About: I can almost read your furbabies mind! Patience and love as if they were my own is what I provide. It’s all about them and what they want to do at that particular moment. I want to make sure they eat, pee and poop. Then, I feel as though my job is complete. You have to treat them as if they are the kinds. It’s funny but true?. There should be just enough time for your fur baby to fill me in on the happenings and what’s not making them happy or maybe they’re content and just want a rub down with kind words to let them know that they are in good hands until the next visit. I love animals and they love me! I am retired but currently work part time on a farm and love nature and all animals. My schedule is flexible and I aim to please. Just let me know what works for you and your schedule. I have a fenced backyard and able to simply open the doors when my dog needs or wants to go outside. Also, he visits and plays with 2 cats that are indoor/outdoor neighbors and they are very entertaining.

I can sometimes accommodate short-notice requests, and I live right next to two parks in a safe neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. My home is kept pretty pet-safe — my two cats are professional troublemakers, so they’ve made sure we don’t leave much out that curious pets can get into. It’s just my husband and me at home, so there aren’t lots of unfamiliar people coming and going. We have a fully fenced backyard, and the house is mostly hardwood and tile, so scratches, muddy paws, and normal pet messes aren’t something I stress about. About: Hi! My name is Cathy, and ever since I was a little kid, I have had a huge fascination and connection with animals, specifically dogs. As a younging I'd spend my free time researching dog breeds for fun, and before I was old enough to work on Rover, I I hung up fliers advertising my own dog walking business. Since I love dogs so much, I have heaps of experience walking and pet sitting all kinds of dogs. From my late large dog, Quiver, a Flat-coated Retriever, to a medium sized Australian Shepard, to a Miniature Schnauzer. I will dedicate 100% of my attention and time to making sure your dog is always happy and healthy! I have years of experience caring for senior dogs. When I heard about my dog’s disease prognosis, I began hand cooking him meals chock full of cancer-fighting vegetables and supplements in addition to his dry food. This included (as seen in my photos) sweet potatoes, red cabbage, broccoli, turmeric, fish oil, mushroom powder, etc. The vet had projected he would only live another 2 months, with my care and the change of his food, he lived and loved over 2 more years! So if your dog has a special diet, do not hesitate to let me know. I am currently a student who mainly works from home so I have plenty of time and a wide open schedule to care for your precious pets. My house is smoke free, pet safe and pet friendly. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
