We were hesitant at first as we never booked a sitter prior to this and Noah was adopted from PACC within the year so we couldn't provide 100% information about his character. Carina was very patient with him and took him on walks he had many cuddles with her family. She updated us frequently while we were out of the country and even offered to purchase his treats that we forgot to leave with her. We will 100% rebook with her the next time we are in need! “I boarded my 20 pound Miniature Schnauzer with Ron for a period of ten days while in Hawaii. My pup is an important part of my family and I want him to feel as if he is also having a vacation while I am away. After carefully researching every available boarding option I decided on Ron. I met Ron for a meet and greet before the actual boarding and his responsible and trustworthy nature was evident. Ron also has a beautifully landscaped and secure back yard. Lastly, Ron's Poodle Lily made an excellent companion to my proportionately sized Miniature Schnauzer. In my opinion, the combination of these qualities make's Ron the best choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My schnauzer had a joyous time frolicking and cuddling with Ron's poodle while I was away. Ron did a great job of sending photos. The photos showed that my pup was eating, enjoying time on the couch and even cuddled in bed next to Ron's poodle. I received photos throughout my trip (not just the first few days) and these photos convinced me that my pup was having just as much fun as I was. Ron is a primary school teacher which is an occupation that I have much respect for and is illustrative of his good character. Ron also has a love of plants which is evident in his beautiful green yard with lots of shady places for dogs to rest and play. I was also very pleased that Ron has a dog door that my 20 pound schnauzer was able to fit through easily for constant back yard access. Overall, I do not think there is a better choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My pup actually seemed sad to leave Ron and his poodle Lily. It was a great opportunity for my dog to socialize and play with another well trained dog. My dog came back happy, well exercised and without a trace of anxiety. In conclusion, Ron is a kind, intelligent, and caring animal lover. I would not hesitate to board my much loved miniature schnauzer with him next time I go on vacation. Ron's tranquil home and general attitude make the experience a vacation for your pet.”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I found myself being the one to watch the dogs the most. I have done many overnight sittings. I've done day time dog sitting for my sister as well. Making sure to follow my better judgment and any instructions left behind for me. I watch my sister's dogs almost every week for two days, originally it was three days but her schedule changed. I'm mostly available any day of the week. Well I make sure to try and keep the space as clean as possible. If I am given instructions for pet care like how to feed, when they should have treats, etc I make sure to follow. I am very communicative when it come to pets, I will send pictures and ask questions if I need to. I try to keep everything as the same as I arrived.

About: My family has always owned cats my first pet was a tortoise cat and she was one of the most amazing kitty’s. We now have a black long hair cat and another tortoise cat who have much different personalities that are always fun to learn and figure out how they want to be loved. My room is the cat room so they are always with me. I am not really sure why they choose my room but they have a fit when I don’t let them in my room.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have a dog in my care. I have had many years of experience watching and taking care of mine and others dogs. I have watched my family’s and close friends dogs many times throughout the years. I have dog sitted and had multiple doggy sleepovers up to a month before. I have watched dogs as small as Chihuahuas all the way up to German Shepherds. There is no task I can’t handle! (: I can’t wait to meet your baby and becoming their new friend! I am currently unemployed but looking to make pet care my full time job. I have more than enough time available for dog care. I spend most my time with my own dogs and or family members and friends. I have a great back yard where dogs can run around and feel safe. I am pretty minimal when it comes to furniture but do have plenty of room for dogs to lay around. Dogs are free to roam as they please and can freely go outside. I wash all couch covers twice a week, sweep & vacuum everyday, and mop as needed. I am very big on keeping poop picked up and making sure things are regularly cleaned up, like toys or trash that might be out. Bathroom doors stay closed and cleaning supplies are locked up. I do my absolute best to ensure the safety and comfortability for any animal in my care.

If your pup is in their final years I would love to help you make them the best. I was able to see my beloved Rocky and Zuri through all their days. Zuri's hips where too weak in the end. A almost hundred pound rhodesian ridgeback, I would carry her when needed often having her lay on blankets and pulling her around the house then lifting her out side. She was such a sweet girl her and Rocky both lived for about 14 years. I am available any day after 2pm. I work mornings so am not always availble in the mornings. During the summer this does lead to later walk times since the heat is so much. If sitting it would also mean really early walks on my work days. When am taking care of another's beloved pup I do my best to maintain their routine and any precaution their parents take. I.e. keep on the leash, watch that they don't eat stuff, crating when home alone, etc.
About: I am a recent graduate from Colorado State University majoring in Animal Sciences and minoring in Zoology. During my time completing my undergrad I have had many opportunities taking care of dogs and cats for clients up in Northern Colorado. About: I’ve been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. You name the animal, I’ve lived with it and cared for it! From horses, to chickens, to birds, to cats, to dogs, I’ve done it all! Along with this, I have experience with animals small and large, so the size of your baby means absolutely nothing negative to me! I know it can be hard to find a sitter for a breed that may be a little more intimidating to some, but I believe that every animal deserves the same love. I have experience giving dogs pills, and I know how particular they can be about taking them. That’s nothing to worry about with me, I always make sure to find something specific to that dog that will get them to take their medicine! I also know how hard it can be to find a sitter for a rescue, especially one who is still timid. I’ve grown up with rescues, and know the level of patience and love they need to be shown. I have an extremely open and flexible schedule, and am able to do check ins at almost whatever time you prefer. I know that when I’m entering your home, I’m also entering your pets home. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard.
