She did so much more than look after them; she cared for them, helped them overcome their anxiety, allowed them to do the things they did at home and eat when they felt it was a good place they were staying. They could wander around the house and zoom around on the grass in the back garden (which was totally secure). My initial comment was ‘we couldn’t have made a better choice’ and nothing has changed.”

We had to go on a family trip for 7 days and we were more than nervous since Chip was not neutered yet and he is still a young pup with tons of energy. She let us have a trial day care and he loved it! She responded super fast and made sure your pup is A-Ok. Her yard is super clean and dog friendly as well. Overall, shes so professional and took extremely good care of our dog. We even had a cancelled flight and she was able to help us out with extending the dates. Definitely will go to her again!”

About: Hello! I have grown-up with dogs all my life. I currently have two adorable babies Charles and Tika (1year old siblings) who I love to pieces. Aside from my job as a nanny, I have dog sat more times than I can count and take my bosses dogs to the dog park 3 times a week for exercise and playtime! I have taken care of dogs of all ages from puppies to seniors and enjoy going to the dog park or walking around the neighborhood! It brings me so much joy and happiness into my life! I am a nanny and have been with the same family for over 16 years. I took care of three children but now I only have the youngest left. He is in school during the day and I am free from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays I am off. I have 6 hours free everyday to be able to take your fur baby/babies for some fun in the sun, exercise, explore, or fresh air! I safely transport my bosses dogs to and from home to the dog park. All dogs are on a leash until we arrive. Once we are there I play ball or walk around with them and always have my attention to make sure they are safe from any aggressive dogs or anything on the floor that they might want to eat. I bring my two little yorkie mixes with me for company and playtime with the other dogs. I carry wipes, poop bags, water, and hand sanitizer at all times because it comes in handy on a daily basis!

About: I have had and cared for dogs since childhood. I have experience with a wide spectrum of breeds, from the larger, more protective (German Shepherd), to the smaller, more energetic breeds (Corgi). I currently have a 13.5YO male Corgi, and have experience caring for senior dogs that require more attentive care (I recently laid my sweet girl to rest at 14.5YO, after a year-and-a-half long battle with kidney failure). In his prime, my little potato and his late sister were quite the herders, so I am able to keep up with high energy dogs. I have less experience with cats, but my empathetic approach allows me to always find common language with my furry friends. I currently work freelance from home, so my schedule is flexible to accommodate your (and your fur baby’s) needs. Though, I might need to run errands during the day or take my elderly parents to doctor’s appointments. But I conduct most of my business in the San Gabriel Valley, rarely venturing over to the west side of town, so I am always nearby. My typical day with my senior, indoor corg includes going on a walk (or to the park) 1-2x daily, depending on his energy levels. I feed him 4 meals a day (versus 3) because he has a sensitive tum, and adding another meal later into the night ensures that he doesn’t wake up with an irritated stomach. I wash his food and water bowls daily with a mild soap to reduce exposure to harmful bacteria. When we go on walks, I make sure to give other people walking with dogs a wide berth, especially if they have a larger dog and are preoccupied looking at or talking on their phones. I always scan the ground for potentially harmful things careless people can leave behind, like chicken bones. I also allow my little guy to sniff to his heart’s content, because I read that for dogs, sniffing on walks provides enrichment akin to reading the daily paper.

I would typically walk your dogs at that time to start off the day, then every 3-4 hours for potty breaks and another half hour walk at the end of the day. I understand that every pups’ schedule is different so I am flexible to cater to your dogs needs. For boarding- My apartment is very minimalistic which makes it pet safe. I never leave any open garbage or food scraps out so you do not to worry about your dogs getting into them. We also get ants if we ever leave any food out so we keep it extra clean. About: I’ve lived around and taken care of dogs since I was young ranging from a 12 week old puppy to a 12 year old dog. My parents have relied on me to take care of our dogs for the past couple years when they go on vacation or work trips. I’ve started independently taking care of dogs three years ago. “I have a Great Dane who is very reactive to people and moving objects. I needed a walker in an emergency and contacted rover and choose Julien to walk him 2 times a day. About: I work from home with a flexible schedule. Can take frequent breaks for food/bathroom/short walks/play in backyard. I have been told by many people that I'm good with dogs. When I meet a new dog, they often warm up to me fairly quickly I work remote at home. I just need to step out for about 10-15 minutes to dropoff/pickup kids from school. I have a couple 1 hr meetings here and there. Otherwise, I have a flexible schedule to feed/walk/take out your dog I have a large (3000+ sq ft) fenced backyard for them to run around in. They are free to roam around inside our home and will sleep and spend most time in our home office (where I work), within 10 feet away from me during the day.
