I have both a senior, 12 years, and a puppy, 2 years. She is very kind, professional, knowledgable, intuitive, and is a great communicator. I love that we had a required meet and greet before our first stay. Donna showed us her well cared for, pet friendly home and fenced in back yard, took time to connect with our dogs, and asked us all the right questions for an easy transition. I appreciate Donna checking in with us during our trip. My husband and I looked forward to her little note, short clip and/or pic of their daily adventures.
