dogs in my care should be comfortable spending a 1-2 hours independently at a time while I am running errands, or attending to other commitments (picking kid up from camp or school for example). Mondays and Thursdays are typically office days, so these days are my longest periods away from home (~8 hours during the day). Outside of those times, dogs receive plenty of attention, affection, walks, and care. I want both pets and their owners to feel comfortable and at ease. I provide a safe, family-oriented home and care for one family’s pet at a time. I’ll follow your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions, and I’m happy to send updates and photos while you’re away.

“This is the first time I left my little pupper - Phoebe, with Jackie and Jannalea, for 5 days. They have been excellent from the start of our conversation- they proposed a meet and greet, which I always prefer, and then told me in details about their boarding experience. They asked every detail about Phoebe so as to help make her stay experience excellent. Phoebe can be skittish of meeting new humans, but Jackie knew very well how to comfort her. During the stay when I left my dog, she was of course upset to see me leave, but in no time she made their home her own, because Jackie and Jannalea treated her like their very own pet, of course. She slept on the bed with them, got lots of cuddles, play, and had other dog to give her company as well - Phoebe loves every dog she meets, so that is definitely a plus for me. Jannalea and Jackie kept me posted about Phoebe on daily basis with photos and updates, which really comforted me. Phoebe looked visibly happy and relaxed in every pic. In fact when my husband went to pick her up, it seems Phoebe was upset to be leaving Jackie and Jannalea’s place. I’m so very happy with the mother daughter duo, and can say with full confidence… we are gonna be your repeat clients. Thank you for showering my pupper with so much love and care ❤️”

About: I have 2 cats and sit for family/friends pets often. I can follow specific instructions well, and am well equipped to handle most animals. I am a high school student on summer break, and have a relatively flexible schedule to cater to any specific needs a pet could have. I care for pets in my home however comfortable they are. I let them adjust to a new setting, and giving them as much love and attention as they can tolerate.
