She was fantastic with accommodating our dog the entire time - from letting us do a meet and greet to managing her medication schedule, she was very trustworthy and kept our dog safe and happy while we were out of town. My cat is 18 years old, she previously had two seizures about seven months ago, and she had another episode while we were out of town. Lyla, acted very professional and cared really for Alexia. She called me to inform me, she called the Vet clinic, and the emergency pet hospital. She stayed longer with Alexia to make sure she was feeling better after the episode, and she helped her recover and calm down. I had a cat named Mooshie but she unfortunately passed away after 15 years and I miss her. I have experience fostering up to 6 dogs at a time. My husband started freelancing so he is happy to earn a little extra and come walk your dogs, or watch your dogs at your place as well. Up to you! We give our old man medicine so we are comfortable giving any meds that are needed, or administering special diets. Just let us know 😉🙃 FYI’s…. - We do not have any cats and will not watch cats in our home but are happy to do so in your home. - I feel for dog owners in apartments/condos, especially during the summer months, but if your dog does not know how to or won’t use the restroom on any surface but the patio, this does not work for us. Not only do we not want that on our patio but our patio is brick and the bricks are porous and stain easily. If this ends up being the case, it is our discretion to add a cleaning fee. - You are welcome to bring toys/bones as long as your pup doesn’t mind sharing and doesn’t have aggression attached to the item - You are welcome to bring toys, bed, whatever BUT you don’t have to as we have plenty to share and we are not responsible if the items gets damaged. We have two dogs and sometimes watch more than 1 dog at a time and you never know how animals will react to being in a new place with new dogs. So we can’t be responsible if a bed gets gnawed on or a toy get chewed. - All we really need is your dog food and treats. If you just need someone to pop in to feed/walk/play - that’s is booking a “drop-in” We both work remotely and my husband only works part-time so we are always available but for exceptional situations which we will mark as unavailable. We already take care of our own 2 so we do walks first thing in the morning and after dinner. We also have a doggie door to our backyard. If we have your pups on the weekend, it’s not summer and your pup is capable, it is likely we will take a walk to the Hole In The Rock since it’s right down the canal from our house and a good distance for my kiddo and pups. But we will make sure to ask you what your pups can and can not do before doing so. Usually, the dogs are so exhausted from just playing in the yard all day that walks and hikes are last thing on their minds! I have a fenced in grass yard with a doggie door and two friendly pups to keep your pup company. I also have a little boy who loves dogs and the first thing he does when he gets home from school is play with the dogs. If we are coming to your home, your rules are your rules. We will just try to keep their schedule and structure as close to the one they are used to and it would just be one of us as someone will stay home with our pups. Happy to bring our pups over if you want a playdate while gone as well.

About: There was always an assortment of pets in the house growing up. We had several pit bulls over the years, an Aussie, and at one point 4 cats alongside him. We’ve even raised a couple of bunnies and pet mice I just couldn’t turn away from! I’ve done lots of basic puppy training and even taught my cat a few tricks. Living in an apartment at one point also entailed LOTS of walks and trips to the dog park. I’m not one to turn away from a lost animal, so I’ve rescued and returned a few pups over the years as well! About: I’ve had a dog since before I was 10. With the recent passing of our oldest dog, I currently have two dogs - one quiet & small (Gryffin), and one big & rambunctious (Charlie). I love them both dearly! My fiancée also has two dogs that I like to claim as my adopted pets (Presley & Rudy). I’m currently studying for the bar exam (certifying exam for lawyers) and am looking for some cash while I spend 40 hours a week studying as my full time job. This much studying is a lot of work and I’d love to have study companions get me through it!
